They could have responded as an emergency, but I declined and 1.5 days later Service Tech Josh arrived after calling me and providing an exact time of arrival. When Josh arrived, he was prepared, clean, neat, orderly and with a professional, fully stocked service truck. Josh took time to " listen" to the specifics of my issue and was soon changing into his full suit of armor to fight these pesky yellow-jackets. Josh got up into the areas required without causing ANY damage and destroyed this nest of well over 300-500 yellow jackets. Josh showed no fear and took these pest on a SEAL TEAM 6... When done, Josh cleaned up everything and digitally handled all billing. Please note: billing was 1/2 of what was quoted me for the same work by two other local companies. They also did NOT try to upsell me on a quarterly home visit etc. This company did what they promised at the price I was quoted.
