I got really sad experience here. I bought new iphone 8 and waited to update my info through icloud. It took over 4 hours. Its insane. The phone still showed "estimating time 2 hours." They only said It took time. I canceled this iphone. They forgot to return my sim card. I'll never go back to this store again. read more

aside from this location being gorgeous, every staff member took all the necessary precautions when waiting in line outside, as well as inside (social distancing, taking your temp, offering hand sanitizer, etc.). but, i'd like to especially thank Luz for helping me during my genius bar reservation. i got there a bit early, but i didn't mind the wait. she was so sweet and knowledgeable as she answered any questions i had, and even kept her distance at the table while walking me through everything i needed to know about getting my macbook repaired. honestly, i was dreading my reservation because of things i've heard from others, but i guess i got lucky here with Luz. :) i've heard all the stories of people being "tricked" into paying more, the line being too long to even make it to their appt, and similar cases. but, everyone i came across was really nice, the line moved fast, and Luz gave me a great offer after comparing it to others. read more

This is probably one of the worst Apple stores I've ever been to. No matter what day or time you go, the staffing does not seem to meet the customer demand. Even the specialists who get you checked in can't seem to keep up with the crowd. Granted you get there early, you will be lucky enough for a 1 hour & 20 minute wait to be seen by a technician. If you get there any other time, you can bet on waiting two hours. It's ridiculous. It's also odd that this Apple store has very few computers and very few accessories to match. Not saying they are essential, but I'm used to seeing Apple stores have tons of devices throughout the store and fun things for sale. read more

I was told that the appointment would be about 30 minutes but they were too busy and sent me away - only to tell me the appointment expired when I came back. Mr apple desk top is on its last legs. I am a senior and went with two other seniors to this store to start the process of buying a new computer. They were many, many apple workers milling about doing nothing. Some were helping a few customers (all of a young age on both sides). After ten minutes of waiting I went over to one of them and ask them if he could help. He said he would get somebody. After another ten minutes somebody came over and said they would get help. After waiting another ten minutes, we took the hint and left the store. It is obvious that their policy is, if you above a certain age they do not want your business, sort of like in the old south, with signs saying we only serve whites. I would give this place a no star rating if I could. It was an ugly experience. read more

I went into the store ready to purchase a computer on a weekday evening around 7pm. I literally couldn't get them to sell me one. First I wandered and waited for someone to help me. After about 10 minutes of that I was told I needed to be on a "list" to purchase something. I was told I had to wait in one spot in the store for my turn and "someone" would find me (no looking around the store). I waited another 45 minutes. By this time my child was losing patience and we had to leave. The store wasn't especially busy. I came ready to buy. They had terrible service and very bad communication. There is no way to know the "system" unless I guess you are a regular and buy computers all the time. I found it pretentious. If I'm going to spend 2K on your products I expect some semblance of customer service. read more

We returned an hour and a half later to check on our appointment to have a screen fixed. The individual who checked us in pretended he had never seen us before. When prompted to assist us after 2 and a half hours of waiting, the employee explained to us that 3 hours is an acceptable wait time for this location. This place is sorely understaffed. COVID or not, this retail experience is appalling given the amount of money Apple products cost. I was here to exchange a watch band after being sold the wrong watch band at the same location. Waiting more than 30 minutes to make what should've been an easy exchange was already frustrating, in addition to getting conflicting information about whether or not I could browse while a friend held my place on line. Finally, when I saw a "specialist" I was informed that I couldn't make an exchange without also exchanging the watch, and needed the box too. Had I been told this in any of the multiple exchanges I had with other employees, it would've been one thing, but I had now spent a significant amount of time for apparently nothing. The only saving grace is that the manager made an exception and allowed the exchange, but it was too little too late. Hire more people, create a better process, manage better. Had a great experience: the intake people were kind and efficient ( I was a walk-in). They booked me for both the genius bar and a floor person - a wait of up to an hour. Within 5 minutes, staffman Shin was at my side helping me resolve a virus problem. Walked in planning to buy an Apple Watch however my boyfriend and I weren't even greeted when we walked in (far from the Apple Store treatment we are used to- my boyfriend and I have iPhones, MacBooks and iPads all purchased from an Apple Store). This last one I came in at 3:32 for a 3:30 appt. had to wait 10 mins to be checked in and then was told I was late and would have to make another appt. For real? Two mins late? I called this store to place an order that I was assured would be delivered to me by 3 pm that day. Order never showed. The guy who took my order gave his name as Bentley. When i called to inquire about it the woman who answered the phone told me no one by that name worked there. Concerned that some random person who supposedly didn't exist now had my credit card number, I asked her how we could A. Check on the order and B. Look into the situation with my credit card. Though I remained incredibly calm the whole time, she rude and dismissive - speaking over me and condescendingly telling me to go call the credit card company. Finally I talked her into letting me speak with the manager. He transferred me to an 800 line that I wasted another 40 min on. Had to change my card number and Apple did not care in the least. read more

Worst service ever. Alex P should not be a manager here or anywhere. She is patronizing and rude in a way that more than borders on racism. This store has no real supervision and instead very rude, uncaring and ineffective people have been placed in charge. Other staff members were helpful and understanding but not given any real power to make decisions. I appreciate their efforts to help and it was clear that Alex P was the main obstacle to that help. Avoid this Apple store, and if you do go there and deal with this manager I encourage you to make a formal complaint with corporate. Called the store directly to ask about whether they can do the sprint upgrade plan. The Apple representative assured me that of course they can without a problem. I came to the store to learn that was a lie. Apparently Apple is no longer authorized to do sprint lease plans in the store. Trash service. Never returning to this location. I don't even leave reviews but am really frustrated with my waste of time today. My laptop screen is shattered and I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. The lady at the door told me i was checked in and i waited. About 45 minutes later i asked another associate if i was up soon, she told me she was busy but they're currently helping me. Over an hour passes, i ask another employee if he can tell me my wait time. He then types in my name to tell me that the first two people did not check me in. I had the rudest staff member help me on my phone repair today. First of all I was extremely misguided by Apple's own support app that lists the prices of the repairs, in my case I wanted the back of my phone screen replaced. I made an appointment for this repair and arrived 10 minutes early. I then stood only for 1 hour in the cold and snow past my appointment time. There was no scanning of my code or organized system. Then once inside the store I had to deal with the coldest sales repair person ever who said we don't repair "old phones" it's $500 to replace. I was fine paying the $500 but he continued to disparage me like "so what are you gonna do about this old phone - we don't work with these anymore " keep in mind the phone is an iPhone 11 Pro, it's been 12 months since I bought it. I paid the $500 he was annoyed and then he brought the replacement phone. He said "here it is" and I paused and said oh does it have my new number and he said annoyed and fuming "just go through the set up on your own time" I said I waited an hour outside the store, I spent $500 you can give me 5 more minutes. He said "no I can't I don't care how much you waited or spent your questions can be answered by the Genius Bar hotline". I'm 6 months pregnant and even if I wasn't you would think being a decent human being would be a qualification for a client facing role. read more

First time here. When I walked in, it was packed for a Saturday. They were filming a commercial. I met a sales associate named Megan. She was really cool. I needed a set of iphone apple headphones, & directed me to Ariel, another cool sales associate. I got my headphones quickly & it was very reasonable indeed.
