by far the worst place I've ever done business. So after a front screen back screen battery replacement screen protector in case $500 for them to give me a cheap case the phone to fall and drop and break the front glass in that case after specifically asking for a drop proof case they said there was nothing they could do for it the next day got the back glass replaced the battery or so I thought paid my remaining balance called two days the battery was still acting up, not carrying charge. They said to bring it in because of work they couldn't come in later in the week where they said do nothing about the glass because it was dropped, even though I asked for a drop proof case they gave me some cheap case that did nothing. I ended up debating on getting a new phone so I left came back a almost 3 weeks later because my screen was completely They told me they didn't replace the battery that they just cleaned up the wires last time that the battery might need to be replaced this time with the lady said I paid for a said no you didn't. All we did was clean it. I agreed with it gave phone. They fixed the front glass came back and the guy was like yeah we had to replace your battery too and I was like well can I see my second because I can't find the receipt for it after 40 minutes of arguing with me back-and-forth about my battery not being replaced found out that I was charged for a new battery but never received received it so inconveniently me one as a courtesy. If I would've never asked about the battery, how would I have ever known that they even replaced it but charged me for it I find this completely shady and unprofessional after two different employees argue with me and said that I did not have my battery replaced, but I was lying that I was charged for another battery until they finally pulled up the receipt and prove that I was charged, but apparently never received it. Going to get my glass fixed again have a $200 bill forgot my wallet paid for half of it I would come back with the rest. They me an ultimatum and if I don't come in and pay that they were pressing who should the charges be pressed on because I had to wait a whole month to get my services when the Shoes on the other foot you guys deserve it right dead and there completely unprofessional will never do business with them again worst experience I've ever had with any kind of repair shop highly un recommended read more

Made an appt today for help with installing a sim card on my Samsung tablet. Geek Squad wouldn't even talk to us until April 7. This is the 3rd time I have used these guys for repair/questions and everytime they have repaired and answered all my questions in less than 30 minutes. I called and asked a simple question, got an incredibly sarcastic answer, and then was hung up on. I asked for pricing on a Galaxy Note 4 battery replacement, before hanging up, they quoted me $40. FORTY DOLLARS. Google it, the part is only $10 from Walmart, Target, EBay, and Samsung themselves, and you easily install it yourself. What a RIPOFF. read more

Both Chris and Mathew were terrific and my overall sense was one of honesty and common sense. I wanted to know what was up with my older, slow MacBook Air, and they coached me through diagnostics. Issues were minimal, and they no charged after considerable time speaking with me, close to an hour. Had to stop by a couple times to catch them at a quiet moment, since I wanted time to explain, and they were great suggesting best times for drop-in. Great business, delighted. I have used them many times for my MAc laptop as well as for my iphone. they give you an honest opinion about their projected cost and will warn you if there is an issue that may not be wort fixing. They always come through for me. I highly recommend they for you computer or cellphone repairs.
