We always have a nice Friday night family meal when I visit Ontario. The back entrance has plenty of parking and you enter into the bar area. The bar staff are always friendly and will serve you full dinner at the bar. I didn't snap a Pic of the bone in wings but they were delicious. Crispy how I like wings. My pasta scallops entree was savory and many scallops. The flaming cheese platter was fun and we had plenty of pita for dipping. All items are priced very fair too. Another note always ask for the specials the list is typically 20 items or more. read more

Very disappointing. Overpriced and it seems that they've lost the will to put out a decent meal. I ordered the chicken panini and it was $17.00. When it came I was surprised to see that it didn't come with anything else. Just a very small sandwich on a plate by itself. No chips, no garnish... The sandwich itself was just ok, nothing special. I don't go out that often but I can say that Konstantinou's is a great restaurant with amazing food. Not only is the food excellent, the servers I've experienced have always been super kind, efficient and extremely customer service oriented. Thanks to y'all who work & run Konstantinou's. You makemy whole dining experience wonderful! I have brought several friends from out of town there. In fact, tomorrow I'm bringing a friend from Rochester there for the first time. I wish I could pull up a happy hour menu. I'm having a hard time finding it. I see they have a happy hour but I haven't been able to find the menu yet. I'm just going to call tomorrow and I'm sure they'll help me locate the happy hour menu and they're specials for tomorrow. They are specials every night and they are really amazing. read more

Do NOT get the Ruben here. I've tried it twice (6 months apart) and not good. The corned beef quality is poor (fatty/gristle, etc). A Ruben is my favorite sandwich when the meat quality is good. For $17 it should have good meat. The personal pizza was doughy (dough not fully cooked). My son got a burger and said it was barely "OK". Again, for the price it should be very good. Stopped here for dinner on the way home from the Sterling Renaissance Festival and it did not disappoint. I had the roast turkey dinner with stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, and macaroni salad. My son and the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. My friend had a slice of chocolate cake. Everyone left full and happy. Both my son and I had leftovers to leave with despite eating A LOT. What a great place. They seem to have a diverse menu- from brick oven pizza to breakfast options. My boyfriend and I were in at an awkward time between lunch and dinner but were well taken care of! I'm kinda a salad snob but the Greek salad really impressed me. The chicken was moist and the dressing was so tasty. Nice find. read more

The food is really good. The place is clean, with big booths, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service is very bad depending on your waitress. We had a waitress named Shannon, (I think.) She set my food out of my reach so that I had to reach across my guests to get my food. She never returned to offer refills. She did subtle things that made me feel that I was not welcome there. Whenever we were stuck with her she was very difficult to track down and very unfriendly. Eventually we would tell the hostess, when we entered, to NOT seat us with this waitress. The last time we were in there (over a year ago) she would not bring me water with the meal. I had nothing to drink. I reminded her several times before finally approached the counter where she was chatting with other standing servers . I asked for my water and her response was lukewarm, I ended up telling her that she was consistently giving me bad service. The owner over heard ( the female owner) and took over our table, and gave us a dinner card for like $25. I gave that away to a co-worker. There is another server, I think her name is Terry, that became our BFF, she was so gracious and friendly, she made eating there a real pleasure. We had good luck in the pizza place that is adjacent. The liquor store adjacent is owned by them as well, those girls are really helpful and very friendly. I only rated this one star because, living out here, there are limited choices. We would have frequented this place at least 3 times a week, between Breakfast lunch and dinner choices, which are pretty good. However, after the last situation, which made me feel pretty lousy, I decided not to eat there ever again. read more

Met friends out for dinner and drinks here expecting a sports bar and got much more. They have a huge menu with traditional bar food, but also includes wood fired pizza, steak and Italian dishes. I had haddock French and it was incredible. The fish was fresh and flaky with the perfect amount of breading in a lemon based sauce. Served with rice and broccoli - it was amazing! My buddy ordered a medium rare steak that was cooked to perfection and my wife had chicken Marsala. She said the pasta was a bit bland but the chicken was excellent. To cap off the meal, we ended up meeting the manager and had a wonderful conversation. After the meal was over we migrated to the bar for after dinner drinks and the bartender was just as friendly. So great food and excellent hosts - we will definitely be going back. Can't wait for football season to test the beer, pizza and wings! read more

