So after a front screen back screen battery…read morereplacement screen protector in case $500 for them to give me a cheap case the phone to fall and drop and break the front glass in that case after specifically asking for a drop proof case they said there was nothing they could do for it the next day got the back glass replaced the battery or so I thought paid my remaining balance called two days the battery was still acting up, not carrying charge. They said to bring it in because of work they couldn't come in later in the week where they said do nothing about the glass because it was dropped, even though I asked for a drop proof case they gave me some cheap case that did nothing. I ended up debating on getting a new phone so I left came back a almost 3 weeks later because my screen was completely They told me they didn't replace the battery that they just cleaned up the wires last time that the battery might need to be replaced this time with the lady said I paid for a said no you didn't. All we did was clean it. I agreed with it gave phone. They fixed the front glass came back and the guy was like yeah we had to replace your battery too and I was like well can I see my second because I can't find the receipt for it after 40 minutes of arguing with me back-and-forth about my battery not being replaced found out that I was charged for a new battery but never received received it so inconveniently me one as a courtesy. If I would've never asked about the battery, how would I have ever known that they even replaced it but charged me for it I find this completely shady and unprofessional after two different employees argue with me and said that I did not have my battery replaced, but I was lying that I was charged for another battery until they finally pulled up the receipt and prove that I was charged, but apparently never received it. Going to get my glass fixed again have a $200 bill forgot my wallet paid for half of it I would come back with the rest. They me an ultimatum and if I don't come in and pay that they were pressing who should the charges be pressed on because I had to wait a whole month to get my services when the Shoes on the other foot you guys deserve it right dead and there completely unprofessional will never do business with them again worst experience I've ever had with any kind of repair shop highly un recommended

After one month and a week (literally went across the world and came back in this time), I was told I could pick up my computer, but there was still damage to the front screen and side (glue on my computer screen)?? Joe said he was not aware the screen detached, as if he did not check his work before returning it, but told me I could bring my computer back for free as if that made sense. I can only explain this as child's play. I miss when people took pride in their work. I would refer you to Best Buy for another laptop.

I called Tyler following referral to other computer repair services. These other vendors promised either exorbitant fees for their work while taking possession of my computer for an unspecified period of time and/or required their travel to my home for laptop repair, as they had no local facility from which to operate. Ty welcomed me into his home office and immediately and efficiently analyzed my laptop's issues, installing some applications to assist in my current and future computer use and further correspondence with him. In the process, he communicated his observations and educated me in the work he was performing. All of this was accomplished in a kind, respectful, professional, and patient manner of carefully handling and correcting the issues I needed resolved for a much more cost- effective price than I had received from any competitor. Towards the end of our discussion, Ty indicated that a function he provided was in working with a local church to provide refurbished computers to individuals benefitting from these services; the computers utilized were achieved through his practice of working on computers that were no longer able to fulfill their customers' needs. To that end, I brought an additional laptop computer that I had at home to Ty's attention in an ensuing visit. The laptop was one I had purchased new approximately a year prior, only proving operational for a 6-month period of time. I sent it to the manufacturer for warranty repair, to be informed that I had purportedly poured water into my computer, and therefore, would not receive warrantied repair of the laptop before its return to me. Tyler was able to assess that the screen was damaged, with the computer in working order, and provided me with low-cost options to make the machine fully functioning again. I also had older laptops that were no longer supported, due to age and condition. For these computers, Ty removed the hard drive of each, backing them up to a functioning computer, and providing me with all hard drives to allay any privacy concerns of others' access to my personal information. The computers then became components of his church computer refurbishment program. I am profoundly grateful that I was able to connect with Ty in this process. His attitude throughout has been generous, productive, professional, and efficient. He has been accessible for follow-up questions and input and has been a wonderful example of local business still based upon exemplary customer service principles!

Young lady behind the counter came longer and asked if she could help, told her what I needed and in return gave me 2 options. I could email what I needed to her and she would print them for me, but she had a few jobs before mine or I could email them to a self serve copy machine and I could do them. The young lady looked at me and said no worries I will walk you though the steps. Within a short time the print job was done.
