i've been here a few times when i needed to get something replaced on my car or get a diagnosis…read morebefore going to a garage. one of those few times, i needed a headlight replaced and the guy was really nice and took it out to my car and changed it for me. that's the only positive experience i've had here. other workers have been ignorant and very condescending towards the vehicle i drive, stating that they see 10 of them there a day. on my last visit i needed another headlight for my vehicle. i asked if they could help me with it and they asked if it was a passenger side or driver side. when i said passenger they laughed and said no. they said that on my vehicle you have to take the whole front grill off to get to the bulb. luckily i had a mechanic friend of mine up on the 4th of july and said that wasn't the case, we went out to my car and he showed me that all i had to do was pop up 2 tabs to take out the casing and replace the bulb. i finally got a new bulb today (from sears, because i won't give AZ anymore business) and replaced it myself in under 10 minutes. if you know what you're doing you can go here for parts, but i'm no longer going to give these incompetent jerks any of my business. there's an old saying that states "those who can't do, teach". well i gotta say that those who are too incompetent to be mechanics, work at auto zone.