Nice place, love their pizza's and their Greek Salads. Friendly employees, great service. One thing which is why we don't go there anymore. I am somewhat of a very knowledgeable "Beer snob". Been all over the country visiting breweries, bars etc. For whatever reason, quite often when I order beer at Konstantinou's, it tastes of dirty tap. It's kind of a weird buttery taste that indicates the beer lines and/ or taps either haven't been cleared of old beer or not properly cleaned. Basically ruins the taste of the beer which should never have that distinctive taste. My wife whom managed a bar for many years agrees. Other that that, the food, atmosphere and service are great. read more

Just a terrible experience. For starters, it was dark, dated decor, dark, and a depressing vibe. Also, very dark. Service was consistent, server was a nice person, tho it was weird to be called "honey" by a young woman. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. My wife's quesadilla was dry and lukewarm, overall unappetizing. My reuben sandwich had grey corned beef, with just swiss cheese, no dressing, also lukewarm. I lasted three bites. Last time I was in this establishment was very early this year, and it was only the diner section - however, my friends suggested going there and after reviewing the menu i thought.....no.....that cant be any good with it being THAT affordable...... Guess what - not ONLY was their food AMAZING, it was incredibly reasonably priced. They have renovated and added on a bar and full restaurant with a custom made brick oven that produces more than just pizzas. My friends and I wanted fish fry but havent been satisfied with any others in the area so we decided to take a chance and try this place. Not only not disappointed - very pleasantly surprised. For $11.00 got choice of broiled, breaded, beer battered or cajun. Choice of 2 sides that goes beyond the normal fires and cole slaw. Which - by the way - this is the most amazing cole slaw I have had out to eat in a long time. Wowza on flavor. I decided to go with the seafood platter for $15 instead because I can only take so much of one thing (I normally order different appetizers and have turned a few friends on to this type of meal as opposed to one thing you may not like.) so the plattered included scallops and shrimp. And they will split the prep of the things on the plate. Not knowing what to expect - I ordered the scallops broiled, the shrimp and haddock fried. My haddock was the same size as my friends' haddocks, 4 (actually mine had 5 because one had broken) sea scallops that were done perfectly, 4 beautiful shrimp butterflied and breaded/fried with a cocktail sauce to die for. A full haddock fillet done so well that today for lunch I peeled off the batter and made a seafood salad with the haddock. AND not only lemon slice, but a wedge of orange with. The tarter sauce equally as good as the slaw and cocktail sauce. (Tastes like they make all of their items in house.) For $15?!?!? Pinch me. But wait!!!! Theres more - got to choose 2 sides from a HUGE variety of sides menu. Just incredible. While waiting for our to go dinners, we tried the clams casino which are done with bread crumbs, cheese blend and Italian sausage. I have had them done may ways, and tried different things myself, but never this. My goodness. (what looked like Mahogany) 6 clams. We shared although my friend almost got a fork in the back of the hand :) Not pointing fingers, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. By the time I got to my dinner and it almost wasn't worth it to try to reheat it because I nibbled and kept nibbling it was that good cold. I went here once about a year ago. I couldn't remember what my experience was like but thought I would give it a try. We just ordered burgers and an appetizer. The server was good. Victoria, I think? The food wasn't bad. The fries were "okay". The burger was "okay". I wish it hadn't come on a hard roll. I didn't know that was the case before I ordered. Also, $9.75 for 5 mozzarella sticks ensures I will never get those again. read more

Typical hometown restaurant. Local hangout. Food was good. Service not so much. Our waitress was not friendly at all. When we were done with our breakfast, we waited and waited for our check. Our waitress was chatting with other customers. Finally had to flag down a different waitress for our check. Finally our waitress came over, but instead of giving us our check, just took our debit card. No explanation. ?? Came back with the check and our receipt. No thank you or have a good day. Great fish fry at Konstantinou's! The food in general is very good and the atmosphere is home town and friendly. Burgers, pizza and wings made in a huge wood fired oven. Yum! I like the restaurant and the prices are very reasonable. Food doesn't come out from the kitchen fast so be prepared for a short wait. Worth the trip to Ontario. The only criticism I have is the owner yelling at the staff. Our very young waitress made a mistake with an order. The owner blasted her and she cried. That made our whole group feel terrible for the waitress. The mistake was fixable and the situation should have been handled better. Customers don't want to know the owner is a dick. read more

