Customer service horrible. Made my appointment for 2:40 when I went to several employees they gave me stupid excuses that they were running a bit behind. But I look around and they have employees literally just standing around doing nothing. This store has poor customer service and they give me the most dum apologies making it so frustrating and annoying I can't stand it

Not sure what's going on with this Apple Store has service has been lacking from good to bad to worse. What was supposed to be to be a 15 wait for service extended beyond to an hour plus. At end left the store and will seal assistance online or maybe a different location

Exceptional service! I love purchasing Apple products because I truly find value in the actual product and the service that accompanies any issues. The team in the store is amazing!

Rushed experience, very impersonal and racially biased towards Spanish. This is an apple store and my electronics should be trusted in the care of their workers. I did not feel that way at all. I'm constantly looking over my shoulder, not in anticipation of speaking with a worker, but they are literally talking shit in groups of two. WHILE I HAVENT BEEN HELPED IN OVER 20 minutes. This is my second trip here. And I made an appointment for that exact reason. I wouldn't recommend this location if your traveling or looking to spend money.

You come in and speak to a professional like Rigo. Located inside Dayland Mall, the store itself is conveniently located right next to the food court entrance so it's hard to miss. I was greater as soon as I came in and presented with a plethora of options. Didn't feel rushed. Didn't feel like I'm inconveniencing anyone. I really appreciated her patience in answering all my questions and concerns. I finally made the decision to move after a month long of going back and forth! With Kim's help this was a very smooth process! She really kept ve aware of different deals and helped me so much with the switching process! As a new T-Mobile customer I am very satisfied with Kim's customer service and friendly attitude! She was very attentive and helpful! I would recommend talking to Kim at this store!

I waited a long time in the store even though there was only one customer in front of me. Everyone has an attitude, especially Gabriel. He called my name when it was my turn, then didn't acknowledge me for several minutes. He acted as if I was bothering him by simply daring to come to the store. He asked me a question, left without explaining why, came back and still with an attitude told me I need to take my issue at Apple. This might be their policy, but things still have to be handled politely. Given their poor customer service, attitude and policies, I regret switching to At&t and wish I had stayed with Sprint. My service and phone were working fine. I switched to lower my monthly bill and now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work and rude people. After the above experience I went back to the car and checked their policy online. It says they must accept returns, so they have to honor it. They were trying to send me through the Apple loop to have my brand new defective phone repaired, instead of exchanging it like their policy says. That would have taken a long time with shipments and all, instead of just replacing a defective product. I'm so glad I read their own policy. I'm waiting again, I'll post how it goes. The second employee was nicer. The only way to avoid the restocking fee is to take it to Apple. ‍

We had spent the past 3 days trying to resolve issues caused by a Verizon Franchise. Matt came to the rescue. He was able to have my son's old phone number moved to his new iphone, which he had purchased from the local Apple Store. He additionally resolved billing issues created two days earlier when my son had purchased a new iphone through a Verizon franchise and was given a defective device. Inappropriate charges were added to my son's bill when the phone was return to that dealer. When we left this Verizon Corporate Store, my son indicated that a weight had been lifted off his chest, and he was finally able to enjoy his new device. This store in now our go-to location!

Verizon Wireless devastated my family. On May 25, 2025, I was told by multiple Verizon agents that…read moremy account was in good standing and to disregard a disconnection warning I received. I was paid in full, on autopay, and had no missed payments. I believed them. On May 26, Verizon terminated all of my lines--without warning. That included the line of my 75-year-old father, a retired public school special education teacher, who had just ported his number over from Optimum six days prior. That number was tied to all of his doctors and medical contacts. He had just undergone knee replacement surgery. He now had no phone, no way to call 911, no way to reach me or any of our family. My parents are not tech-savvy. They don't have backup phones or spare money. My father has high blood pressure and diabetes. Verizon left him completely cut off. And when I tried to fix it? They refused to release our numbers. They refused to provide a transfer PIN. This directly violates FCC law (47 CFR § 52.35). One rep even told me I might be blocked from calling if I kept asking for help. I spent over 20 hours on the phone with Verizon. I visited stores. I messaged them on every platform. They told me they couldn't access my records, my chats, or help me. I had to open a brand-new plan with T-Mobile just so I could start calling for help again. My parents and I were forced to accept random new numbers. Our identities and medical links were severed. Verizon even sent me a $5,898.13 bill after they terminated my service. I was billed for phones and service they made unusable. This is not just customer service failure--it's elder abuse, deception, and total corporate negligence. I have documentation, screenshots, and evidence. I just want my parents to be safe and connected again. Verizon failed us in every way imaginable.
