So he asked again for my VIN from my ownership, I gave him a photo of JUST the VIN # (not sure why you would need my ownership picture when I already sent you my VIN). Sent that through. . . (SAME EXACT VIN NUMBER) I have not heard from this guy (Jake Berman) since... I know it's a weekend and a day but I want my truck gone asap! I don't recommend this place. Do not waste my time, I like prompt, quick, efficient service. I am not sure why this place has good reviews. I will give my business to someone else. I happened to be shopping for a used car and this place was the first one i visited, everything was going smoothly until I tell the guy i need time to think about the price, i wasnt even haggling about it, all i said was "i need time to think about it, it's my first car so". He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. His name was Sam Ahmadi. And here's another rip off thing: they won't let you test drive the car until you bought it. Take your money somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like garbage.

I say this because I had the same experience as them. I went there to look for a car I saw online. I told the guy I am paying cash and we sat down in his office. He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things. To be honest I would never waste my money or time at a place where the salesperson is ready to lie and scam you and when you call to complain they don't take the complain but as for your info to call you back. It took 4 months for our new tire and rim to come in, good thing we have winter tires on at the time or else we would be out one less car to drive. 4 months down the road, we get a call from the assistant service manager that the warranty claim department needs a photo of our car with the wrecked tire/rim on the vehicle hoisted up on the lift. So we had to make another trip back to the dealership just so they can take a picture and proceed with the claim 4 months later - which had me thinking, what have you been doing this last 4 months? We received a call to book for an swap appointment a week after the photo was taken.... so that 4 months of wait and extra appointment was unnecessary and could be avoided if the people hired knew what they should be doing. FINALLY, On the day of our booked service, we were quoted that the tire/rim swap would be done by the end of the day. Coming to end of day, we get no update on our vehicle so we called and left 2 voice mails. No one got back to us. We called on the second day throughout the day and our service advisor answers the phone and told us our car will HOPEFULLY be ready by tomorrow.... So it takes 3 days on a booked appointment for tire/rim swap. On the 3rd day, we came by to pick up the vehicle on the agreed time with our service advisor, we came to the dealership, she was no where to be seen, we waited around, about half an hour later the service advisor manager Mike comes over to assist us with no idea where our service advisor is - great on Mike for stepping in and assist while every other staff just carried on with their life and didn't offer help. Apparently, according to our service advisor, the technicians also did not realize during our first appointment which was booked to analyze if our tire and rim needed replacement that our tires also needed to be swapped out. Hence why it took 3 days for our third appointment 4 months later. Lots of incompetent people and horrible customer service at this location. It's such a shame that the staff are causing such an inconvenience to the customers and no one cares
