I checked all my tires and at first all of them looked good, the TPMS in the Honda CRV 2016 EXL, only lights up and lets you know there is a loss of pressure from the tires. I started by checking the pressure with my tire gauge for all 4 tires, eventually finding the culprit to be my rear right passenger tire with a 2 inch screw which was actually not all the way into the tire. Oddly, i was on my way from Binghamton University and I had previously check my tires the day before. Anytime I take a trip that is greater than 100 miles, i always do a visual inspection of the tires and I also recalibrate the air pressure to maximize my MPG. So finding a screw embedded in the tire was upsetting but clearly unavoidable. When i got out at exit 84 off 17 East, i made a run to the gas station but they do not repair flats, instead my wife looked up a Napa Auto parts store and I walked in to ask if they could help. The attendant at the store sent me down the block to a repair shop and they were able to plug the tire without even taking the tire out. It took about 15 minutes as they removed the screw, the repair person showed it to me and he immediately plugged the tire as I watch. I paid him $20, as I paid cash! Greatly appreciated that they help me and that it was a quick fix. They were quick, friendly and efficient.

Slowly drove the vehicle to gas station.. no help.. our road side suggested a nearby place.. don't sell tires, made it to another place a mile up.. don't have our size tire.. I made a call to Jordan Boudreau He didn't have our size but was going to get and come to us at Carroll's Motors- guy there very nice- sat in his lot and waited for Jordan....he drove over an hour to get the right tire and came back to replace it.. above & beyond.. safety first- kind & friendly.. willing to help. May I add trust.. we then had to drive to his shop to pay.. thank you.. thank you for showing up and helping strangers.. for going out your way.. giving of yourself. I don't normally write reviews online. In fact, I believe that this is my first. However, the…read moreservice I received from this business was more than satisfactory, and felt inclined to share. Over Easter weekend, in fact during the early morning hours of, I was on a trip with a friend and everything underneath my car's hood sounded like it was grinding itself into pieces. I was able to pull over on the side of the road and called this 24 hour towing service. The driver, whom I believe his name to be Brian, arrived shortly thereafter and assisted myself and my friend. He towed the car, which was a few miles outside of a town I learned to be Greene, as I was not familiar with the area at all. He gave us a ride along with my vehicle to the garage, and did his best to help us. He called us a cab from Binghampton to pick us up at 2am to bring us to the closest hotel. He even brought us to a 24 hour gas station to wait for the cab, which we were grateful for since it was freezing, and we didnt know where we were. He was very kind helpful, and professional. Then, by Monday, the mechanics were able to look at my vehicle, diagnose the damage, give me an estimate on repairs, and order the parts needed by early that afternoon. The vehicle was repaired and they kept in regular contact with me throughout. They called me Wednesday mornign and told me the vehicle was repaired and ready for when I could pick it up, which unfortunately, since I was back home two hours away at this point, I had to wait until Thursday to do when I could get a ride after work. So I made arrangements to come later Thursday, but could only make it there after business hours. They agreed to leave my key in a concealed place so that I could come at my earliest convenience even if they were closed. By the time I got there Thursday evening, my car was pulled up and ready to drive out. I was also pleased to see they had taken the time to wash it, and while that was a small and unneccessary thing, it made me happy to see the care put into the work they do here. When I turned my key, you would never had known that just days before it had sounded like a metal concert under my hood. Everthing from the helpful towtruck driver, to the speedy repair, being kept updated, friendly employees, and yes, even the clean car, was so outstanding, when I had been working 80 hours per week for the last month at the two jobs I have, and the last thing I needed in my life was a lack of transportation. Tri County Collision helped turn an awful car experience into some faith that there are businesses out there that care about their customers and working two customer service jobs myself, I know that positive feedback should be given when it's due. To end this long review I just want to say thank you so much for being amazing at what you do and I would recommend this establishment to everyone.