We were in town for a wedding but stayed an extra night for a second event. We had a party of eight adults and two young children. We called ahead to let them know we were coming for lunch. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was family-friendly. The server helped my son and daughter-by-marriage by taking their kids' order and bringing it out almost as quickly as our drinks. We are locals and this is a great establishment to dine with friends family or work members. The food is always fresh. They offer a full bar and a dinning area as well. The menu ranges from brick oven pizza prepared in front of you to homemade lobster mac and cheese. The owner is active in the dinning area as well as the bar area. The wait staff is polite and we'll groomed. The facilities are clean and everyone is attentive to all the dinning guest needs. This was my spot to go to after work when I worked out in Ontario. Me and the guys used to stop in every Sunday for drinks at the bar. The girls new us and treated us right. No watery drinks here. And the locals know it. Always busy with the regulars. I have had so much food from here but my favorite is the steak salad. They marinade the steak is something heavenly and it is always so juicy. The blue cheese vinegarette makes the salad though. It compliments the steak perfectly. I used to get one for take-out once a week. Also love their margheritta pizza. I'm not a fan of thin crust but theirs is awesome. I really miss having this restaurant down the street. read more

That was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. We had a great first time experience at Konstantinou's! Our server, Rita, was kind and friendly and helpful and enthusiastic, especially about the huge menu! After much debate, I settled on the Chicken/Broccoli Alfredo. The portion was generous and the homemade sauce was great. My friend ordered the ground steak with gravy and fries and she loved it. This place was good enough for me to come here two days in a row! I had the prime rib, and it was very well done. They finished it off on the grill, which was a nice touch and because of the bar attached to the restaurant, they had a nice drink selection. They had a rather extensive pizza menu, that I stole a few bites of from my wife's plate. It was very well prepared and tasty. The prices are very reasonable and the service was decent. Went on a Thursday night at 6:00pm. Ordered a greek salad that stated it comes with pita bread ,pepperoncini's ,feta and olives also I ordered the full size plate with shrimp. It came out after a half hour and it was small. I asked the waitress if it was the full size she said yes. So I began eating and saw I has 3 olives and 1 pepperoncini in the salad with a very, very small and a tiny amount of feta, I asked the waitress if I can get a few more pepperoncini's since that my favorite part of the salad. She brought me 2 after ten minutes. Then I said it comes with pita bread and she said not this salad!!!! And she said sorry and rubbed my shoulder...LOL Then when I got the bill they charged me 1.00 for the 2 pepperoncini's. I complained and they took it off. Drinks were good that's about it. I have just read some of these other reviews on this restaurant and I don't doubt any of them. It is a Greek restaurant people! Deal with it! With that being said, my wife and I were out shopping and we started jonesing for some comfort food. So off we went on a east bound adventure down route 104 until we found this place. This place is like the Wegmans of restaurants. They have got it all here. There is a liquor store, there are two bars, there are two restaurants all in the same building!! Inside the restaurant, they have "Video Crack" (Quick Draw) to play and a whole bunch of TV's to watch the games on. You can eat at the bar, or in the diner, or in the restaurant. You can even take it to go and eat it in the parking lot if it makes you happy! The menu has it all, from the low end, but delightfully delcious meatloaf or turkey dinner comfort food to the high end steak or seafood. They have a brick oven pizza working with homeboy tossing the dough right at the counter so you can watch. Once again, it's a Greek restaurant people! We were served by the lovely and talented Shannon Lee who did a outstanding job and nailed every point of service right on the head. Mama went with The Greek Gyro, some hot crispy fries and a little vino while I ordered the man sized turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Everything came out that kitchen in large pipping hot portions and it was all cooked to perfection. So the waitress was a crab and that sets my tone usually but it was managers retreat day and I wasn't going to let her effect me. I had French toast, Ham and eggs. Not a drive by. Family owned and the new sports bar idea works well. They sunk a lot of money into the rehab of this building. Great easy parking front and in the back. We were a walk in and were seated immediately after choosing a table near a window in the bar area. Menu is good with a wide variety of offerings. I selected the stuffed mushrooms that were very good with a homemade sauce slightly seasoned with horseradish. I selected the steak which was done to perfection. One nice surprise was the mashed red potatoes.... Excellent! The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. I will definitely return to the the pizza from the open brick oven. read more

My family has been going here for years. It's been a long time away for me but I had a need to host a luncheon here recently. I wasn't sure how many people would be able to make it and guessed between 30 and 50. They were very flexible and able to adjust the amount of food and accommodations as needed for a very reasonable price. Everyone enjoyed the food and the new sports bar area was beautiful. The owner was great to work with and made me feel like I was at home here. I can't wait to go back! read more
