Not impressed with my vehicles Delivery AT ALL. We were In fact terribly disappointed! Vehicle Was in terrible shape and had New damage!! In the interior! Items to be done before delivery, were half assed! And many left undone! They delivered a DIRTY CAR! Stains on leather even seat belts! Dirt and crumbs on back seat ! Salt stains on rugs etc- even smelled badAnd Oddly wrong Tires and rims! Rims poorly touched up from damage, cheaply painted over instead o shaving down the damage and painting as discussed, tires and rims are fakes (Not original. )Codes don't match ! (we only seen the vehicle with its winters on, had summers at delivery) tints were removed then I requested to replace them! They almost charged me for it too! Had I not sent images pricing the vehicle originally came with tints all around! (They had a week to do it, I was in contact with my sales person and business manager, reminding them to make sure; of, this and that, would be done, they confirmed it would be on multiple occasions! And constantly reassured me.... HOWEVER we're still working in resolving the issues! :( ***** As a comparison, My husband bought a BMW from Newmarket! Was delivered in immaculate condition! Compared to mine. Although I love my car, because of its make, model and features, I feel Heartbroken and feel underwhelmed of how they treated us, my vehicle and the transaction at the end. Also were shocked That they felt their below average standards are acceptable for such expensive and high end vehicles. Especially since we were very clear about what we expect and require to get done in advance! What a shame. Hopefully they will somehow resolve these issues however as of now, it seems I need to drop off my car to them at least 2 more times, and take it to my own detailing shop, which I will lose access to my vehicle for days and days in total, if not weeks. ‍ unnecessary And expensive run around. This is the sequel to my Parkview BMW nightmare (check their Yelp page for that dumpster fire). After Parkview's mileage scam, warranty dodging, and tire insurance fraud, I switched to BMW Toronto, hoping to escape the chaos. Plot twist: they're owned by the same shady parent company, and the scamming kicked into overdrive. Right off the bat, BMW Toronto tried to fleece me with my tires. Just three months into owning my car, which I barely drove due to Parkview's unresolved brake and suspension issues, they claimed my tires were "completely worn out" and my tire insurance wouldn't cover it. Colluding with Parkview to screw me? You bet. These clowns were tag-teaming my wallet. I bit the bullet and left my car there for three months, taking a downgraded loaner to save mileage and hoping for a lease refund or buyout. No refund, naturally--just more BS. When I got my car back, the stance was jacked up--wheel gap so huge it looked like my car was popping a wheelie. The mileage was suspiciously high too. Did they take it drag racing? The head mechanic gaslit me, swearing everything was fine. I was ready to yeet this place into orbit. It took months and a BMW spec sheet from a third-party specialist to prove the ride height was 2 inches above factory spec. I reported it to BMW Canada, and--poof--the online spec sheet vanished, likely to cover their tracks after I threatened to sue. Sorry, third-party BMW shops, I might've caused a ripple. Digging deeper, I found Parkview and BMW Toronto's history is littered with claims and lawsuits. Shocker. While changing my tires, I crawled under the car and found they swapped my adaptive suspension for a cheap, used aftermarket one that rides like trash and looks like it was pulled from a junkyard. I'm 100% sure, just waiting for a specialist to confirm before the legal statutory limit kicks in. They're trying to stall past it, but joke's on them--the limit doesn't start until I get it inspected, so I'm taking my sweet time. BMW Toronto, you and your crooked parent company gave me the worst experience of my life. The truth always wins, and I'm not going anywhere. Avoid this scam factory at all costs. read more

My 2022 car required new rear brake pads , they ended up charging me $3,400 dollars and quoted me over $9k to have tyres and brake pads do all four wheels, got a quote of $3k from Penisula automotive in Burlington (great guys). This BMW dealership are criminals , when asked why the quote was 3 times higher they simply said labour costs. They also failed to resolve an issue after 3 separate occasions. The service guys are fine, however the rest of the dealership is a mess. I had a lease on a 2020 X3 and had a good experience with Samir Umer. From 2022 onwards multiple people from the dealership would sporadically reach out to me to try to take back the vehicle and get me into another lease early. One particular person (Reza Heydar) would keep pinging me over email but never respond when I replied to have a conversation. It was like he just sending out automated CRM emails and not doing his job to actually follow up. When I was actually ready to discuss getting into another lease in late 2023, I was pawned off by Samir to a rookie salesperson (who left the dealership shortly after). I was given lowball offers on trade-in values for my existing lease (verified through conversations with other BMW dealerships), and no decent deals were available for the car I had in mind. I love BMWs and wanted to get into an iX for my next car. However in Nov 2023 