I love this place! I dropped in totally last minute just to get some documents printed for my apartment application. I paid $2 to use the computer for 7 minutes and they gave me a discount on the quantity of sheets printed! I think it's about 10 cents a page but he let me pay 1 dollar for about 20 sheets. They have really friendly workers and even found me a folder to submit my application! Thanks so much for saving my butt! read more

Service was less than adequate. I had one man just walk away from me in the middle of a print job and not return. They had very little selection for a simple résumé job. What topped my first (and only unless I receive an apology and refund) experience off was that upon paying for my 5 pieces of paper ( 3 of which were color) I was informed that the first color page was $5. FOR ONE PAGE. I told him that this is the type of thing I would like to be told before making a decision. But he just gave me the age old "that's the policy". To his credit he gave me a measly 10% discount after I explained my dissatisfaction with the policy and the fact that it wasn't publicized anywhere. So instead a total of $7 it was $6.30. At kinkos (or any other print shop I've been to) this would have cost under $3. I don't think of myself as unreasonable but economically, this is a bad option. read more

I'm visiting New York and needed to print various documents for visa applications. Found PrintOut using Yelp - less than 5 minutes walking from my Airbnb. I went there this afternoon, printed 36 pages from my flashdrive and made 4 copies, all in black and white. This cost $6. I went back a couple of hours later having forgotten one document. I was attended by a different person who charged me $2.25 for 2 pages, also in black and white, printed off the flashdrive. I asked him for a price list. He said they didn't have one, and proceeded to make up numbers claiming that the first copy costs $5 and then they're a dollar a page... SO disappointed. read more

Hasidic owned Kinko's style printer... Large format capability (3x5 foot around 35 bucks). Super quick turnaround. If you need a quick printout, drop them an email attachment and pick it up within minutes.... read more

I had a great experience at Print Out. I submitted a file via email very late in the day, but misspelled the email address so they never received it. Didn't notice my error til much later, but got on the phone and was told to merely resend and they would make sure it was finished before the shop closed. Approximately 40 minutes later I got a call telling me my 100 double-sided postcards and 20 flyers were complete and ready for pick up. Easy parking, and the product looked great. I actually come here all the time for my printing- the guys always work with me to perfect all of my print jobs. They are also nice and courteous most of the time. However, I do understand some of the frustration from other reviewers in regards to not having a set price list. I spoke to one of the employees and he said they are working on it, but because each job is "customized" it's challenging. Just throw up some basic packages and stick it to the wall!!! And then they would have 5 stars. read more

Two stars only because the people I talked to on the phone and through email were very nice. But that doesn't make up for a particularly nasty experience inside the store. Went to pick up a portfolio submitted days prior, completely ignored for the first ten minutes in the store. Awkwardly staring at and trying to talk to any sales person that walks by, still ignored. Finally one man rudely asks what I want. Yes, I am a female. But please, please do not treat me like I am gum on the bottom of your shoe. Left finally after I was told he has no record of me submitting anything. Informed the woman I was emailing about the exchange and she immediately called me and apologized profusely. The portfolio was ready, but she understands if I don't want to return. I appreciated that immensely, but still never going back. read more

Hands down the ONLY printing company I use in Brooklyn! I order for my office at least once a week and the service is always fast and reliable. They even deliver my orders to my job FOR FREE. They have a great selection of paper and each person I've interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable. The previous reviewer said that it's $35 for a 3x5 poster. I just called them, and the prices are $15 for black and white and $75 for color, on regular paper, same day. I haven't used their service yet, but these prices are very different from the previous reviewer's, so I wanted to note them. read more
