This last trip I tried their new rainbow drink but I added vodka to it and let me tell you, it was SO GOOD! If you like sweet drinks you will love this! You get a sour strip in the drink! Crazy!! Anyways, I also for the bourbon street chicken and it was so delicious! We had a big party and we went at a very busy time, but the waiters/waitresses handled everything well! If I could I would leave 0 stars, my friends and I ordered and got a couple of wrong orders which was confusing because we were straight forward on what we ordered, I ordered garlic parm wings and got classic wings with no flavor so I said this isn't what I ordered so they went back to "fix" it and I just got the same wings with just parmesan. My husband and I went and ate outside the restaurant about a month ago and the service was incredibly slow and they messed up our meal... This is the first time we've ordered from them car side since then and yet another mistake. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp and my husband got the half rack of baby back ribs... The ribs and the chicken were good, but the garlic mashed potatoes was more like garlic mashed potato soup... It wasn't even edible. And the shrimp was not very well cooked. The hostess today (04/15) or whoever she was, the one mainly in front wearing all black @8pm was very helpful and professional compared to the other staff. I had asked our server for a high chair and never heard back, I asked her where they were and she went and got me one. It really is the small things that make the difference imo. We usually come to this place for dinner. The last few times it has not been the best service and the people who attend ignore our requests, like to bring water or just napkins, the last time we wanted to watch a baseball game while we waited for our food, they gave us three different responses, three different employees - They didn't have the remote control, the manager was the only one who could change and the last one said I just don't know how to do it. ridiculous. the worst thing was that we had to wait 45 minutes for dinner but not only that, it was completely cold. I wish I could give a 2 start but I can't. Our waitress was overwhelmed and the kitchen staff was just screwing her. It took 10min just to come to table for drink order and rushed off before the app order was even possible. 10min later we get drinks then place order for apps. 10 min later she comes back and says we are out of cheese bites. So we ask where is chips and salsa we ordered and 5 min later they come out... 15 min total for chips and salsa for a 25% full restaurant. Come on... and also daughter ordered oreo shake ... 20min to find out they are out of oreos.... Finally about 45 min later the meals comes out. My sons mozzarella sticks are cold and I'm taking, it's a stick of string cheese fresh from refrigerator. My mom's meal the broccoli is cold like 75 degrees cold and so is her mash potato are even colder. My plate which was the burbon street chicken and shrimp... thank God it came out on a hot platter so I could cook my own food. 10/10 recommend. Always eat and drink too much when I go here the drink specials are great, however the discounted drinks are usually VERY sugary and make you full and bloated fast. We stopped in here for an early dinner today. There was no one to greet us or to tell us if we could sit in the bar area. We sat ourselves in the bar area. There was an older gentleman that was waiting ahead of us who also sat himself at the bar after we walked past him to seat ourselves. There were probably 15 total people in the restaurant. It spidered that there was one waiter moving around the room servicing people who were sitting in booths. There was a group of 3 standing beyond the bar area chatting Amongst them selves and another group of two individuals across the room at a machine where orders are entered. There was no one behind the bar, yet there were 3 customers waiting to be served. We waited for a 15 minutes before anyone moved to tend to the customers, then miraculously the bartender showed up. The older gentleman who seated himself at the bar growled at the bartender, "I sat here believing I would get faster service, guess I was wrong"! The Bartender replied, giggling, I was talking with my manager, then asked what he round like. He ordered a glass of Cabernet. When she brought it he asked, "that's a glass"? Bartenders said, "oh, you want a 6 or 9 oz", he replied never mind! The bartender finally made it over to our table to take our drink order. She was very nice and brought out drinks very quickly. The drinks were very light on alcohol content but we kind of expected that. We ordered our good and it came fairly quickly and was decent. No complaints. We ordered a second drink and it was served quickly. Over this course of time we only saw the bartender, our sever, twice. She never came back to our table to bring the check, ask us if we needed anything. Same for the others sitting at the bar. My wife had to go to a group of severs hanging out near the kitchen area to get a to go container and ask for the check. The guy who handed her the tray kind of snarled at her. The server who was handling the booth sitter brought our digital checkout to us. Needless to say we will never be back, the service was horrendous!!!!! read more

My family and I placed a to-go order today through the app. We arrived a little earlier than the scheduled pick up time but our food was conveniently ready to go. They have designated parking spots for curbside/to-go orders located towards the back side of the restaurant away from the busy parking lot in the front making it easier to get in and out. The young man working the curbside orders today 8/7/23 between 5:00-5:30pm was so kind and welcoming and professional. Super respectful towards customers and seemed to enjoy his job. I wish we would've caught his name. Our order was correctly made and we left without any issue. My only reasoning for not giving 5 stars is the fact that the food itself seems to be very hit and miss especially when ordering for delivery. The salmon/chicken is usually over cooked and very dry. I did forget to get some wings, so I called in lol. She added it to my order, and said it would be ready as I arrived. We reluctantly went there our main dish was fine but the guacamole we ordered was so bad, it tasted like it came out of jar but worse. It was bitter no onions or tomatoes and a funny texture and shiny with no visible pieces of avocado. Sent it back twice and the manager tried making it....yuck just tasted like lime juice.
