Such a great service to have in the area…read more I unfortunately discovered my car had a flat tire when I was leaving work for the day. At that time, most mechanics were closing up for the day, and my only alternative was to get a tow to a tire shop and hope they could fit me in before they closed. Dennis came right out even though I was a bit far away from Conklin. Once he was there he had me fixed up with a new tire and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. I'd highly recommend giving him a call!

We were staying at a campground with our travel trailer when we had a tire failure and found…read moreourselves in a tough situation. Not only had we blown a tire, but we were concerned about a second tire on the same side and didn't feel safe towing our camper any farther. To make matters worse, we couldn't easily leave the campground to get help. After calling multiple tire companies and roadside services, we either got no answer, voicemail, or promises of callbacks that never came. Then we called Wilson's On Site Tire. What a difference. He answered the phone immediately, understood exactly what we needed, and was at our campsite in about an hour and a half. He came prepared, inspected the situation, and replaced both tires right there at our site. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the convenience, the urgency of our situation, and the fact that he came directly to us. What impressed us most was his professionalism and reliability. When you're stranded with a camper, every hour feels like a day. He did exactly what he said he would do, showed up when he said he would, and got us back on the road safely with zero drama. If you're in the Binghamton or Conklin area and need mobile tire service, especially if you're towing an RV, camper, trailer, or boat, don't waste time calling around. Call Wilson's first. Reliable, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He turned what could have been a trip-ending problem into a minor inconvenience, and for that we're incredibly grateful. Highly recommend. 10/10 service.

I have been a customer more than 30 years and I am disappointed with the service on a 10 week old electric stove I just bought from them when I called the store for help. Part of the stove door cracked and when I tried to explain the problem the manager cut me off and said to me "You broke it." But he has not even seen the broken stove. Then he went on to explain that the manufacturer, Whirlpool, would not cover the repair under warranty. But I didn't break it. It really is a manufacturing defect or a design defect in my opinion as a retired professional engineer who has evaluated many electrical equipment problems. The manager offered to send his service man at my cost, but I found out that they are not a certified service shop for Whirlpool. I smelled rotten fish at this point and called for Whirlpool service, who were responsive. My experience and opinion is that this store wants to charge for their service when its free from the manufacturer and they do not help the customer with legitimate warranty service. Shaul's blames the customer without even looking at the problem. Not good at all.

Okay so Johnson pool and spas ... You definitely can't tell by the name of this business but they…read morehave a seriously wide selection of fireplaces and pellet stoves. This is what brought me in there, I was in need of a pellet stove. So anyway, I stopped in one morning and talked to Kristen, for no other reason than she's the lucky one that was at the counter when I got there. She spent a good solid half hour with me answering lots of random questions I had about pellet stoves. I probably took more time with her than I should have however she didn't seem to mind so it was all good. I did go ahead and purchase my pellet stove from here and the experience was very good. Now I will be the first to tell you that I am not the easiest person sometimes to deal with and a lot of that is mostly because of my schedule. Instead of calling Kirsten on the phone to iron out the final details I did 90% of it by email as I work overnights and sleep when their store is open. This worked out pretty well as between her and Shauna they got back to me in the next day and I had my answer that evening when I checked email. I arranged for installation and was even able to talk them into having me install guys show up a little earlier than they usually would, once again because of my work schedule. They were pleasant and professional and got the job done in just a couple hours. I have only had the chance to burn the stove a couple of times since having installed however I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend Johnson's pool and spas if the need arises. I am still waiting on delivery of 3 tons of pellets however I don't foresee any problems or difficulty with this is why I'm posting this review now. In addition to the installation they also come out every year if you require it to clean your stove for the next season, and I fully plan on calling them for this because, well I'm just that lazy.
