I thought to myself, I'm gonna come back. And I did. And I do. Whatever your shipping needs, they've got it covered. They're smart, and quick, and helpful. You're dealing with the same guys every time, instead of a different manager every week (let alone employee) because working for Fed Ex is probably awful. So now I go past the Fed Ex shop on my corner, and walk an extra 10 minutes because I'd rather deal with nice, efficient, actual people that don't seem to hate me. Sure, there's a wait sometimes because this is Brooklyn, and I'm not the only person in the neighborhood that's figured out (A) Brooklyn Postal Center is a good spot and (B) shopping local is better for everyone. But the line moves quick, and even the people waiting with you are nicer over here.

Not only did they help print photos of my grandmother in different sizes, they also retouched the photos to improve the quality! It also included a $30 fee that the receiver of my letter was going to have to pay. Since the receiver was a business I decided to find another way to send. That's when I discovered cobble mail. I went there and they made it super easy to send the letter. They were very knowledgeable about the delivery process. Not only that but they were efficient and friendly. I'd definitely go back again and recommend for others.
