I took his word for it. I paid about $250 for the subwoofer, amp and capacitor transfer, and an adaptor for the factory stereo in the new car. No issues so far. Everything was done within the time as promised; and aside from the adapter, which was necessary, there were no surprise charges. I recommend this place.

These guys are awesome!…read more I wanted to get a JBL GT-BassPro12 for my new SUV and sent an email to Harmon (the maker of JBL products) and they directed me to their distributor who pointed me to their authorized retailer - these guys - for what I wanted! I started off by emailing for information and found out that the sub I wanted wasn't something they normally carry but they could order it in for me (and it wouldn't take long for it to arrive). They also were more than helpful in giving me a full quote for not only the sub but installation (including wires and parts) via email. I called and Pep (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) answered the phone and was very thorough and helpful in ordering what I wanted and booking me in for the installation. He also was very cognisant that I had a brand new car and wanted the installation to be as non invasive as possible (especially with the "mounting" of the sub in the hatchback). He even took the time to advise me the best methods of mounting without drilling before I even step foot in the shop. I arrived right on time and my car was promptly pulled into the work bay and the job was started. They've got a great shop to relax in while waiting - comfy chairs, big tv, washroom......and of course great sound if you want to hear music. The job was started and finished in the amount of time quoted and the price couldn't be beat. What made this such an awesome experience is the guys - this is a place owned by three guys and it is only these three guys that you will deal with from start to finish. They treat you like a friend and they treat your car like it is their own. One thing that really blew my mind is that Pep actually took the time to check my presets on Sirius to know what styles of music I preferred so that when he was setting the levels and testing everything out - he was doing it with the music that I would actually be listening to. He also took the time to carefully explain to me how to properly disconnect the wires so that if I wanted to remove the sub for any reason I would be able to....and he also made sure it was secured in the space without having to drill holes to hard mount it. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys for ANY stereo work! I can definitely see why JBL is proud to refer them as authorised retailers in the GTA!

Talked to the owner George about upgrades on a Nissan I'm eying, and he had plenty of good advice…read more I want the HD FM radio, and he was honest enough to tell me I might be wasting my money as reception can go in and out on the digital signal. I was parked in Etobicoke in a ZipCar I had rented after the advice, and while channel surfing I could pickup WNED 94.5 HD from Buffalo, though faintly with a little noise in between a Hamilton country station and CBC Radio 2. The factory radio in the Chrysler Pacifica I drove is not very good and drops stations that others hadn't. I was ready to drive all the way to St. Catharines for another retailer/installer that's big in town but the clerk sent the wrong link as I requested info on an HD model so I won't be making the drive. Speakers might not be the issue, and a better head unit and probably an amp might be good advice. I've heard the same advice and it rings true.

Number one Sound doesn't carry the brand I have had problems with, so that was great news. With their brand they carry there are many different models to choose from. The owner is George and he was so helpful explaining all the options such as face plates radio knobs, radios with Sirius XM and he mentioned that he had a radio with a Wonderbar face, which I didn't even know existed. I went with George's recommendation on radio/ knobs and face plate and that's the one I bought and he had it special s from the supplier in Nevada USA. Everything went smooth as silk and I am VERY SATISFIED with the product and extremely happy with the service and the professionalism of the owner. Without a doubt, I will be recommending anyone looking to purchase electronics, to contact Number One Sound. You won't be disappointed. L. McIntyre

I'm so pleased with my decision to check this place out…read more I needed a new radio deck for my car, as I had resorted to plugging my iPhone into computer speakers stuck into the drink holders for months. I called Shawn, who gave me a bunch of options, and I chose a deck that had Bluetooth connectivity, USB input, radio and some subscription services I don't use yet. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up, Shawn walked me through the basics, made sure my phone could connect both by USB and Bluetooth and showed me where he stowed the mic (somehow it was snaked under everything and came out by the visor.) The deck itself is exactly as promised, sounding a million times better than the stock deck. My old-ass car has now joined the 21st century. Service was very knowledgable, friendly and fast. I would definitely trust Shawn with any new bells and whistles I decide to put on my car.

He mounted my climate control screen(Mazda 3) with sticky tack when the dash kit provided the necessary mount clips for it. Also, Shawn installed my HID kit, 2 months after installation the driver side headlight kept falling out. To top this all off, he told me he had to go grab the dash kit for my pioneer head unit and he'll be gone for about 45 minutes, so I went to grab a coffee from across the street. 45 minutes went by and he still wasn't back, I gave him a call and i was told he was stuck in traffic, I decided to walk around the other side of the complex that Level 12 Auto is in to see what other shops were around and what do I end up seeing? Him working on another car. I confronted him when he got back to the shop and he kept denying that he was there until he finally gave in without an apology, he had the dash kit in the shop the whole time. That was the last time I took my car to his clueless ass, the last thing I need is to pay someone for half ass jobs in my car. I recommend you guys STAY AWAY from LEVEL 12 AUTO and take your car to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Very professional and knowledgeable without a fuzz. Prices are extremely reasonable if not downright cheap (which means you were only getting robbed from other shops knowing the real price for the job is). Getting a tint applied on your vehicle can be nerve-wracking but Audio Heaven has you covered!…read more I researched several places and felt more comfortable with the conversations I had with Jeff and his son, along with the rave reviews on several websites. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Jeff also installs dash cams, car audio, and other services.
