The job itself only took about 45 minutes (as scheduled), and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting room in the meantime. Initially, I was a little skeptical given the really affordable price point, but the work was professionally completed and my new windshield has held up well (1 month later and so far so good). The owner even accidentally misquoted me $20 less than what I should've been quoted (due to a miscommunication re: a rain sensor), but he honoured the price he initially gave me via RAQ given our conversation / text receipts. He was very courteous. I'd highly recommend this business.

When I booked the appointment I was told I could get a ride back to work, however, when I dropped my car off no staff was around to give me the ride. No apology. When I picked up the car, the internet was down (not their fault) so they asked me to come back when it was on so they could flash it. When I returned the next day they flashed it, but said they needed to complete one more part of the installation that required the user manual. I did not have the user manual on me (no one mentioned they would need it). No apology - in fact the manager worded it so the blame was on me for not having it. Came back the next day with the manual. They looked at my car and the manager told me the last part of the installation they were trying to do would not work with my starter unless I bought some extra parts for $40. He said "No one saw it coming", and again no apology. They install car starters - how could they have never seen this Canadian Tire model? I left. I'm unhappy with the manager. He didn't try to make it right and he never apologized or took accountability for any of it. I paid $270 to have it installed, he should have written off the $40 to finish the job correctly. I'd rather pay someone else triple to complete the rest.

I waited on their comfy couch while my windshield was being installed and I was treated to snacks, beverages and a great movie that was so good I almost didn't want to leave! The work done was great and the price was reasonable and the wait was not too long. To top it all off, when I returned to my car, there was a nice mug and a Keychain pocket knife. Also, I got a follow up a day or so after to see if there were any issues, there weren't any. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services in the future. There is a reason they have numerous 5 star reviews, so glad I found them.

I paid $344 for an install and received the most unprofessional, customer service lacking…read moreexperience. I waited in the shop for 4 hours because of an amp/sub install. I brought my own amp/sub. I was rushed out after their 6pm closing time. I was not shown the work I paid for before rushing me out. While checking out, I asked if the 2 wireless remotes were synced. The owner said yes. I also asked the owner about the warranty. The owner said the receipt and warranty was emailed to me. I went outside to the suv to check the sound. The wireless remotes were not synced. I came back in and stated the remotes were not synced. The tech said the remotes wouldn't light up so he has to call Kicker Monday to troubleshoot. I opened 1 remote and it didn't have a battery. I said I have batteries in my suv so can the battery be added so the remotes can be synced. The tech said he has to call Kicker. (But the simplest, most basic thing to do would've been to see if new batteries allowed the remotes to be synced, before calling Kicker.) Saturday, the next day, I was pissed. 1) Not only did I not receive a warranty/reception in my email. 2) the amp was not velcroed down, as discussed with the tech. 3) the wires from a prior install with the amp were just laying around in the trunk. 4) the subwoofer was making a thunderous sound. When playing music and when music is off. 5) when I added batteries to both remotes, the lights came on. So the remotes could've been synced the day of install if the tech would've listened to me. 6) my beige console is dirty on the driver side and I've only had the brand new 2025 for 3 weeks. Now I have to ride around with this egregious sound for a week until I am off work again, and spend 4 more hours sitting in the shop for something that should've been done correctly the first time. This was not a free job. I paid my hard earned money and entrusted this company with my suv. I could've went elsewhere. I was going to come back and have them install my dashcam and windshield tint but now I will never come back to this company. Nor will I refer my friends and coworkers. This was an extremely sloppy, unprofessional job and they should be ashamed.
