I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

Amazing customer service and iphone repair skills!…read more My husband dropped his iPhone 8 Plus and completely cracked the screen. Within 45 minutes, with 3 other people in line, his iPhone was as good as new! The owner even added a free tempered glass screen to ensure that this wouldn't happen again! Who does that?? This takes away from your return business, but this shows that the owner actually cares about you! Cannot recommend this place more

They do promote the phone accessories but it's never been high pressure. One time I was going to purchase a phone through Verizon website but it was so confusing plus I had concerns about transferring everything over from old phone to new phone. I know I know you should just be able to backup to ICloud but it never works. The people at the store always handle this process so I don't need to mess with it. Very happy with this store and the people who work here.

Hair down to his mid-waist, fingernails nails I would estimate that 4 to 5 inches in length. This is the impression Verizon is making on me, which is a tad scary and a lot off-putting. He then pointed to an intern whom he advised was an intern who had absolutely no authority whatsoever, and, consequently, there was no point in talking to her. I am on a business account with my nephew's business, and, after advising this impressive Verizon employee (8 years of experience he informed me) )immediately advised me that he was not authorized to communicate with me. He then turns his back to me, walks away, and telephones my nephew. My nephew and I were not impressed. I then grabbed my phone(my problem was a crack in the front cover) and left the store. Verizon simply must not be interested in over-the-counter business in small retail. Absolutely disturbing.

Under new management? Absolutely deplorable. Customer service was awful. Igor was rude and unkind and unhelpful. I gave him a working phone with a small crack in the screen and he has me a "repaired" screen that had no touch capability. His solution was to give me my old, cracked screen, to which he then shattered, putting back on. It's worse now than it was when I originally gave it to him and the response was a should shrug and 'sorry 'bout your luck.' DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Absolutely despicable and an embarrassment.

Yet, somehow I accepted an upfront charge of $533.37 for a new screen at Paradigm. After several days I called to check on the status of my laptop and was told that the new screen was coming from China and it wasn't in yet. This went on for weeks. Finally, in mid January I was told my computer was ready. Yes, the screen was now intact, but new problems arose... Remember in the old days of computers when they told you not to leave a certain picture on your screen too long or it would get etched in? Apparently, someone in China was into anime. Most of my $2,000+ laptop has a screen with barely distinguishable images all over it. The bottom left looks like a phantom cartoon person with astonished eyes and a mouth open in shock. Plus, every so often the screen separates from the backing at the top revealing the lights within. I am able to press it back together. I contacted them in January. No response. I have considered following through with more action, but I really don't want to deal with this company anymore. I have purchased a new laptop and let children use the old one.

Fantastic customer service and good prices…read more My phone hasn't worked in over a year! it randomly opened apps/links and pressed buttons all on its little lonesome. I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there. I haven't had a problem with my phone since. Not only did he fix my phone, but his customer service made my bad day better.
