My wife scheduled a cleaning for November 18th to clean our carpets. We both took vacation days on…read morethe day to get prepared. We moved every out out of the way for them before scheduled arrival. They were to be here for 9:30am. When no one showed up. we called them around 10:30am. The woman stated that we had cancelled. We did not. The error was definitely on them, not she nonchalantly said they could not show now til the middle of December. We could have used the vacation day doing something fun. Now we have to put everything back again . I would never recommend this company to anyone
