They are honest and will explain the situation to you...even if you are not highly computer literate, they will explain to you to where you can understand. They have ALWAYS been fair to me and they notice BS when you come in there with some lame story! I have personally watched it and knew the customer story was BS! Just go and tell your story truthfully and they will understand and help you! I had a friend take her computer there, last week, on my recommendation... and she lives 45 miles away in POMONA! She is sooo happy that I recommended CompuNet! Her 4 year old computer starts up and runs faster now! Jovi and Jenni works the front desk on incoming coming computers. Their smiles are warm and welcoming. They will explain the situation to you and if it's something that's minor and not time consuming, Jovi, will see what she can do. If it's a deeper problem, you leave it and they will assign a Tech to it! Gino...the main Tech guy... One thing about him....he will become relentless on fixing the problem. He will not let it beat him! This is the person you want in your corner on going beyond the problem when necessary. I asked him if it was able and even worth it, to install the latest Windows on my 11" Samsung XE700T series, tablet/laptop/Slate that had W8 on it? The computer is over 13 years old. And he was able to do it! I strictly use it to install Radio Frequencies on my HAM Radios. He saved me money where I didn't have to buy a new Windows laptop. He will honestly tell you if your computer is a good one or bad one! Meaning.. he will NOT try and sell you on something that's not worth it on your computer. This place will take your old computers you don't need anymore and they will wipe them clean and refurbish them and give to needy schools/organization/non privilege, etc.... so it can help others.. I've already donated 2 computers to them. To sum it up....... If you want your computer repaired right and locally, this is the place. To me, their prices are very reasonable! Why would you take your computer to a different place (Box Store) and pay so much more and get so much less? Thank you crew for taking care of me and my loved ones! LJ

    Wasted my time unfortunately…read more Gus came out on 3/31/21 to give me a quote on an email migration and he was pleasant and professional. He told me he was willing and ready to take on my project and that it would be 6-8 hours of work. I thought that was a little high to move 2 email addresses and wanted to get other quotes so I let him know on 4/1 that I would be back in touch shortly. I didn't end up having the time to interview other techs so 5 days later on April 6th, I texted Gus to let him know that I wanted to proceed with him. I knew he had amazing reviews and came to the conclusion that even if the price was a little high it would be worth it to know I was getting someone knowledgeable and available. And time was of the essence so I needed to move forward. Gus never responded to my text. Yesterday, (13 days after receiving no response) I followed up and Gus' reply to me was "Hi, sorry swapped at the moment". I presume he meant swamped and that he is now not available? I honestly feel that Gus was offended that I questioned his pricing/time necessary to move 2 email addresses from hostgator to Office; but I feel as consumers, we have the right to ask questions and make the most informed decisions possible. Now, 3 weeks later I'm back to square one. Feeling frustrated and defeated. Time is our most valuable resource and nothing upsets me more than having mine wasted! Leaving 2 stars because I do feel Gus was knowledgeable and could've successfully achieved what I needed.

It was a nightmare having to head over to an Apple Store and wait through a long line. They gave me an estimate of $700 in repairs and then even forget to send me a copy of the estimate. Working with Alex was a breeze, who kept clear communication with me every step of the way. The repair price was nearly a third of what Apple was asking from me, plus a discount for non-profit organizations! Eventually, we ran into complications. The shipment of one of the parts came in late, but Alex offered a generous discount for the tardiness, despite the fact that the shipment was beyond his own control. Later, we discovered that the battery replacement we received was not what we were expecting. It was difficult to get the correct battery for such a new model. Despite the difficulties, Alex kept his cool and walked me through what steps I could take from there. He replaced my fan and returned my laptop to me, together with a refund. It's one thing to be able to provide services when things go smoothly, but it's also another thing to still provide customer satisfaction even when things don't go as planned. Alex delivers friendly customer service, effective communication and generous pricing together with his consistency. He is able to outline the situation as they are and even recommended me to another company. I would definitely recommend Call the Ninja to others and come here again. Thank you, Ninja!

The name is right on target: very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Great at problem solving and working around issues with an older home with some, shall we say, strange construction choices. They ensured that everything was working perfectly before they started wrapping things up. Honest too. Got the work done faster than estimated, and Mendel was extremely transparent about charges and even reduced the bill accordingly. Made recommendations that would be quicker and save my family money, but shave hundreds off of his bill. I would enthusiastically recommend Friendly IT Pros to anyone that requires home or commercial networking support services. In short, flawless: no notes. These guys deserve your business.

    As part of a major kitchen renovation, the contractor accidentally sawed through and shredded the…read moreIT "nerve center" of our house, namely a conduit carrying a bundle of many Ethernet cables that carry hardwired data throughout the house and serve as a backhaul for our wireless access points. The contractor had no clue how to fix this and we were left without reliable internet. After reaching out to many services, Mendel was first to respond. He perfectly understood the issue and offered to come immediately, early AM on a weekend no less, and at a VERY reasonable hourly rate. When he showed up, it was clear why he named his service "Friendly" as he's the nicest person I have met. He immediately identified the issues, involved me in the process, and managed within an hour (not all day as I had worried) fix everything. You can see it in my photo below. This was a total disaster, but to him it was a walk in the park. Mendel had a huge vehicle full of every imaginable IT gear as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for residential OR business IT issues. He's incredible!