I ended up deciding to buy out my BMW lease, sell it myself and get into a new lease with Audi due to lack of deals/low trade-in value from BMW at the time. BMW Toronto couldn't even do the lease buyout for me due to lack of timely response. I went to Parkview to buy out the lease since they were much more responsive. By the time the finance department responded I had already completed the deal with Parkview. Reza called me at the end of May, as my original lease was ending, and he was unaware that I had already bought out the car and was in an Audi for the next 4 years. I politely told him the situation and we agreed to touch base at the end of my Audi lease in 3-4 years. I was going to leave it at that, but today Reza called me again, clearly having no recollection of our conversation less than 2 months ago. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and terrible at their job, and I had to call this out. If I do ever end up with a BMW, it won't be with this dealership. read more

Terrible experience with BMW Customer Service at Downtown Toronto Location. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I leased the car in March 2022 and purchased the Tire and Rim Protection Plan and Excess Wear and Use Policy for my car. I have been getting it timely serviced at BMW Toronto location as its close to my residence. My car went for servicing last in November 2023 and in August 2023 prior to that. My Front Driver Side run flat tire got punctured and had to be changed. So, I took it to the dealership where I was told the Passenger side Front Tire will also need to be replaced as its completely worn off on one side. I was told that Passenger Side Front tire will not be covered under Tire and Rim Protection as its worn off and I will have to pay for the same. On checking, investigating, taking the vehicle to other BMW dealerships, I came to know that one side of my Passenger side tire had perfectly fine tread while the other side of the tire was completely worn off due to terrible Alignment of wheel. Service staff at other BMW dealerships were surprised/shocked to see how the vehicle was serviced in the past and why the Alignment was not recommended/done by "Service Advisor" staff at BMW Toronto as that is what lead to one side of passenger side tire to wear off entirely while the other side of the tire was absolutely fine. They told me to take it back to BMW Downtown Toronto and told me to ask them to fix/compensate for this issue.  This whole carelessness on the part of BMW Toronto Service team led me to drive the vehicle in a dangerous condition from safety perspective + made me pay $861 out of pocket despite no fault of mine and sheer carelessness of Service Advisory staff at BMW Toronto who failed to point it out / recommend alignment during my service visits. I believe I should not be paying for BMW Toronto's mistake and want this to be looked into by BMW Canada ASAP. This caused me a whole lot of delay and inconvenience. Mr. Rizwan, Service Manager at BMW Toronto agreed to the mistake after checking past service records that no alignment was recommended and it was their fault and offered me $90 discount + Tax Discount, which makes absolutely NO SENSE to me. He still made me pay $861 for THEIR FAULT. I had no option but to pay as I need my car back for work so I succumbed to their demands. He says they don't "book a loss at their dealership".  This statement absolutely blew me away and made me lose a lot of trust. Attitude seemed to be more of a dealmaking than providing solution/customer service. I will never get a BMW again/recommend to anyone from this dealership. I am attaching pictures of both sides of the Passenger side Front tire for reference, where you will notice one side is absolutely worn off while the other side is completely fine due to Mis-alignment. Would also like to point out Service Advisor Mr. Hal Greenson's attitude is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful (Apart from being careless as a Service Advisor). Also, their Brake Pad replacement quotes differ depending on who they assign as Service Manager. I was given two drastically different quotes - First $3850 by Hal Greenson and then $2490 by a different service manager. Which makes me believe they do not know what they are doing. STAY AWAY!! There are better BMW dealers out there that will treat you with respect and regard. This dealership isn't one of them. read more

Took my car into service for a faulty for regulator for which they could not replicate and mechanic was nice and respectful on this matter and we made a agreement for when I come home and when the issue happens again I would record it. Mind you I never went around to my passenger side of the car when I went to visit and I found it odd it was sitting inside the shop and not outside in the parking lot when I usually come back to pick up my car. Upon coming home I looked back at my car to find out it has been damaged on the passenger rear and later finding out also in my front! I know people who work at bmw and they said this happens ALL the time it's nothing new. The person responsible transporting cars sometimes damages another car. I find it really disrespectful that I HAD TO FIND OUT about it upon coming home and not them letting me know. I politely messaged them about this situation and they took immediate action to rectify it. They claim they did not do any damage to my car but they took on