The food was OK. The oriental grilled chicken salad was good and the grilled chicken was especially good. The ribs were just OK and didn't seem fresh and neither did the fries. Seemed like the fries had been sitting a while. The chips and spinach artichoke dip were excellent. Our server Connor was excellent, but the host was just OK. They set us next to a table with four adults and a baby and the adults were loud as well as the baby. The restaurant was a little more than half full and we asked to sit in another section that was more quieter, but keep Connor as our server and they only offered us to be right behind the baby. It seems like the management didn't have a system in place or haven't trained their people. Well enough to be able to be flexible to keep customers happy. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and very on top of things, wish I remembered her name to give her a shoutout, we were there 7-25-25 during the evening and she was blonde! The food was great too, I finished every bite and the prices felt like a steal, two entrees and an huge appetizer for $28 since I upgraded my entree. The mozzarella sticks were perfection, my drink tasted strong and delicious. My only side point is my chicken was supposed to come with onions and mushrooms and while I had plenty of delicious onions I legitimately only got a singular mushroom. We were traveling for business and looking at the area restaurants on a Tuesday just decided to hit up a corporate restaurant (that I usually never go to). Decided to stop in on thanksgiving "evening" was one of the only places open. It was extremely packed and there was a limited menu. I just got a burger and fries, kid got tenders "as always" wife got riblets. Took a bit for ours and the table who came in 15 minutes after us got their food at the same time. We ordered from here because it was walking distance from our hotel and they were open late (11pm). We ordered online which was very easy and then we picked up. When we got to the room we had no utensils napkins or condiments. We ordered the two for $24 which was the riblet platter, spinach artichoke dip appetizer, and fiesta lime chicken. The spinach artichoke dip seem like it was heated in the microwave and burnt on the top and the rice on the fi slim chicken tasted burnt and the riblets were hard and chewy. We also ordered the chicken nachos and the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. For the chicken nachos, there was not enough cheese to pour over the nachos since it came separately. I think the worst plate was the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo because it was insanely salty. It tasted as if I had swallowed ocean water. Unfortunately, this was our daughters meal. We were starving so we ate this disgusting food. The only good thing out of it was that they had a special that for every $25 you got a free ticket to see top gun maverick through Fandango so I'll take that as compensation for eating the disgusting food. read more

Had dinner here with family members and although we were seated right away the server was not as friendly nor courteous or attentive. We ordered half ribs with salad and shrimp on the side. The other folks ordered Chicken Strips and chicken/shrimp. Our half rack ribs came and we had to inquire about our salads and shrimp. Below is a quick list of things I loved... -Host was friendly and had a smile right as we walked in - Restaurant was busy multiple sports games on and bar area was fun - Food was fresh and are server blakely helped us with drink specials as well as reccomendations as we were looking for something healthy - Salmon was fantastic as well as the broccoli and green beans - Manager was walking around visiting tables and seemed like she was on her toes at all times Finally I'd like to send a special note about our server Blakely. As I mentioned above he was great with our orders. He also was great with his check ins and asking us questions about what had brought us in and a little bit about our business. I thought the best part of our interactions with him were they always ended with "alright guys i gotta get back to my tables". He was a tremendous kid and i will visit another Applebees on the road with the hopes that it brings half the experience I had at this one. I gave 3 stars because my water was in a clean cup and the staff was really attentive. The weather was bad so they were most likely short staffed. I'm not thrilled about paying the price for a steak when it was tough and not very good. Next time I'll skip applebees and try somewhere else. We ordered 2 of the $19.99 Ribeye specials and when they came they were grey in color, one side had grill marks, and while mine was severely under cooked, my girlfriend's was slightly over cooked. Hers tasted like rubber, and her salad had tomatoes in it when ordered with out. Looked as if they finger blasted the salad looking for the tomatoes and forgot a few hidden gems. My question is a 2 part one, 1) How does a so called cook think that slop is acceptable to give to waiter, 2) How does the waiter deliver grey matter to customers and think it's edible? My experience here at this Applebees was a good one. I was greeted immediately when I first walked in and I choose to sit at the bar because I was by myself. The bartender, Ronda, was quick to help me and asked me what I would like to drink while offering me a menu. I can't remember the name of my dish but I ordered the steak (medium rare), a shrimp topper with a lemon butter sauce that went on top of he steak and the sides I got was broccoli and mashed potatoes. My steak was cooked perfectly and the broccoli was fresh an not over cooked. Overall, my experience was a good one here and better than expected after reading the negative reviews in Yelp. We were surprised by the little screens on the tables that had games & such. Our server was super friendly; I wish I could remember his name. Young guy, super nice. We ordered off the 2 for $20 menu (which comes with an appetizer now!!!). We got the onion rings which were piping hot and delicious. My entree was grilled chicken with beer cheese topper and garlic green beans with garlic mashed potatoes. My husband ordered the cavatapi pasta. Mine was pretty good. The mashed potatoes were great. The green beans were a little weird. The chicken was good though. My husband says his was alright. They also have $1 margaritas currently so he has 2 of those, and we bought the unlimited games for $1.99. We also ordered 2 little desserts: a hot fudge & ice cream shooter and a brownie bite with ice cream. Those were delicious!! We had a ton of fun, even if the food was just standard chain food.
