I'm the type of customer who appreciates going to a specialist whom I trust, and I can add these guys to that list. I don't have to second guess their choices when it comes to hardware and execution. If you are more involved with choices, and like to read up on what's available and have a big choice in front of you to pick from, I suggest going elsewhere. I trust them, and that's enough for me. Pick a budget and book your car in, simple! As far as scheduling goes, I'm super happy with the way Joe got my car in on a Saturday and patiently went over it with me there before I let them at it. I had visited the shop previously a couple times over the last few years and it was nice to be able to get the work done as soon as I was ready, rather than have to book far in advance. The best part of this experience was having their expertise to come up with creative solutions for installation and components on my custom ride. There were 3 distinct points where I hadn't thought of the idea, and they came through with great solutions that made coming to them the best idea ever! No guessing, no flip-flopping, just sound decisions with a price that I could live with and work done properly and efficiently. I have no problem recommending them, and as well returning in the future with other vehicles.

Getting a tint applied on your vehicle can be nerve-wracking but Audio Heaven has you covered!…read more I researched several places and felt more comfortable with the conversations I had with Jeff and his son, along with the rave reviews on several websites. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Jeff also installs dash cams, car audio, and other services.

Lee was very helpful, and the prices were reasonable. They were timely, professional, and very realistic. For instance, I didn't feel pressured to spend $180 on just the wiring kit (as I was at other shops), and they recognized my goal was for a wee bit more bass in my audi, and supported my decision to stick with a smaller and less costly setup. Originally I had resigned myself to low-mid range setups because I had a budget that other shops said were unrealistic, but they worked within the confines and I left with a 10" JL sub and jx 500 amp install.
