Lehman Allen Jr. Highway Superintendent elect Nov 8 2019 Town of Day highway dept. Our 938M wheel loader had a brake problem in the front differential. The problem was serious enough that hydraulic fluid went through the brake system and over filled the front differential. This was shortly after the Oct 31 storm that left us 5 1/2 inches of rain. We had severe damage to some roads and could not be without a loader. I made a phone call to Keith McGovern in the sales dept. and that same afternoon he informed me that another loader was on the way. We could use this loader until ours was fixed! We never had to use the borrowed loader because , at the same time Keith was helping us Milton Cat's service dept. was also involved with our huge problem. Within three hours of my phone call a service tech. was at our location. His name is Kyle Trombley and he is a very professional and energetic young man. Within 2 1\2 hrs. Kyle had removed the entire front differential from the machine. The next morning he came back with a new differential, and our loader was running by 10 AM. I know there were more folks behind the scene that were involved in this service. I thank you all, and would highly recommend you to anyone. read more
