I called on a Sunday for three of us to go in. They said to come in an hour and we did. I really liked this place. I did have to wait a bit but once they started on me I didn't feel rushed. They took there time and I felt pampered. They have awesome massage chairs. It's a little different sitting at a counter for the manicure but I enjoyed my experience. A little pricier than other places but you get more pampering. Not a place you want to run in for a quick mani/pedi. read more

This is my second trip to apple nails, only came back because I was given a gift certificate. Everything seems very clean and they do a pretty good job, but it is too expensive for what you are given. Also, my little girl has gone several times with friends and she always gets the same older man who is not very nice to her at all. everybody in this business is really professional and nice We started out of a humongous selection of nail polish colors We started out of a humongous selection of nail polish colors I did not have a really long wait but I did have to wait The water tub was dirty but he cleans it out They start out by filing my nails My Nail Tech takes out a trimmer she kindly asked me if she wants my nails trimmed I say no After that she put a lavender sugar scrub on me it smells wonderful She puts on this lotion After it got into my skin my skin felt smoother than ever After that I wait for my legs to dry up My Nail Tech goes to the back she brings up these towels that have steam coming off of them I thought why the hell would they need towels that are so hot She puts them all over my leg I am saying that burns She takes them up she puts them on my feet I don't know why but I didn't really burn on my feet After that it was time to paint my nails She takes this really light shade of blue which is the bottom cote She painted onto my nails I'm confused But then she takes the color that I picked before it turns out to be a top coat My nails are done I thought it would be a darker sparkly blue but it turns out to be this turquoise light blue I thought why didn't you just do two layers of that nail polish before read more

I went in for a $30 pedicure. When I checked my bank account, I found they charged me $60!. I brought my bank statement and my receipt to the establishment. I was told they would look into it and call me later. No phone call. I went back the next day. Once again I was told they were busy and would look that night and xxx all me. No call. I tried to call them but it just rang. Istill have not received my money back. Do not use a debut or credit card. They will double charge and will not give it back!!!! Bad business!!!!! read more

Not all that professional in quality or customer service. I was told that I would be able to get I quickly and it turned into an hour. The nail tech would ignore you and ignore other customers when they asked questions (I actually started answering the other customer's because I felt bad). The tech never brushed the dust off my fingers before putting color on, so they next morning I noticed that the color was different in spots. I went back and there never was an apology she just said sit there and I'll get to you. There were a couple ladies sitting with her and one was getting her nails done and they were asking questions and she just ignored them. The ladies were smart enough to finally say, I'm going somewhere else and leave. The tech who said she was the niece of the owner was trying to use the same polish and I said no, because it looks like something is wrong with it, so she let me choose another color. I haven't had acrylics I'm many years and this could have been a repeat customer for them but all about customer service, so I won't be back again. read more

The first time I was there, the owner was in one of the pedicure chairs with a pillow and her music trying to get some rest - really? But the pedicure and manicure were fairly good. I thought I would give the place another shot. So I went back, and this time I chose the pedicure chair that had the clean looking water (!) No joke... Afterwards, I was having my eyebrows waxed. I was led back to the waxing room when, after lying there for several minutes, I decided to leave. As I headed out the door, one of the girls then came back and waxed my brows. I was happy with the job. But then when I walked up to pay, the girl who was going to wax my brows then announced that she had forgotten that I was back there, but then realized I had had my brows waxed. Yes, they do use fresh tools with each pedicure, so that is a plus. And I was happy with my brows, another plus. But the other stuff? Maybe they just need more time to get the kinks worked out. When I first went to the nail salon for a mani/pedi I liked it and the person did a good job. So I went back later on and the service was lacking plus the quality just wasn't there. I decided to give them another try and had a great experience. I thought now that I have been there several times the quality and friendliness would improve. It didn't. The next time I went in I wanted something different & fun for an upcoming trip got a fill, mani & pedi. Was charged $100 pricey, but I paid it. They looked good. I went in a week later to have a color change and was treated rudely because I had come back for them to change it. Nevermind I was paying them.I had a business meeting and needed to tone it down. Plus the nails had started lifting. So the young man said I fix and do a fill. Ok spent another $50. He didn't shape them well and left paint around the edges and 4 days later I had 3 nails lifting. I was so mad I just removed the acrylic. Will not be back! read more

Something changed after the remodel. I used to love coming because of the complimentary wine, massages and pleasant conversations. The last time that I went, they would not let me sit next to my friend that I came with, even though there were two empty seats together that worked fine. They did not ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, the guy just hurried along like I was an inconvenience to him and they did not ask if my friend and I wanted a beverage, even though everyone around us was drinking wine. I used to love this place and I was a very good tipper, but the last few times I have been have left me wondering if I should find another place. On this last occasion, I decided I was not going to tip because of the terrible customer service and that I was not going to come back. When I chose the "no-tip" option on the card reader, they immediately overcharged me by $5. Terrible business. read more

Was turned down service I went there. They said they couldn't give me a pedicure because my callus was to sever for them. Told me that I should take razor to it instead. Fairly insulted by the comment. Been to several salons before and never once have I been told they couldn't help me. I did not find their response or attitude towards me and my disability to be professional in least. I highly do not recommend this salon. read more

When I go into a nail salon and I'm paying for a service, I expect to leave with my nails looking better than what I could do myself. Today I received a manicure in an uncomfortable chair at the nail bar inhaling the scent of cigarette smoke from the man who came in after smoking while my cuticles soaked. Unprofessional, disorganized and dirty. The pictures look beautiful online but it hasn't been kept up very well which is obvious when you walk in. This was my first time there. I had an appointment with the owner of this business and shortly after arriving, the man at the front desk asked "would you like me to call her?" I'm like...yeah I want you to call her because I had an appointment with her 5 minutes ago. I think it goes without asking that if I show up for an appointment she needs to know I'm there. The man then calls the owner from his cell phone and turns his back to me. When he gets off the phone he says "ummm...she has to take a shower...but her sister can take care of you." I asked how long her sister was going to be and at that time she spoke up from the back and said " less than10 minutes." I agreed and soaked my feet while waiting for my pedicure. It was 25 minutes later that the lady started my pedicure. My water was no longer hot at that time so I asked if she could make the water warmer. She gladly did this but as the bowl filled higher with water she grabbed an empty tea jug and scooped the overflow out then poured it into the empty bowl beside me. I've never seen this before. The water should be drained. She did a pretty good job on the pedicure but the overall experience was not good. It was not busy so I can't help but mention that some of the empty pedicure chairs were occupied with staff members using computers and laptops and one guy was passed out asleep. It was pretty messy so I couldn't figure out why they weren't busy doing something. All I can say is they don't value good customer service and professionalism. read more
