All this without confirmation from me that I even planned on for sure engaging her services! Her incredible willingness to help landed her the service call, and she showed up in a moment's notice. Upon arrival, she got to work and analyzed the specimen using tools in her hand to diagnose the situation. She eventually shared with with me the her diagnosis and guided me on how to remedy, careful to point out what I can do myself without her further services and where she might be able to add value. I was so impressed by her knowledge, her willingness to help, her strong business ethic, and her great attitude that I will share her contact information with anyone that asks if I know a good exterminator (not to mention use her again myself if needed)!

I fired her for breach of contract. She promised to pay us for the 3 months she did not show but she never paid us, giving excuses after excuses about why she failed to pay us back. She caused us harm and grief and lied repeatedly. I am suing her in small claims court and hope to save others from experiencing what happened to us. She was slick with her talk and is a real con artist.

His tone was both unprofessional and disgraceful. If you would like details please contact me at fransantangelo@aol.com and I will provide you with a link--I assure you, not spyware or a deceptive link--with a full accounting. If you'd like, I can share the details in an email. Although Ehrlich may offer expert technicians, it would appear to me that the first individual to appear at one's doorstep is a commissioned sales rep. Trained, is a matter up for debate. The fellow's conduct and character conducting my inspection was both suspect and underhanded. Ehrlich's call center agents were both professional and knowledgeable. It is noteworthy to point out that all (national) customer representatives had accurate information and were compatible with one another. In sum, they disputed i.e. struck down the salesman's pitch. I filed a complaint with the Johnson City, NY office; however, (and had posted this review on their site, yet, to date it has not been posted) and have not heard back from them re, among other things, that salesman's conduct. I received a call from the technician at the time of my appointment saying he could not come to my home because we were out of his service area. This is completely absurd and horrible customer service. They obviously knew my address when I made the appointment. Extremely disappointed with this company! If I could give zero stars I would.

From the start, we were reassured by John's professionalism and obvious expertise. At every stage of the process, he let us know what he was finding and what our options were for dealing with it. He made recommendations (which we took) but left all decisions about modifications to our house and the fate of the animals he trapped up to us. He performed a thorough assessment of our property: inside and out, roof to foundation. He identified evidence of chipmunks, mice, and flying squirrels, and found their points of entry. He developed a plan, in consultation with us, for trapping the animals who were making their nests within our walls while leaving the innocents in the yard alone. John set several live traps, and over the course of about a week, caught a few chipmunks and determined that the flying squirrels had long since left their nests. He gradually closed up all their points of entry, found the exit trails of the mice, and closed those up, too. John guarantees his work for a year, but he's left us confident that our house is clear of all unwanted critters, and will remain so. John has been a pleasure to work with: friendly, informative, humane, patient, and responsive. We absolutely recommend Wildlife Resolutions, Inc.

After three months of trying to get a hold of someone and being ignored I finally threatened to cancel my services and asked for a refund and they all of a sudden came back to finish their job. When the job came out extremely unappealing to the eye, they then told me they were not responsible for the appearance of their work. They left loose concrete all over my driveway. They did an awful job! Save yourself the headache and hire else where!

My experience with Terminix started about a year ago when I got a nasty flea infestation in my apartment. All of my other options failed to deal with it so I called an exterminator. First off they set several appointments for the initial consultation and no one ever showed up to them. In fairness this was during the flood and the area was a mess. However, their customer service reps should not have set up appointments that their exterminators could not keep due to road conditions etc. I persevered and gave them the benefit of the doubt. They came and treated the place and the fleas were gone. This was great. I agreed at the time to sign up for a one year recurring service contract. This was not so great. The problems with this started almost immediately. They would come every three months after the initial treatment to retreat the premises. Each time they set up an appointment on a day that was not convenient to me due to my work schedule. I would call and attempt to reschedule. I would offer them three or four alternative dates that the service could take place on and each time they were unable to accommodate any of the different dates. So for the duration of the contract I received "service" to the exterior of the apartment when I wasn't home. The problem I have with that is I was told several times they couldn't provide exterior service because this is a joint occupied residence and the other tenants in the rest of the apartments had not provided such authorization. So as I wasn't home and they couldn't perform the services they claimed they performed I have no idea what I paid a service fee every three months for the past year for them to do. On top of the scheduling issues Terminix unbeknownst to me placed my credit card information into a recurring payment account. I never authorized them to do this and to the best of my knowledge the initial paperwork I signed never authorized them to do this. Luckily for me the credit card they had on file was canceled and none of the unauthorized payments ever went through. I even specifically called and spoke to them about this the first time they attempted it and told them I never authorized this and they were not to do it again. Three months later I received a call from them complaining that they attempted to take an automatic payment and it was being refused because my card was expired. So despite me telling them I did not want them doing this and it wasn't authorized they still did it anyway. Several times I complained about the service I was receiving and the rep on the phone really didn't seem to care. They were much more concerned about when I was going to pay them what I owed them. That was pretty much the response I got each time "Sorry sir, when can you pay us this balance?" Overall, they got rid of my fleas but that's about all they managed to do for me. I want to be clear here I don't blame the people at the local depot. My interactions with them were always professional and courteous when I saw them. I blame instead the atrocious customer service I received at the corporate level. In short if you need a professional exterminator look elsewhere and save yourself aggravation and money.
