Before we opened a work order, I asked Bianca if we could now remove the nail to see if it's actually leaking. We removed the nail and immediately air started to escape. I got reassurance from Bianca that they would inflate the tire before moving the SUV and she said they would definitely do that. Anyone with automotive knowledge knows the dangers of causing degradation to the sidewall. Running a tire flat could reduce the integrity of the tire which could result in an accident if the tire blew out. So my friend and I leave to go get lunch (I planned on heading home after). We were walking along Yonge and so happen to walk by as the tire guy was moving the SUV into a parking spot (which means he would then have to drive it again into one of the bays). We look closely and the tire is FLAT!!! I confront Bianca about this in the lot and she just keeps telling me, "It's ok, it's ok." No apologies. No Bianca, it's not ok. You gave me your word so you knew the importance of inflating the tire and not running it flat! We were quoted 3-4 hours for the repair. If I weren't dealing with a major concussion from a car accident, I would have stayed around to watch them like a hawk. We walk away. Less than an hour later, we get the call that the vehicle is ready. In hindsight, I should have spoken to the manager that was there when we cashed out. But I have not been well so wasn't in the right frame of mind. I was an apprentice mechanic for years. I still work in the automotive industry. When you catch people cutting corners, you wonder what else goes on that you're not aware of? I can now see why they have a five star rating. My driver side door had swung open in the wind when I was getting out hitting another car's outside mirror which caused damage to above my driver side door that I would see every day getting into my car. I brought my car to Hawley when I called as they told me to bring my car into look at. One of their service guys polished out the area that was hit as if nothing had happened to the top part of my driver's door which was damaged. Hawley did not charge me anything and I was very appreciative of the service they had provided to me which instead they could have told me I would have to spend $1200 to repaint my whole door. I went to Hawley Collision Center (recommended by my insurance company) as well as other repair shops to get an estimate. Hawley was the only one who gave me the quickest turnaround time! Only a few hours later they called me and said they ordered my window, applied my tints and could install it the next day at 9am. The installation had to wait a day due to my tints still being wet otherwise, if I didn't have tints they would've easily installed it the same day. I left my vehicle with them and could only pick it up after 6 due to work and Dee (owner) said it wasn't a problem and could even wait until 7pm for me. Talk about outstanding customer service! Dee and Eric were extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for restoring my car to what it was before. You saved me from freezing my a** off and the embarrassment of driving around with a taped plastic bag. I noticed they even detailed my car! It was impeccably clean from the carpets, to the seats to even the dash! Ugh, so incredibly grateful for you guys. Highly, highly, recommend!

That included the time for the parts guy to deliver my parts. Has rear stabilizer bar bushings replaced due to excessive play and clunky noise. Past mechanics couldn't diagnose it properly until Lim did it in passing. So I'm impressed. Front stabilizer bar links seized and got those replaced too. This is for a 16 yr old car.
