The Kidney Foundation of Canada is my choice of Charity as I have family member that is affected by kidney disease. They runs a Kidney Car Program which is so easy and efficient. All you need to fill out a form online with the information of your car. From my experience within 24 hours, I received a reply and even an appointment was made with Hollywood North Auto Parts for towing at my convenience. A big flat bed tow truck arrived on my driveway as promised and a tax receipt was issued within 6 weeks. Apparently most of the used car are used for parts. Hopefully, my car will able to help other cars to drive safely on the road with its parts and my donation can help in the fight of kidney disease. So if you have a really old car or boat that you want to get rid of, donation is a good option.

Vito and the team here are professional and don't recommend work you don't need. I dropped the car off first thing and mid morning they called me to discuss a couple of issues they found. The explanations were precise and detailed so I had a full understanding of what was needed and why. We agreed on the changes and the car repairs where completed so I could pick back up by mid afternoon. Very reasonable. If you are looking for a good mechanic on the Danforth, look no further - this is a great option. Note - expect to book most regular types of service at least 1 week out.

I have tested this car in every way possible, driving up back country logging roads in British Columbia and sharp partially cleared mountain passes in the Rockies, I once even managed to fit eight adults in said car for a Lake Louise-Banff return trip. I realize that I may have strayed from the inital goal of this review, but the affinity I share for my car must be stated first before I can delve into the impeccable service it has been afforded by one man. That man is Les. Finding an honest Mechanic is tantamount to finding an honest Lawyer, and when it happens it's like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow-and I have found this ever elusive pot in Les under the Truway rainbow. At Truway the service is frighteningly fast and reliable and I have never once even considered straying, as Les understands the subtleties and complexities of keeping a car that should be parts by now on the road. (we only seen the vehicle with its winters on, had summers at delivery) tints were removed then I requested to replace them! They almost charged me for it too! Had I not sent images pricing the vehicle originally came with tints all around! (They had a week to do it, I was in contact with my sales person and business manager, reminding them to make sure; of, this and that, would be done, they confirmed it would be on multiple occasions! And constantly reassured me.... HOWEVER we're still working in resolving the issues! :( ***** As a comparison, My husband bought a BMW from Newmarket! Was delivered in immaculate condition! Compared to mine. Although I love my car, because of its make, model and features, I feel Heartbroken and feel underwhelmed of how they treated us, my vehicle and the transaction at the end. Also were shocked That they felt their below average standards are acceptable for such expensive and high end vehicles. This BMW dealership are criminals , when asked why the quote was 3 times higher they simply said labour costs. They also failed to resolve an issue after 3 separate occasions. Avoid them at all costs. Incompetent and dishonest.
