They are liars!!! I brought my laptop to check because I thought, it was broken, since the screen was black. I passed it for diagnostics. The next day, they called me and said that the problem is with Software, which they can fix for $150. I decided to wait with the repair, as I was soon about to go to visit my son and wanted to show my laptop to my son first. It turned out that it was just the lighting of the screen went to zero and the son showed me 2 buttons that regulate the illumination of the screen, one with a plus, the other with a minus. After such an experience, I will never turn to this company again and will not advise others. Now I understand why among Russian -speaking in America there is a distrust of Russian businesses. I had a Yamaha YPG-625 electric piano that had a broken LCD display. I ordered the replacement part because 2 other repair shops that I called wanted me to have the part. They were responsive and transparent with what was broken, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The display was replaced very quickly because I had to leave for a trip in a few days. However, there was an issue with the display's backlight and I brought the piano back to Good Zone. They took a look at it and found that there was a discrepancy with the part that I had bought and the one that was replaced that caused the backlight issue. They researched it and found a solution and fixed the backlight. Very satisfied with the outcome eventhough there was a hiccup with the replacement part. If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't come here!! They are running a scam and selling fake products and tricking you into believing they are real. I got my apple MacBook screen replaced for around $450. After a month of having it the screen easily cracked when I went to open it. I brought it back to GoodZone and explained to them what happened. A worker said that because this is physical damage they can only replace it for $300. There was no way I was paying them more money to fix my screen AGAIN. They did not try to come to a resolution and offer a partial refund or anything. After going back and forth, the worker stated that the screen is not an original apple product, but a manufactured screen made to look like one. I was pissed! He also kept saying that he told me this before replacing the screen which was not true. I would have never agreed to get my MacBook fixed if I knew it would be with counterfeit parts that would easily break in a month! Now my screen is completely black. I dropped off a Samsung tablet to have a cracked screen repaired. A week later, I return to pick up the tablet and the new screen is clearly not seated properly and sits above the device. I ask the person returning the tablet to me about this and he assures me that it's fine. It looks haphazard and amateurish but it seemingly works. A day later the touch screen was slow to respond to inputs! I usually don't write reviews, and this may be my first, but the shoddiness of the work, the dismissiveness of my concerns and the tablet not working a day later just left a sour taste in my mouth!
