What can I say... Paul moved me 7 years ago. When it was time to move again, I contacted my friend that had referred me back then to get Paul's info. (My old phone had died....not pretty...) I contacted him by email, explaining what I had to be moved (storage to an apartment) and asked if that was something he could do. I used Paul last week for our move once we sold our townhouse. As the other reviews stated, he will price your job based on what needs to be done and give you one flat rate. I didn't see the beauty of this until Paul and his crew actually arrived and started moving. He is extremely punctual and reliable. They were especially careful with all of our belongings, making sure to thoroughly wrap the televisions and very choosy on which route they took to get things down to the trucks. We had a lot of stairs to tackle and it was a hot day, but no one complained. They just get in there and get the job done. Our move was a little complicated since we were moving some of our items to storage and some to my mom's house. As they were moving things, they found a drawer that was broken (and no they didn't break it, it really was already broken). What was great is that Paul's brother, Scott works with him and he's a handyman, so they fixed it right up for us. They disassembled the furniture and reassembled it PERFECTLY--no missing pieces. And his rate was SUPER REASONABLE!!!!! You will not find better people than Paul and his crew. I will definitely be giving him a call once we purchase our new home and need to move again. Paul and his crew were simply amazing! They came on time , were very respectful of not damaging floors or doorways in the apartment and moved our stuff quickly. They were also the cheapest in terms of cost for a 2bd apt is was $415. We ended up paying $450 with the diff as a tip - that's how good they are!! I used Paul and his friend Brian to do a quick bedroom move from Encino to Toluca Lake. They quoted me a great price, so I said let's do this! Anyway, these guys are fast, precise, and know what they are doing. They are super careful with wrapping, carrying, and strapping your things in the truck. They barely talk to each other the whole time, but they move in lockstep with each other. It's really fun to watch them, because they have a system and are just so efficient at what they do-- things don't even look heavy to them. Best movers around hands down. I needed to move some, okay a lot, of my things into storage. I panicked because the day before I still did not have any movers booked. I started researching craigslist and yelp. I research everything I do pretty thoroughly before I act. When I googled most movers from craigslist by phone number posted, most had negative reviews. Pete, the person who I had been in contact with regarding the move, texted me two hours before hand and again when they were about 15 minutes away to let me know about their arrival. I needed a sofa moved from the lower level to the second floor but had to do it from the outside and hoist the sofa onto the 2nd story balcony and the shipping company just drops off the furniture so I called Speedy since they were in Encino as well and explained my situation at 2:00 by 3:30 Paul & Carlos were at my home they evaluated the situation came up with a plan and executed it perfectly.
