He told me that because it was close to the time I would get billed again, that I had to pay, then have 1 last service call and I would be done. So I chose my service date. The third visit was yet another guy - not the same as the first 2. He was late to my house, then spent 5 minutes walking around and didn't even do anything. Then he left.
