It is noteworthy to point out that all (national) customer representatives had accurate information and were compatible with one another. In sum, they disputed i.e. struck down the salesman's pitch. I filed a complaint with the Johnson City, NY office; however, (and had posted this review on their site, yet, to date it has not been posted) and have not heard back from them re, among other things, that salesman's conduct.
