Moved all of our heavy furniture so they could better access some of our hard to reach ducts. They even went so far as to clean in these areas. Before they started they showed us and explained what the ducts looked like. I couldn't get over how much dust, dirt and plaster were sitting in the ducts. While cleaning one could hear all the debris being sucked up by their vacuum. The after pictures were hard to believe. They were spotless. Nearly $1,000, Two Cleanings, Still Have Odor and Stains…read more I paid approximately $1,000 to have my carpets professionally cleaned. The initial service was performed on September 17. After the cleaning, I still had a noticeable cat urine odor and visible dirt/staining, so I contacted the company and gave them an opportunity to correct the problem. They returned on September 24 and performed a second cleaning. Unfortunately, even after TWO visits, the odor remained and there were still visible stains in multiple areas. I have photographs documenting the condition of the carpet after the service. After giving the location a second opportunity to correct the problem, I requested a refund and was refused. I then contacted Stanley Steemer's corporate office to escalate my complaint and was told that this location is privately owned, so the refund would have to be handled by the local business. I understand that not every stain can always be removed, but for approximately $1,000, two service visits, and an unresolved odor problem, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the results and the resolution offered. I gave the company an opportunity to make this right before posting this review. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
