Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. When I picked up the car, the internet was down (not their fault) so they asked me to come back when it was on so they could flash it. When I returned the next day they flashed it, but said they needed to complete one more part of the installation that required the user manual. I did not have the user manual on me (no one mentioned they would need it). No apology - in fact the manager worded it so the blame was on me for not having it. Came back the next day with the manual. They looked at my car and the manager told me the last part of the installation they were trying to do would not work with my starter unless I bought some extra parts for $40. He said "No one saw it coming", and again no apology. They install car starters - how could they have never seen this Canadian Tire model? I left. I'm unhappy with the manager. He didn't try to make it right and he never apologized or took accountability for any of it. I paid $270 to have it installed, he should have written off the $40 to finish the job correctly. I'd rather pay someone else triple to complete the rest.

The industry norm for ratings seems to be up to 5 stars, the people at Master Mechanic Matheson deserve at least double that, and it is my opinion that their name says it all "MASTER MECHANIC' as these folks have done the "almost impossible". How many of us over the past have had a vehicle they wish they had never sold! As an occasional collector of unique automobiles, I have a favourite, and this one I have never sold. Purchased new with some added horsepower by the folks at Nascar, my pride and joy is a 1996 Lincoln MK VIII LSC. While this vehicle is relatively low miliage, at 27 years old, parts are failing more due to age than wear and tear. Time for a fairly substantial overhaul, a complete vehicle inspection was performed, and identified 11 problem areas each supported by a detailed description and supporting pictures. A work order was then supplied with cost estimates for each repair/replacement. Parts, however, are extremely hard to find as there are apparently only 12 of these vehicles still registered, difficult to source parts (some of which took days to find, and could only be found in the USA) were obtained by Kirk the (Service Advisor), and installed by Edward, Rashidul, and possibly other Technicians. These parts included a Power Steering Rack and Pump with various hoses, A/C Compressor and associated hoses, front upper Ball Joint, Sway Bar Link, wiring for rear tail lights, and for safety sake, and not available as parts, new steel brake lines (and transmission lines) were hand crafted and installed by the Technicians, completely replacing the old lines. I can't express how impressed I am as these folks have worked wonders, and everyone there deserves a personal thank you for the courteous, professional and efficient service they have provided. And after all that, they even had the courtesy to wash my car! I can only rate them as 100% !!! Tony Kemp, Mississauga, On.
