    The seats are wild

I read the reviews had some doubts but my wife really wanted a the e400 that they had with the designo seats. Talked to Ali, very straight shooter. I did have a battery issue that was covered under Mercedes warranty. And they found a battery drain, from a remote starter that I didn't know was on there. I let Ali know what happened amd he offered to pay the $300 it cost to remove the issue that wasn't covered under warranty. If you looking for a top end vehicle at a great price this is the place to go. Will be shopping for a s550 from them shortly

Direct message from someone at this car dealer. Attacking your customers, very unprofessional. Buyer beware, stay away from these crooks.

Faraz Auto Sales should be in the dictionary under the term: crook. Purchased a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette from here years ago for $4,000. Sold a complete lemon! Took a ton of negotiating for these clowns to drop the administration charges and knock a few hundred dollars off the car. Vehicle had an accident on file and they didn't disclose it upfront, I realized only after I placed a $500.00 deposit. The dealer refused to refund the money back and then proceeded to claim they'll deduct money from my deposit if I choose to void the sale. I ended up buying the car, big mistake! Month after month this vehicle sat in the shop, shocked this thing even passed safety and emission testing. Over the course of 18 months and less than average amount of driving, I replaced the tires, front brake pads/rotors, AC compressor, sway bar that broke in two pieces after my mechanic removed it (it's a big piece of metal), front controller arm bushings, intake gasket, spark plugs, wire sets, fuel filter... $2,500 in 18 months to repair this vehicle before it died on the highway on the way to work. Turns out they sold me a van with a bad head gasket that just kept getting worse and worse. I ended up contacting OMVIC and filing a complaint, they were able to assist me in forcing the dealer to reimburse me for half the money I spent repairing the vehicle. Don't be fooled by their nice showroom and expensive lineup of cars. These guys strickly rip people off. The laws here are too soft on these crooks, if it was up to me I wouldn't even allow them to sell lemonade, let alone cars.

    Nice selection

Nice selection of vehicles, impressive looking showroom. We have not made a deal with this company, but the sales man we have spoken to so far have been okay and have been able to provide car proofs on the spot, our only concern was that after speaking to 2 reps, the stories somewhat did not match.... 1 said a particular car we liked, was in an accident and another salesmen said it was.... The car proof shows a claim but not an accident, so we were left quite puzzled. They are also not very flexible nor negotiable. That could be taken as good or bad, I guess it's a personal Opinion.

Im not sure how this place got so many 5 stars reviews, but my experience is far from that 5 stars…read morestandard. I happened to be shopping for a used car and this place was the first one i visited, everything was going smoothly until I tell the guy i need time to think about the price, i wasnt even haggling about it, all i said was "i need time to think about it, it's my first car so". He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. His name was Sam Ahmadi. And here's another rip off thing: they won't let you test drive the car until you bought it. Take your money somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like garbage.

READ THE REVIEW BEFORE GOING!!!m THIS PLACE IS NOT RIGHT FOR WHAT THEY DO TO PPL!!…read more I read through all the reviews and to be honest there is no way these guys actually have real reviews. I say this because I had the same experience as them. I went there to look for a car I saw online. I told the guy I am paying cash and we sat down in his office. He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things. To be honest I would never waste my money or time at a place where the salesperson is ready to lie and scam you and when you call to complain they don't take the complain but as for your info to call you back. You been warned. Good luck.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I strongly advise against…read morepurchasing from this dealership. My experience with Sam and Carlo was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Sam's customer service was the worst I've ever encountered; during a call about my potential purchase, he yelled at me for asking simple questions. My boyfriend and I visited to look at a Mercedes B250, which was listed at $14,995, plus certification and tax. I confirmed this price during our test drive. However, when it came time to sign the contract, an unexpected $400 charge for rust-proof spraying appeared. When I inquired about this, Sam insisted it was "mandatory" for all their vehicles and not optional. Regrettably, I signed the contract and placed a $1,000 deposit. Less than 24 hours later, I requested an itemized bill of sale to clarify the charges before making the final payment. Sam refused to provide it. When I mentioned I would bring my mother to see the documents in person, he suddenly agreed to remove the rust-proofing charge. However, the revised total he sent still didn't add up. When I texted to clarify the breakdown and asked for the CARFAX report--which I had not received at the time of signing--Sam called me immediately and yelled, questioning why I was asking so many questions. I reminded him that I had a right to this information, especially for such a significant purchase. His aggressive tone made me uncomfortable, and I knew I didn't want to continue doing business with them. When I went to the dealership with my parents, Sam refused to refund my deposit, contradicting himself by claiming he had told me the spray was optional. His behavior was deceitful and disrespectful. He changed his answers to please my parents, showcasing classic scam tactics to salvage the deal. The entire situation escalated quickly, revealing how desperate they were to secure my money without addressing my valid concerns. It's shocking how I was treated after being compliant until I started asking questions. I ended up losing $1,000 in this process. Furthermore, the CARFAX situation raised red flags. Their listing claimed "!!!Carfax Clean No Accidents!!! !!!", yet there was no link to the report on their website, unlike most dealerships. During my initial visit, I was never shown this CARFAX, nor was it offered. They expected me to purchase the vehicle without providing crucial information regarding its accident and service history. When I requested a copy of the CARFAX, their defensive reaction only heightened my suspicion. As a customer, I have every right to know the vehicle's history, and their refusal to provide this information is concerning. Their misleading claims about the CARFAX are designed to lure buyers in without transparency. PLEASE learn from my experience and avoid this dealership at all costs.

Subject: Urgent: Immediate Resolution Required - Serious Issues With Recent Vehicle Purchase…read more Dear First Choice Motors Service Department, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concern regarding multiple issues with the Honda Civic we recently purchased for $14,000. First, the moment we drove the vehicle off your lot, it ran out of gas within a single block. We were forced to push the car to a gas pump, which is absolutely unacceptable for a certified, road-ready vehicle. This reflects extremely poor preparation and quality control on your part. Second, we have now received a ticket for illegal tint on the windshield. When I contacted our sales representative about this, he attempted to suggest that my daughter requested to keep the tint. That statement is completely false, inappropriate, and frankly insulting. At no point did we request to retain illegal tint. The responsibility for delivering a legally compliant, certified vehicle lies entirely with your dealership and the mechanic who performed the certification. Given these circumstances, I expect the following actions to be taken immediately: Removal of the illegal tint at no cost to us. Full reimbursement for the ticket issued. Compensation for the lack of fuel on pick-up, which resulted in both inconvenience and safety concerns. If these issues are not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to file formal complaints and report both First Choice Motors and the certifying mechanic to the appropriate regulatory bodies. I expect written confirmation of how you intend to resolve this matter within 48 hours. Regards, Rachel Avery