responsibility to rectify it to make me happy hilarious. They admitted to damaging my car in a service report paper but deny to my face that they damaged it who are these people? Upon coming back to pick up my car, they did a shotty job and didnt fully repair my tail light from the damage they did and after inspecting the car before I left I didnt make a fuss about the tail light as I was going to go to a detail shop to get my car ceramic coated, ppf and paint correction done and they would fix my issue which they did and not bmw Toronto. They did NOT repair my other half of the car as stated in the paper I filled out before taking it for service for work to be done one both panels to rectify their mistake. Ismhil kept saying they did not damage my car but they were repairing it out of GOOD WILL. Ha gotta love that excuse. He kept trying to deflect blame and say I can't prove it and yada yada and he kept doing my questions on why is the work not done if it was stated in the paper. Before that visit then I took my car to get repaired the first time they were quick to offer me a loaner vehicle. Upon finding out that I had no license they were quick to reject the loaner vehicle when they damaged my car and I bought this car for my family to use. We would be out a car and we have places to be. They offered a loaner and refused even though the insurance was under my fathers name and we had every right to collect to loaner. After further discussion we finally got the loaner after complaining. My brother accompanied me as we also got a loaner from them and he was the one driving it. He raised his voice because Ishmil was not being cooperative at all and kept reflecting blame and said time and time again HE WILL NOT FIX THE DAMAGE THEIR DEALERSHIP DID TO MY CAR! After my brother getting pissed off he asked who the owner of the car was and it was me but its a family car and he finally caved in to fix that part that he was responsible for. Upon getting my car back AGAIN I found that they scuffed up my damn door trim. Why is it every time I go here to get my car repaired from their mistakes I get it back damaged? I was sick and tired of dealing with these people so I just kept it to myself and asked my detailer if hes able to remove it as I was gonna get it ceramic coated and he could and did. All is well right? Well no. I assumed this nightmare was done its probably been a month already since this issue occurred. I hand it in to my detailer shop which I got done in Oakville West side pro really good shop. I get a message in the morning asking to call him. I had ppf done partially in the front and there was damage to my clear coat on the passenger side front fender where they did work on my car. They did a hack job and did not do the job correctly. If they asked if they could remove the ppf to do the job I would've said go ahead I am going to take it off anyways and put new one on. Again their work damaged my car and I contacted them and i showed them damage they caused and again I have to deal with this nightmare. My detailer ceramic coated and paint corrected and ppf the whole vehicle except the front passenger fender which he also paint corrected. Now there is a VERY NOTICEABLE transition line from their paint job because they did not do it correctly. I gave my car to them looking absolutely better then brand new, no scuffs freshly ceramic coated from littearly 3 days ago and paint corrected. All they had to do was fix that transition line and we are done. Okay im relieved they took responsibility and remember THEY DIDNT DAMAGE MY CAR LOL! So now a day later I pick up my car. Theres damn polish spots all over my car which they didnt even care to clean up and dusty as hell. I get the dusty part but the polish spots all over my car and windshield and onto of my car is just straight up neglect on their part. Theres no reason why there should be polish everywhere. This location seems to be very protective of their X5 and X7. They work like policemen and check potential customers background such az origianl nationality and immiration status. Or any clients who seem to be suspicious of smuggling cars back to their own country such as Chinese, Indian, Arabic countries. While l can somehow understand they try to protect their normal sales chanel, as a current BMW X5 owner, l feel very insulted by their attitude and how they talk to the customer. We should not be the victim of your own chanel management issues. The guy called Kent didn't even tell me the price and te loyalty debates. He instead checked my original nationality, my address and my PR status. I took my car in for servicing and when I picked it up there was some cosmetic damage to the interior that I swear wasn't there before. They refused to accept responsibility for it. They told me that it says in the fine print of the paper that I signed that they're not responsible. The fine print says something like they're not responsible for damage beyond the control of the dealership, but the dealership did the damage. I complained to BMW Canada, but that was a waste of time since all the dealerships are privately owned. They said that there was nothing they could do. Out of frustration I went to the BMW Toronto website and left a one star rating and a written review. I posted it, but it never made it to the website. All the reviews on the website are 4 or 5 stars. I guess they screen the reviews and only post the favourable ones. read more

