Contacted Ty and he quickly responded initially. Contracted job ofor the removal of 24 items. I prepaid the project so he could repair his truck. He then removed 20 of the items leaving the heaviest item. He said he needed an additional person to lift that item so I added additional funds available. I went to the location and personally put the organ on dollies so he could move it. By myself. It has now been three weeks and has not come back. His phone goes to voice mail (not set up) and has not returned his emails. Ty is a nice guy but I guess I should not helped him in the beginning. read more
