I like the trucks with the robotic arm since it keeps their employees safe and appreciate employers that invest in others' safety. Set up bill on autopay which makes life easy. CONS: Missed a Recycling pickup. Since recycling pickup is every OTHER week, my XL container is full to the brim and have to wait. I called and was respectful to the person on the other end (unlike the reviewer's 80yr old father with 1 star). The saying: you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar applies here. The representative called the driver and they are picking up my recycling right now.
