Enjoyed Happy hour cocktails, Margarita on rocks and Blue Long Island with pretzel bits. Loved beer cheddar sauce! Not a big honey mustard fan, but that was ok. Ordered boneless wings mango habanero and garlic Parmesan. Hot and tasty! My take on many restaurants post covid is many of folks Working Want to be here and the deadbeats are at home, so I Try to be more grateful to our servers and cooks. Came to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time in a while. We were pleased with their reward program which was presently offering a promo for a free burger with $15 food purchase for new members. Zakaiya was our server. She was super kind! We were also super pleased to see that our local brewery, Back Forty, was featured on the menu including their best brew: the Bama Mosa. So disappointed! I hate typing this. BWW has been a favorite of ours for years (20+years). We just recently moved to the area and we're excited to see a BWW. But this experience was lack luster by so many ways. Server was okay. Friendly but that was it. Didn't put in the extra. He did agree that our food was off when we said something. Our food when it came out was mild in temp. Which I didn't expect based upon the wait time. Our wings were DROWNED in sauce. We tried real hard to enjoy them. Unfortunately we couldn't. Horrible service, long wait, incorrect orders...ask first r refund told I had to wait till the morning for refund to go back onto debit card. Not!!! What is going on with Restaurants. I love to eat wings on any day but espically during the games. But last week I called in an order and they said give them 20-30 min. So I went 30 min later and waited inside as 1 young man was trying to help all 20 of us waiting. An hour and 115 min later I left. I did call back to say I left in case they hadn't started cooking my order. Again just this week I ordered online I left to go get them after about 20 min. I got there , same thing 10 or so waiting , one young girl trying to take care of all of us. I mean a server probably wouldn't have to take care of 20 tables.. i got the 19.99 special , the wings and fries were cold . Even after having to wait an hour . I don't know if it's bad leadership or just not well trained employees. Ever since Covid I've noticed most places don't have the greatest of help so places are just glad to have someone. But in my own opinion if they would dedicate another person or two to the pick up and the servers more on top of cleaning the tables and just be more incline to what's going on. I mean both times I was in there were at least 8-10 waiting to be seated. And on Saturday Alabama football had just started this placed should be packed , pretty sure it was only 1/2 full . That says volume about this restaurant. I'll keep going but only because I love the wings. But if it continues I will have to change to something else. If wing stop ever comes it will kill BWW. I have never got anything there that wasn't ready on time or even early and great and hot and fresh. I know they have good people here cause I know them. Awful 1st experience. Will never return. Order consisted of 10 boneless wings and I ordered "loaded nachos". Wings were good so he told me. My order was awful. 1st they said 10 -15 min. I waited 40 minutes for my take out order. My Nachos were pathetic. 2 small (cherry tomato slices) lots of running cheese, 2 small sitings of a piece of onion, absolutely NO MEAT. This was definitely a good add to the Gadsden area and it shows by how crowded they are on a daily basis. We've gotten orders to go several times and dined in maybe 3 times now. My recommendation is that you dine in, for sure. For some reason the food really doesn't travel well, especially the fries. But when you get everything freshly cooked from dining in, it's really good. Kind of strange, but my go to when I eat at any BWW is the Brisket Tacos: SMOKED PULLED BRISKET / SMOKY ADOBO / GRILLED ONIONS / AVOCADO / HOUSE-MADE PICO DE GALLO / COTIJA CHEESE / FLOUR TORTILLAS / HOUSE-MADE TORTILLA CHIPS & SALSA I sub the chips and salsa for fries and get a side of the Asian zing to dip them in. Tacos are generously sized and are really flavorful. Brisket is tender and tastes as if it was marinated for many hours. Price points for most meals fall between $7 and $15 and they also have some really good happy hour specials - half price apps and $3 drafts. Service has always been pretty good at this location, they don't always have it easy when this place is packed out. And, as other reviewers have stated - great views of the river. I'll start with the positives: the views are cool and location is unique. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and they had all the games we were interested in on the televisions. The food was good except every single French fry on my husbands plate was about an inch long like they just gave him the crumbs or something. Our waitress was nice. However when we first got inside the restaurant there was a line at the host/hostess stand but no employee there (they weren't that busy). Lots of employees saw us standing there in line and no one greeted us until the host finally came back to the stand and started seating all of us. Waitress never took any plates or anything from our table when we were done with them so we had keep moving dishes around. YIKES ! The sub par chain sponsors the NFL. Unfortunately, this location does not think it is a priority to have NFL games on the TVs on