I stopped by TC Hooligans Bar & Grill for lunch with my vegetarian daughter, and unfortunately, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The highlight of our meal was the vegan burger. My daughter was genuinely impressed and said it was delicious. It's great to see a restaurant offering a vegetarian option that's actually flavorful and satisfying. I ordered the steak salad, and sadly, it was very disappointing. The steak was so tough that I had to spit out almost every bite because it was impossible to chew and swallow. The salad was also served in a deep bowl, which made it difficult to toss everything together with the dressing. A wider bowl or plate would have made it much easier to eat. For an appetizer, we ordered the New Mexican Street Corn Dip, but it looked nothing like the menu photo. It tasted mostly like plain cream cheese, had very little corn flavor, and the dip itself was oddly firm instead of creamy. The tortilla chips weren't much better they tasted stale and not fresh. I've eaten here before, and I hate to say it, but this visit left me feeling like the quality has declined. The biggest issue was that the indoor (yes INDOOR) dining room was full of bugs flying around, getting into our food and drinks. It was surprising to see that happening inside. The music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation, and the food was terrible. Everything was served cold, and the wood-fired wings, which came in a dog bowl, were especially disappointing. The dog bowl was appropriate. They tasted like dog food. The one bright spot was our waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and honestly seemed a little embarrassed by the place. My dad and I randomly stopped here after seeing a movie a couple weeks ago, and loved it. The staff are always so attentive, and we have always been sat relatively fast. The ambiance of the restaurant is more of that sports bary vibe with a lot of TVs and sports on. Love the outdoor seating during the warmer months, but the seating inside is nice as well. My dad and I absolutely love their garbage plates. The food is always fresh with crispy fries, and good tasting Mac salad. The cheeseburgers are always cooked just to the perfect point. Their meat hot sauce, is probably the second favorite meat hot sauce I've ever had. It has good flavor with not being too meaty of a meat sauce. My dad and I have actually come back a couple times since the first time we had one of their plates, to get more of them. We have also ordered their tots in a box, which was also very good. Held a retirement party here on 04/11/26. From the beginning with Laurie accommodating our room(s) to our server, it couldn't have worked out better. It worked out that we had a double room and it was needed. Our server, Gina, couldn't have been more attentive and caring to make sure we had everything we needed. She offered to get drinks for people without having to "flag" her down. Our food was great and very plentiful. People also ordered from the menu and the pizzas looked fabulous. I was only sorry I didn't try any. I really want to recognize Gina as she had a lot of people to tend to and she was always smiling and there when needed. As a family gathering we ate on a Saturday night at Hooligans. The menu was extensive with many items I would have like to eat. At our table we had the Black and Bleu Salad, a pizza, fish tacos and a Classic Chicken Sandwich with Bacon. Everyone live there food and I felt the menu was fairly priced. The only down side was the sound system. A football game was being blasted. The sound was so loud we couldn't talk. There are two tabled areas that are walked off from the main bar area. We came in super late with my family after our last final exams around 11:30 pm, and we were so happy to have a place open for us to grab a very late dinner. I got the delicious fish tacos which are (3) flash-fried cod, vegetable slaw, pico de gallo, and lemon aioli on flour tortillas, and served with fries. They were super crispy and warm. The "flour" tortilla shells were an interesting texture and flavor. I am not sure what kind of flour they are made out of, but I did like them. I also had some of the mozzarella sticks that were ordered, and they were also delicious! My only complaint is how loud the dining room was and how hot it was for 11:30 pm. I'm not sure where to start. It looked super fun and happening from outside. Pretty crowded. We were a group of 6 and got a table right away after struggling to find a parking spot. The plates, glasses and silverware were disgusting and dirty. It had particles in them from not washing properly. When we asked the waiter to change them, she said that's how all the dishes were and she hears this a lot but she believes it's actually not dirty. Food was equally disgusting. my son loves the loaded fries here. we ordered them to go twice and the first time they didn't give us the normal amount they do when you are eating inside at the restaurant which is just annoying for $20 for fries. My brother and I went for a late lunch around 2 and it was not alot of people as we missed the noon rush. We were immediately greeted at the front entrance and seated right away in a booth in the front smaller dining area. Our person was Jill and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu selections. I ordered the Philly Steak Wontons, which were filled very nicely with shaved steak, peppers, onions and cheese. They are larger than I thought and you get two with a tangy sauce side to dip. I also ordered a custom pizza. On my pizza was grilled chicken, artichokes, olives, red onions, mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese with a garlic and oil sauce. It was good however, the grilled chicken was very dry and I ended up picking it off. Still good though. My brother got the fried coconut shrimp and enjoyed them very much. We both had ice teas. This review is only for their pizza since it's the only thing I have had from here. It was decent. Had that nice wood fired pizza taste...but it was a little too charred in some areas on the bottom. Some bites had a sooty taste. Also I ordered a supreme pizza and one thing that I didn't like was that the veggies were still raw. This happens when the pizza is cook too fast And/or the veggies are not prepped thin enough. Other than this, I did enjoy it...and I got a feeling if I had ordered the meat lover's, I probably would have rated it a 4...but I'm a sucker for a good supreme pizza and it's usually the one specialty pizza I order. read more

Our visit was super early...Minutes after opening. Im also a first time visitor, drawn to Hooligans while eating at another restaurant across the street, so I can say unbiased that this place has TON of atmosphere, especially when it calls to you from across the street!! This is true even when it's quiet at opening. Seems like there's a wide selection of spaces to sit in and enjoy your time at. Started my lunch with a nice pint of Guinness. I decided on the mushroom Swiss burger. Cooked to perfection, with a lightly buttered bun, mushrooms and a subtle underlying garlic flavor. The fries are battered (seemingly) and have excellent crunch and flavor. My sister got the Rueben which she enjoyed quite a lot with light sauerkraut, she also enjoyed the fries for the same reason as myself. I will 100% be back to Hooligans. I live in WA STATE so the ONLY disappointment will be having to wait for my next trip the area before I can go again. read more