I've been going to this location for years and had nothing but good experiences. It's a nice place to hang out in, but not if you're not treated right. On April 17th 2018, I had a 1 star experience however. I pulled into the outside of the BMW service bay and walked inside to get my FOB read. The agent who attended to me did not introduce himself, but asked if I needed service. I said I needed to have my FOB read, because I have a warning light on with a "triangle and an exclamation mark in the middle". This man who looked half black and half Asian (no name tag) proceeded to tell me that reading the FOB would not tell me what was wrong with my car. I would need to leave the car for a diagnostics which could take 24hrs for an unscheduled appointment. I reiterated that I simply wanted the FOB read, that I had been there many times and reading the FOB is where I've always started. This guy really made me feel like I had no clue how to take care of my BMW. I had to sternly insist that he read the FOB. He read the FOB and a 3-page print out was delivered. He takes me to his desk and proceeds to tell me a bunch of other crap, until I asked him to address what was on the paper. This is when we got into a real argument, and I had to tell him how he was making me feel. Basically, he was making feel as though I was beneath him He apologized for making me feel that way while looking left and right (an indication of how sincere he was). He read out a few items on the paper and then got back to leaving the car to be diagnosed. He then referred me to make an appointment with the service person. Why would I leave my car to be diagnosed after speaking with him? There are other BMW dealers and service places who know how to woo customers away from their money without berating them first. I took my printout and left. The printout is telling enough information to rule out certain things. Whoever this guy is, he needs a lesson in how to deal with customers, and give them what they want. There is a way to lead people down the sales funnel, and it's not through him! UPDATE: April 19th 2018 The printout said I needed a new "micro-filter" which I guessed had something to do with the cabin air quality. I went to my go-to guy at Bimmersport, and Charlie did his own work-up on my car, and yes... that's all the car needed. Not impressed with this dealer. Only went to them because they had a one year old 230xi that I was interested in. Bought the car and afterwards, like other dealers, they then try to up sell you with ridiculously over priced warranties and other protection packages. Such is dealing with dealers. The reason for my low rating is that on two occasions, I called back to ask a question about iDrive set up. One call to the salesman and later a call to the service department. Neither one ever called me back. If that is the type of service they provide or anyone provides, no matter what the business, that is the last time they will be seeing me. David C and Krish are dishonest and shady new car sales reps at this dealership. This dealership is nothing short of vile. In advance to the sales event in September 2017, I had reached out to David C, a new car sales rep. I should have known from the start, that he wasn't going to conduct himself in a professional manner. Phone calls went unanswered, questions had to be asked three times and information was inaccurate. In the end, against my own good judgement, I leased the X5 from him. The term, price and payment was negotiated, he took my credit card. He congratulated me and informed me that the business manager would reach out the following morning to set up the application. The next day, I reached out to David as I had not received any follow up. He informed me that all was good, however, he was very busy because that was the day of the actual sale. Finally, at 6:30pm I received a phone call from him. He said, all is good, however, there was a slight issue, someone else sold the car I had leased. He acted as though it was no big deal. When I asked him further questions, he referred me to Krish, the sales manager as he could no longer help me. The worse part, he waited until the end of the day during the sales event, all the good inventory had already sold. While speaking with Krish, it became very evident that the car I had purchased, was sold to another person who paid more for the car. I demanded to understand how, after entering a contract, that they could just sell the car to someone else, they didn't care . I requested that they provide me with the same vehicle, the answer was "NO", nobody had it in stock and I would have no choice but to select a vehicle with lesser options, basically at the same price as the vehicle that I had selected, without any discounts. When I became very angry, Krish's response was "can you prove to us that you actually purchased a car from us". I soon realized that David, had never even marked the car as sold, didn't submit any applications, he didn't even charge my credit card. The next morning, I made a few phone calls and found the exact same vehicle at a competitor dealership, despite Downtown BMW insisting nobody in Ontario had one. After 30 minutes on the phone with Budd's in Oakville, I had a signed contract and deposit taken and credit card charged. Within 30 minutes finance was approved and the entire process was wrapped up. The best part is that David C at Downtown BMW kept telling me that my 2014 Audi Q7 had no value for a trade in, Budds not only leased the X5 to me at a better price, they gave me a credit for my Audi. In the end, avoid this dealership. There are better BMW dealers out there that will treat you with respect and regard. This dealership isn't one of them. read more

