Always a steady choice. Service was quick and friendly. No complaints. I wish they had better drink specials at lunch, but it is what it is. I was craving cheese sticks and they were fantastic! Chicken salsa roll up has been on the menu a long time for a reason! It's always a great lunch choice! Atmosphere was fairly quiet and not too fussy. I wish they still had the farm burger. It was fantastic! Our server was Kelly and she was friendly and quick. The table was a little dirty, but nothing I would get upset about. In all, Applebees is a good all around restaurant that everyone can find something they like on the menu. I wish I was hungry for desert because theirs always look amazing! My husband and I came in to use a gift certificate we had received. I ordered the cheeseburger sitting in cheese but it was supposed to come with fries. The waiter brought out food but he wasn't who took order and I couldn't find out why I didn't get fries. Half the meal was over when she finally showed up and asked if everything was okay. I said does this not come with fries and she said yes, I showed her my plate and she acted like I had eaten fries that obviously had never been served. She served them in time for me to be leaving. She offered to put fries in box, but I hate cold fries and it ruined date night bc he felt horrible that I didn't have enough food. In this economy I won't spend my money in a restaurant that treats ppl the way she did. I would rather spend more for a quality meal that I can take leftovers home from. Came here late on a weekday and they were surprisingly busy, but not a wait, the 4 of us were seated immediately. From that point on everything else kind of went downhill. First, our waitress was nice, but it took forever to get her to come to our table to get drink orders and even longer to get our meal orders placed. Once out meals were ordered it took about 45 min for the food to come out. Overall quality of the food was ok. We had a variety of apps and regular meals, but to be honest non of them really stood out. My boyfriend and I went here last night on New Year's Eve for a dinner for us... the food got there super fast we were not complaining about that but.. We did not get any silverware, we asked our server to please bring us some but she didn't give us any until about 20 mins after our meal was with us.. Once we got out silverware and it was dirty and gross that is very unacceptable when there is a pandemic going on so, we asked for more silverware and we had to wait 15 more minutes to even get any at all and on top of all of that when we got it one of the sets were still dirty and the other was clean so we both shared a fork and got to go boxes and left. Pictures of silverware included and might I add by the time we ever started eating or food was cold. SLOW SERVICE!!! Incorrect orders. We waited over 45 mins to 1hr for food. The waitress was nice and quick to get stuff but it was the KITCHEN that was slow. Only 4 people on the table. Looked around several people waiting on food and saw one table send food back due to incorrect order. WILL NOT BE BACK. Waitress NOT the issue it was the kitchen. Read the reviews first and was skeptical but I kind of had no choice. We came in with 16 people and within 10 minutes they had put our table together, set it, and then sat us. Our waitress was a little late at first but then was on it as far as drinks go. She was very nice to all of us and remembered all of our orders. She did everything a waitress was supposed to do, she didn't anything above and beyond but I couldn't think of anything else. Food was ok, I feel like you can't expect TOO much of Applebee's. Lunch for a coworkers birthday, party of 4. Waitress, Tanasha was nice. Service, not at all! Food came all separately. Like in 15 minute intervals. I just wanted a beer. Sat myself at the bar(3 other people across from me) at 755pm. It's now 805 and no one has even acknowledged my presence even though the server that seems to be working the bar poured a beer 3 ft from me and wouldn't make eye contact. Great service, our server was very sweet and attentive, however, the food was terrible. The Mac n cheese was just simple pasta with unmelted cheese on top. Steaks here are either hit or miss, too. My friend ordered the Bourbon Street steak medium rare and it was medium well at best. However, my macaroni & cheese and appetizer artichoke dip was wonderful. It was cheesy and "gooey" and delicious and the artichoke dip was everything you'd want it to be, served with fresh tortilla chips. I will resoundingly say that I always get better service and a better meal, go figure, if I sit at the bar. Maybe it's the captive server? Avoid the ribs. More often than not they will not satisfy. The flavor is decent but the meat is mushy and doesn't taste fresh. Get your ribs elsewhere! Often times the fries are cold enough to not be edible. The Tequila Chicken always seems to be good. The steaks are usually good. There's not a lot of steak option in this area and this establishment is one of the better. read more

Tanesha was a very good waitress even though they had her covering too many table. She was always attentive and professional. I had French onion soup that was cold but had a good flavor. Always pleased with our service here and the wait stays on top of our needs and fills our drinks often. Love the lunch options...just wish they made similar options available at dinner too like the soup and 1/2 sandwich or salad and 1/2 sandwich. They do offer them except seperately and it would be nice to get a little deal like soup or salad & a whole sandwich at dinner too. Overall though, we're always pleased. If you go weekly however, you tend to get burned out on it...so we make it no more than once per month or twice if we go once during lunch and once for dinner.
