It is noteworthy to point out that all (national) customer representatives had accurate information and were compatible with one another. In sum, they disputed i.e. struck down the salesman's pitch. I filed a complaint with the Johnson City, NY office; however, (and had posted this review on their site, yet, to date it has not been posted) and have not heard back from them re, among other things, that salesman's conduct. I was told that it would most likely be within $50 of the last price. When the technician arrived, he gave a price that was a $100 increase over the last price. I told him that I wasn't paying it and I wasn't interested. He called his manager and he wouldn't do anything on the price. Today, I got a call from Burke saying that I owed them for a service fee and they will turn me into Collections, which will hurt my credit score, if I didn't pay.