Sundays ... Finally a new place to eat in Gadsden! I have eaten at BWW before, so the food is not new to me. This one was really busy as I expected. We had a little bit of a wait but only about 10 minutes. This is in a great location on the river and if it weren't for the monstrously ugly city hall building across the river the view would be perfect. The building itself was very clean and the staff very friendly. Beautifully done on the inside and an incredible selection of draught beers and a full bar. This BWW has more TVs than anyone I've seen so far, so you won't miss the big game! The patio area is nicely done and the garage door openings to outside is a nice touch! This is essentially a sports bar with a large selection of pub food. That being said, if you don't like it loud stay away from any BWW! I enjoy the excited atmosphere this place invokes and always have a good time! No Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere is a romantic date night or a place to take the youngsters for their birthday, so do yourself a favor as well those already there dining, and don't go there if this is not your cup of tea! It is a fun place with great food and most people do enjoy it! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and although it was a good sandwich my fries were cold. Not a deal breaker. My wife had the chicken salad and really enjoyed it. The chips and salsa appetizer was ok, not the best salsa around. I have had the Asian zinger wings and the garlic Parmesan are tasty as well. Our server, Stephanie, was very knowledgeable and happy to suggest that we could sample beers and brought us several choices. That was something new that not many places do and it was a nice surprise! Stephanie got our drinks to us quickly and kept an eye on us the whole time we had our meal. She wanted to swap out my fries for fresh ones but I told her it wasn't that big of a deal. Like I said, not a deal breaker. Ordered my usual, the the Buffalo Ranch Chicken wrap. Not too hot, not too mild... just right. Bypassed the fries and went for the wedges. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as appetizer which came with 6 sticks and sauce. I would give 5 stars but the kitchen is still not up to par on speed. It took WAY too long for the food to come out especially since they weren't that crowded tonight. This is actually the second time we eaten here but the kitchen time was so bad the first time that I didn't want to Yelp them because I can't award -1 stars. At least the wait time was not as bad tonight as our first visit but it still is not what I expect from B-Dubs! Hopefully, they will work out the kinks. This was my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, and to be honest, I wasn't very thrilled. My grandfather and I came here at about 9 PM this evening to a moderate crowd, loud music, and dozens of televisions playing sports. We were quickly seated in a booth and had Brittany as our waitress (she let me use her name for the review). I have nothing negative to say about our waitress; she was friendly, accurate, and answered all of my questions regarding the various wing flavors to pick from. My grandfather took notice of one of the cheeseburgers on the menu, and Brittany told him that she loves the burgers the most despite the restaurant being geared toward wings. He ordered said burger, and I ordered a basket of onion rings as our appetizer. I had a Dr. Pepper to drink, and it was fresh, as it should be. The onion rings were good, but nothing special... it was hot, well-breaded, and had a nice dipping sauce (I think it was southwest ranch?)... For my entree, I ordered 15 wings, with 5 of them being Caribbean jerk, 5 Asian zing and 5 original buffalo with lemon pepper dry rub over it. I picked tortillas and salsa as my side, and our food arrived in about 15 minutes time. To start, the wings were certainly fresh as was the rest of the food, but I absolutely hated the Caribbean jerk wings. This may be good to others with different taste buds, but I felt like I was eating a candle. The Asian zing wings were alright, definitely has a Panda Express-like taste to them, but I probably won't get those next time. My original buffalo wings with lemon pepper seasoning were also okay, but the lemon pepper overpowered the rest of the original flavor. I was also given an extra cup of the seasoning, but I didn't use it. I didn't eat much of my meal before asking for a to-go box. Maybe I'm just not feeling it tonight? I will certainly give this restaurant another try in the future, and I'll probably take more time to decide on the next wing flavors to try. As for the atmosphere of the restaurant, it's fairly nice on the inside, but many televisions as mentioned. It's a sports bar, of course, but still... Also, as mentioned, there was loud rap music blaring over the speakers, especially in the restroom. I don't mind rap music, but I shouldn't have to raise my voice for a simple table conversation when there aren't many other customers present. As with the service itself, which I partially went over in regards to Brittany, I have no complaints. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and did their jobs accordingly. The restaurant itself was clean as well as the restrooms, so this last section is what gets the 3 stars. I will give this place another go in the future, and I feel like it has the chance to be better the next time around. read more