I've been with BMW since June. I have been disappointed with quality of service as well as vehicle (X3) overall. In talking to others who have been with BMW, doesn't seem to be unique to me. I had by far better experiences with a different brand of car. Some examples of disappointment in this short time: 1. Requiring certified cheque, not accepting credit card for deposit 2. 1 FOB never worked 3. Lane changer alert works variably. 4. Customer service both at the beginning and 9 months later continues to be disorganized, being punted from one person to another, who give conflicting information. Every detail was taken care of and the staff walked me through all the car's new technology. Never did I feel like the process was being rushed. Buyer be ware! Bought a used 2012 x1 and complained right away that it wasn't driving properly. They took it for a test drive and said that that is the way it should drive. It didn't sit well with me so I took it to BMW Barrie and they put it up on the hoist and said that the tires were extremely cracked with dry rot and that the wire was protruding from the back passenger tire. They said it was too unsafe to drive and that they need to be replace immediately. I only have 49,000kms I called BMW Toronto and told them the issue and they said "too bad, you didn't say the word "tire" as the problem from the beginning and they were going to do nothing about it" I had to replace the tire and when they did the job, they said they had a hard time getting the one tire off because it was so bad, I had to wait an extra 30mins to get it off. They couldn't believe how bad the tire was for only 49,000kms and believe they BMW Toronto sold me bad tires. BMW Toronto doesn't care about the safety of their customers and I was very disappointed with their excuses to do nothing. read more

TL;DR - BMW Toronto can't follow their own instructions for contactless service or be bothered to follow up with anything. The customer service side of things with their service department leaves much to be desired. I booked an appointment for May 25 to have my X5 serviced on it's regular interval. Due to COVID-19 I was told pickup would be contactless and that they would lock my vehicle up in the visitor parking lot and to bring a spare key down to retrieve it. When paying my $1200+ invoice for regular service I EXPLICITLY confirmed that I would be coming AFTER HOURS and confirmed that the same contactless parameters would apply; they would lock my car in the visitor lot and I could get it after hours. I gratefully paid immediately and confirmed via text again that it would be after hours pickup. Low and behold getting to the location on Monday night I found my vehicle locked in their compound with no way to retrieve my car. It was inconvenient as I spent an hour walking down to the dealership, and spoke to the very nice security guard about my issue and decided that mistakes happen and that I would call the dealership and leave a voicemail wondering what happened. I didn't want to get the guard in trouble so I thanked him and left. I called the service tech Stelios and left a voicemail and email on my walk home that night hoping for a call back the next day. Fast forward to Tuesday at 3pm and hadn't heard a thing. No email returned. No call back. I had to contact the dealership myself and spoke to Stelios who apologized and said he would "talk to his manager" about making things right. I appreciated that notion, and re-confirmed with him that due to NOT being able to pickup my vehicle the night before I had to shuffle my day around and would be back again after hours Tuesday night to pickup again. I further clarified that this wouldn't be an issue on his part and that they would move the vehicle to the visitor lot. Stelios specifically said upon ending the call "I WILL MOVE IT MYSELF RIGHT NOW." Problem solved...? After I spent another hour of my time walking down to the dealership I find my car still behind the locked gate IN THE SAME SPOT. Hadn't been moved at all. At this point I was upset and saw the same security guard that had seen me the night before and he was as flabbergasted as I was. I brought all my documentation to prove it was my vehicle and that the service was paid for to show him, and he was thankfully nice enough to contact the owner through some means to release my vehicle after spending another hour going back and forth. I left another voicemail, email, and text message for the dealership to call me back to follow up - it's been two weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt during these crazy times to reach back out and offer a simple apology. I haven't received a follow up to date; Stelios never made good on his first apology, and I am appalled at the ineptitude of the customer service team at this dealership. I understand this is a 'luxury car brand.' I have no issues with a premium price tag with the service that comes with the ownership of a vehicle from this brand. What I don't understand is the lack of care and attention to the small details like this and even a simple follow up couldn't be followed through on. Unfortunately BMW Canada was not much more help as they referred me back to the dealership at which point I knew this was a no resolution scenario. Just disappointing. read more

