Paid for a "4-man" crew, but received 4 high school aged kids. They were about an hour late, just a little over. Called me beforehand to let me know not only that they were going to be late, but that they needed me to go pickup some shrink wrap for them. The owner said he would pay me back for the wrap and give an hourly discount for them being unprepared. They did end up removing the price of the wrap from the bill, but gave me nothing for my time and trouble of going to get what they should have brought. They repeatedly made comments about how many furniture pads we had, as though it were far too many, but when we arrived at our new house, multiple pieces of furniture were scratched/torn. Solid wood chairs scratched up because they were tossed on top of everything, without any pads between them. The owner claimed he would do something to right the wrong, as we also had a tear in an expensive sofa, due to no pads between it and the boxes it was wedged in between. We had about 35 unused, unopened, packages of furniture pads available that were tossed to the side. Would not recommend. $830 cash only, for a few hours of shotty, amateur packing. Matt then proceeded to tell me that he would be sending me some repair kits, for me to repair his poor packing abilities. Shocker, never received anything but empty promises. Stay away and find someone else. These kids tried to wrap a traeger smoker in the bed of a pickup truck with moving blankets, then with shrink wrap. It poured down rain for about 6 hours of our drive. That would have been an absolute mess. 1) Did not receive a discounted rate. 2) We don't own a China hutch. 3) You have told me twice in text messages that you sent repair kits. "Good news and even better news..." Never received anything and my address was texted perfectly. The pictures speak for themselves. The quick response from Mann Muscles was way beyond our expectations after 5 other movers who were recommended to us arrived 30 minutes late and then 2 of men suddenly had to leave for 2 1/2 hours "to unclog a toilet" for someone who lived 45 minutes away from us while most of our belongings were sitting out on our lawn only leaving behind 1 man still recovering from open heart surgery and 3 teenage boys to load up our 28 foot U Pack trailer parked in our driveway. Then when we were told that they had to leave at 2:30 to get to football practice on time, I called Mann Muscles and thankfully they came to the rescue within a couple of hours to get the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally. we are very happy with Mann Muscles. when I first called, they replied very quickly and were able to accommodate our moving date. they are reasonably priced and called to confirm out date and time. since they do not have a truck, they were able to pick up the U-Haul I reserved and returned it for me also. They were very careful with our stuff. They work hard and fast. It was a very hot day and they worked right through it. We picked up a few pizzas for lunch and they 'stopped the clock' while they ate (which was a very short break). Their time and price estimate was aright on. Matt and Mason were great and worked at doing this move in the most cost effective way. I was amazed at how quickly they worked, everything was thought out and planned before they started, and we were on our way in no time. This was a heavy job moving large filing cabinets, full no less, with no loading dock or lift. They are not kidding with that name, these Manns (Men) got Muscles!! We are seniors and used them to move our heavy things. These people are GREAT!! Everything is wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap. They are very friendly and very hard workers. It's a family company and we did feel like family. Very respectful. You need to rent a u-haul for them. Well worth the price, not expensive. I would give 6 stars if I could. read more

A+ service. Reached out early in the week and had 2 movers at the house on Saturday to unload a filled-to-the-brim Pod. In 1.5 hours, the Pod was empty and everything was where we wanted it to be in the home. They arrived exactly on time. They were speedy and efficient. Highly recommend. read more