The customer service from the management team is sad. You decide to call my wife and tell her we didnt pay for our food when we ordered take out. How did we get the food without paying? You didn't even ask if we had a receipt, which we had. You accuse us of not paying. Once I call back, you tell me you checked the system in the back and it confirmed we payed. Here is an idea, check both systems before you call the customer. Jade was the manager I talked to. She tries to tell me that, "all though I can see the payment, technically the card could still decline." Are you serious? Not how that works, it wasn't a check.. She doesn't offer an apology or does she remotely care. Now on to the food. We ordered ranch for the wings. We were given no sauce of any kind. Kids chicken fingers, no sauce again.This was called in. I heard my wife order, and know my wife ordered correctly. I work in customer service, and this isn't how it's done. This has to be the worst BW I've ever been to, I called in my order for take out and I ordered the 20/20 combo which is on the menu and the girl on the phone said she never heard of it and had to get the manager and that should have been the first red flag. The manager comes to the phone and I explain to her what I wanted and she asked me if I wanted dry rub or sauce and I told her I wanted the 20 bone-in pcs. with Buffalo hot sauce and 20 pcs. boneless in honey barbecue sauce and an extra celery and carrots and then she gave me the total and I asked how long before it would be ready and she told me 20 minutes. 20 minutes I was there and girl at counter said my order wasn't ready meanwhile another person there told me that they had waiting a while for their order (second red flag). Finally food was ready so I get home to find that the 20 pc. bone-in had dry rub and no sauce and the 20 pc. boneless was burned and dried out and then covered in sauce but was so hard it was unedible and the french fries were the same actually all the food was over cooked!! Usually get a to go order from here through the app atleast once a week. I like the American Double Cheeseburger and besides being a little over greasy it's a pretty good smash burger and me and my wife both like the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Last night we decided we would get the wrap and try out the Chicken Quesadilla and split both. We started with the Quesadilla and both took a bite out of a slice at the same time. Needless to say that's when our meal ended There were black hairs in both our slices. Couldn't have come from 1 long hair that fell in the food as these hairs were separate and both were coming out the very end of each slice. That ended our entire meal in our first bite. I drove back down to the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. I've found a hair in food before and I know it happens. But never have I had 2 hairs in the same food item in 2 different sections of the meal in the same exact spot where after you take a bite there it is. Manager assured me it wasn't intentional so to me that tells me it's negligence in cleanliness and or body grooming hygiene from whoever in the kitchen is preparing meals. I'd also add when we arrived to pick our order up they weren't overly crowded at 6:30pm on a Sunday night. Manager did refund the entire order which was only the wrap as I used 1,150 of my rewards points on the app to get the Chicken Quesadilla. So we got the money back for the wrap that went into the garbage and I lost 1,150 of my rewards points. But it don't bother me because we won't be returning here. I'll go across the street to Burger 101 for a smash burger in the future. Again if this wasn't intentional (which I hope was not the case) then it comes down to a lack of cleanliness. read more

We ordered Our appetizer and food and waited about 45 minutes when our appetizer was finally brought out (after we asked the waiter to check on it) and the queso had obviously been sitting for a while. It was room temperature and had the thick layer cheese dip forms when it sits for a while. They brought a replacement bowl of queso. Then we waited a total of an hour and fifteen minutes for our food finally came out. All the fries were room temperature (even the order with queso on top) and my wings were also room temp. The chicken fingers and burger were barely warm. when I sent my wings and fries back and instructed to take it off my bill the waiter did and the manager took 10% off the rest of our bill but didn't bother coming out to apologize for the mix up. Nowhere on the app does it say that it is TO GO ONLY. Someone with our party asked for sauce samples so they could order. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and waited over an HOUR for our food. A table that got here about 30 minutes after us got served before us. Our server rarely checked on our table and we never received any refills. When we asked how much longer on our food she replied with " be patient we are backed up in the kitchen" . We said okay no big deal. She then proceeded to walk out to a huge party table and serve them the super spicy wings for a challenge. Very impressed! This was our first ever experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. After today's visit to the new riverfront location in Gadsden I can say without a doubt that we're fans for life. The Asian Zing sauce is incredible, the chicken is fresh, crispy and tasty. Emily provided us with 5-Star service from the moment we were seated.
