You continually have to check their quotes against others, wasting so much time and energy with their gamesmanship. I have extensive documentation and evidence showing how they abuse people and insurance companies. Don't get fooled by their Google 4.6 rating. More than half of 5-star Google reviews are from suspicious accounts, and it's a part of their job to hide their real face! If you scroll down a bit, you will find real opinions too. Some of their team members who collaborate closely together and I had communicated with them are Hayden Eltaii, Max/Muhammad, Ardalan Dehghani (Ardal), Brian, and Arfan Zakeri (Erfan) and each of them had misrepresentation and several conflicting stories to me and the insurance company to waste time and double your damage and charge the insurance company as much as possible. They dragged out my 2017 Honda Civic repair for over 5 months, missing 6-7 repair deadlines! After 4 months, they threatened me to pick up my car and prevented me from even seeing my car before releasing it and asked me to pay $12000 invoice and release the car in advance! When released, lots of huge problems started to appear: An exhaust part fell off on the highway, nearly causing a deadly crash; So many noises are the repaired parts, and the car has suspension and stability issues. They removed my dashcam cable too. Their quality control is a joke, and their warranty is fake, and they only waste time to end up with this so-called 3-month warranty!
