Fast, clean, friendly staff, and tasty food. Lunch time wasn't packed so service moved quickly. Chicken tortilla soup was on point, flavorful and satisfying. My Southwest chicken bowl was almost as good as something from Chipotle. Seasoned well, lightly dressed, and packed with loads of chicken. My colleague got the mushroom swiss burger and he said it was excellent and something worth coming back for. Great value for price point. Would return for lunch. Delivery order from the new menu. We got the $9.99 Cheeseburger, side of fries. This was a great deal! The burger was flavorful, juicy, seasoned. It had crisp red onion, lettuce, and juicy tomato on it. It didn't even need ketchup or mustard. Despite delivery, the fries were still pretty crispy when they arrived. read more

Service from beginning to end was questionable. Walked into the restaurant, host was organizing menus didn't acknowledge that we were standing there, then said hi, told her 3. She starts walking away to do something, we weren't sure if we were going to be following her or what. She said she's waiting for a manager, again still a mystery. We sit down, server takes our drink water. We had to wait for fresh strawberries ? Lol drinks took 3 trips. No problem, we order, all is well. She proceeds to take order of table behind us first. Slightly confused at this point. The table behind gets food first. Cool. Waiting for service during meal. I approach a different server, she goes I'll get your server, at that point still waiting for server as she does other things but hasn't checked in. Had to ask for check twice. This is a typical Applebee location. On a Friday night it was packed with loud music and lots of activity. The food was the usual fare. We enjoyed the 2 for $22 and 2 for $26 options. The boneless wings were good with the Asian sauce - spicy. We think what stood out for us at this location is the amazing customer service. Scotty offer free drinks for us.m I was thirsty and not particularly hungry. Sam 's Summer Ale perfect to quench the thirst on our first hot week. For my meal I got the Crispy Brewhouse Chicken. It comes on top of mashed potatoes, I love garlicky mashed potatoes, topped with onion rings. At the end just a touch of sweet. Met up with some friends last night as this Applebee's was centrally located. Good location, easy in and out, parking incredibly easy. Hostess seated us right away, server Daemon was great, place seemed clean, and menu was traditional and varied, so lots of choices. They have an early bird special (new to me) which seemed like a bargain, and some drink specials. Food came out timely, and was good, but very nondescript? Disappointed to say the least. We have eaten at the Applebee's chain for years but this time was less than desirable. The server was very kind and certainly concerned about our visit The manager appeared to be overwhelmed and aloof. Ordered the Parmesan steak with shrimp, my partner ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and the manager brought 3 dishes to the table, one obviously was not ours, oops. She didn't place it on table but was confused. If a plate with hot food is served, the plate should feel at least warm, if the plate is cold, there is an obvious cause for concern. The potatoes and broccoli were cold, the meal was returned to the kitchen to be reheated, returned to table still cold. Manager comes over and says she will have them make a new meal,, when finally returned to table, oh it was hot, steak now med well, still hadn't received second order of spinach dip. Told manager we were still waiting for dip, she said ok. When I cut into steak I was not happy. The same steak was reheated, the broccoli now overcooked and I lost my appetite. Nothing like going out to have a good time with my partner only to watch him eat his dinner while I still waited for mine. When people go to dinner together, they expect to eat together. I did not eat. I watched my partner eat, how enjoyable that was..NOT! What started out as a pleasurable evening of laughs turned out to be such a disappointment. Applebee's, please train your kitchen staff and your manager properly. A medium well steak will not be medium well after being microwaved once, let alone twice, food that is supposed to be hot, should not be delivered to a table cold, if you make an error, don't compound it by making three, you can apologize for your kitchen doing whatever it is they aren't doing right, but do your best to make it right. We came in the other night and had the pleasure of having Amber as our server. Even with it being a fairly busy night she was able to handle our large party wonderfully. I will never eat here again! This place is very dirty. My table was sticky, the seats and dividers had food stuck on them. Their once delicious food is mediocre, although amazingly enough service is still good. The women's bathrooms were not usable due to clogged toilets. Whenever I am in the mood for bar food, this is my place to be at. I can stuff myself silly with their appetizers. Sometimes my fiance and I order three mix and match deals and eat everything ourselves. I wish I was joking. I am a huge fan of their spinach and artichoke dip. It is probably my favorite restaurant dip of all times. In all honesty, the staff can be slow sometimes but I am never in a rush when I dine in here so it doesn't seem to bother me. Press '4' as directed and phone disconnects. Try this a number of times. More time passes get out of car and join confused people. Finally some girl steps out of doors and starts calling out names. When asked what is going on says they are not bringing food out and that their is still 1 hr wait from times given. At this point I cancelled our order. The series of events here is so completely unacceptable it is beyond belief. They shut off phones, give no notice, and just leave you sitting and guessing what the hell is going on. I hope like hell Applebee's in Greece looses all future business, totally unacceptable business practice. Not notifying and not correcting either on line or phone in. Best steak salad ever...Schmitty was our server and she was awesome We are visiting from out of town and this is our new go to place!

On May 29 2020, we had placed an order over the phone as first responders. We were told order would be ready in 25 minutes. We drove to the Greece NY location to pick up our food and parked in lane 7 curbside pickup. We called the number on the sign to inform them we were there and were hung up on several times without being able to say a single word. An employee came out the door to a very angry large crowd also waiting for their food and told everyone they would just have to wait. Now our food has been done for 30 minutes and still nobody answering the calls and or coming out to deliver our meals. Horrible service and they should be ashamed of how they handled this. If I could give less than one star I would. We also tried to cancel our order due to it now being over 30 minutes late and could not reach anyone, so we just left empty handed. This restaurant does not handle customer issues effectively. They don't even bother to call you back regarding a concern. Monday night we had a table for 8 to 10 guest. I ordered the 2 for $32, one for there and one to go home to my son. Ended up eating a lot of appetizers and packed my food to go with the take home meal. I left my bag on the table and as I was driving home, I realized I did not have my food. I called the restaurant immediately and they pretended that they never seen my food (the restaurant was kinda empty b/c we left around 10:30pm) . Called the next morning and left a message for the Manager and have yet to hear back from anyone! Guest the waitstaff enjoyed my food that night. Definitely will not be going back and I will let my family, friends and co-workers from both jobs to STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Let me preface by saying that I used to come here a lot mainly because everyone in the family liked it and we would have either gift cards, coupons, or the Delta Sonic dinner things. This particular location is situated off of the main road in a cramped little restaurant plaza, shared with Olive Garden and The Distillery on either side. Inside, there is the bar in the middle that forms a U shape in front of the kitchen, which seats about 15-18. Surrounding this on one side are tall bar tables that seat 5 or 6 each and some booths on the other side. Then, tables are on the outer edge. The decor is fairly random, with everything from sports to music to pictures to signs and it looks haphazardly strewn on the walls. But... what do I know? I'm no interior designer... The menu has a lot of standard American meals that aren't really worth describing. The last time I came here I think I got some sort of wrap. But I've had a lot of their food, which isn't horrible, but not great either. I'm not a cocktail drinker so I can't comment on their mixed drinks, but their beer selection is as expected for a standard chain (poor) and the wine list mirrors it. I have to say though, if you're going to a restaurant like this and expecting 3 or 4 star quality, you're either extremely spoiled or your expectations are too high.
