My problem with Trial Appliances is with their customer service on the phone. If you try to call…read morethem, be it 604-434-8711 or1-888-804-3111 you get a 1 out of 10 chances that you'll actually get a human. Otherwise, you get the same computer voice telling you what number to press depending on what you want. Number 3 is what you need to press if you wish to talk to someone. Here's what happens when you do: you get a lengthy speech about whether or not you called during business hours. Then when you have, you can press number 3. You get the same computer voice telling you to hang on, because all service persons are busy with other calls. Here's the kicker: they tell you that if you want a call back, to press 2. I have done this 14 times. You never get a call back! And then, after about minute, you get a very rude computer voice telling you that, "In order to save your time and their's, they are going to disconnect the call. Call back later." What?? I have waited for hours on line with other companies. How dare they hang up on me during normal business hours! If I'm willing to wait, I should be able to! I have walked into their show rooms. It's not exactly a circus! They have staff to spare. Why can't they service us on the phone as well as they do in their stores? Not good! Not good at all! Mina Shojania

This particular location has become a dump. Messy store and sales rep can hardly speak English…read more All they look for is a sale for their commission. Latest was dealing with my dishwasher which was under warranty. After 5 attempted to fix, warranty decided to give me a store credit. To my dismay, it was a warranty that worked on depreciation, which meant I only got half of my money back. Apparantely there are 2 different kind of warranty, which was never explained or offered at time of purchase. Called customer service 3+ time but no call back. Finally Store Manager did call back. Did not give me a chance to explain my situation, did not listen nor did he care. Was very quick to get me off the phone. I did purchase a new dishwasher cause of the store credit but I will never ever by anything from the Brick again. So disgusted from this Canadian Company and quality of all their furniture is absolutely garbage and a very high price. Then the President goes on national TV about service and their commitment. I would hide instead.

The appliance suffered severe, irreparable structural and electrical damage. Allstate sent a technician from Kirpal Calgary to assess the damage. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.