If you want a really bad car with a bad overall experience and poor customer service, this is the place for you!! They do not negotiate on price at all, they blame every service problem on the customer and despite buying a certified car here, they did not even bring the car up to certified quality by putting on the correct tires (they finally replaced them for free after realizing their error). Even basic things like breaks take them 2-3 days to fix because they don't have their own parts in stock. Terrible all the way around. Go to a bmw dealership not owned by the same group and you will hopefully have a better experience. read more

I will never buy anything from this dealership ever again. They have had my vehicle for service for over a week now and had originally promised to have all the repairs finished within a day. It's been 10 days and I still don't have my vehicle. The service advisor even keeps rejecting my calls when I ask for an update. And no other service advisor will help me because they do not have background on the situation. Um, hello? That is what the CRM system is for. I'm not asking for a lot. I just want to know when I can pick up my car. The service manager, Desmond is a joke. Him and his team (Stelios) really should go back to school to learn customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I purchased a 3rd party warranty through this dealership for the same coverage as the BMW warranty. I brought the vehicle in for an issue and after the technician did the repair the service advisor called and told me that the claim under the warranty was denied, they did not give a reason or an explanation. I was curious so I called the warranty company and was told that no claim had been submitted for any work. The service advisor had lied about submitting the claim. When I complained I was told that this is common practice for the service advisors to not submit a claim because they know that the "adjuster will deny the work". According one of the business managers, the service advisors are required to submit all work orders to the warranty company who then review the work and then either approve or deny the claim. For all I know the Business Manager could have been lying. The repair bill was over $700.00 with no warranty. Under warranty it was under $500.00 and billed to the warranty company. The service advisors are also hesitant to provide an estimate for the cost of the repair. Apparently, they are required to provide customers with an estimate of the cost and a break down of the work. This is something else that I find highly suspect. I returned the vehicle because it was end of lease, prior to returning the vehicle I had demanded that the vehicle be inspected from bumper to bumper, top to bottom, so that anything that needed to be fixed could be fixed before the vehicle was returned. This was not done. Now the dealership is demanding a replacement part on an item that they have " a speculation" on how it could have, maybe, possibly, happened. The explanation give was so absurd. I have been in contact with other shops in regards to how this particular item could have been damaged as per the dealer's speculation. My experience is that they try to blame the customer for break downs or shoddy work. For example, front brakes were done and technician installed a wrong part. I I pick up the vehicle drive for 3 blocks, turn right and the brake warning light comes on, so I bring the car back and the service advisor blames me for "driving the car too hard".The vehicle goes back into the shop and about an hour later I was then told by the service manager that it was the wrong part and the technician should have known not to have installed it. There have been many recalls on several models, pretty serious recalls such as the Vanos Housing Bolts that could come lose or break and cause the vehicle to stall. Of course BMW did not have enough parts to fix the issue. The recall went out in April of 2014 and the replacement was done in September 2014 on my vehicle. Needless to say I stayed off the highways. As per a letter sent out in April the dealership was supposed to call to schedule the repair. No one called. I finally went into the dealership in July to set up the appointment for the work done. There was also a recall to replace the Front Drive Shaft which apparently the dealership was supposed to call to notify customers of the issue. No one called. Vehicle is back and I will never lease or purchase another BMW or deal with this dealership again. Buyer beware! read more

I view it as a price discrimination. Me and the dealer had an argument yesterday and after that he deleted my contact Before the deal was done. Today When I pick up my car and wanna complain to the manager Allen Lim seems very impatient and said: I am not in charge of this and don't waste my time. Here is a more specific edition: There is a serious agent problem in this dealership. The dealer provide a shitty attitude to me just because I was doing a lease transfer deal. Otherwise, the manager also was impatient about my complaint, he said something like: don't waste my time, what you wanna me to do? To fire him? From my perspective, it is kind like a price discrimination and they will only treat someone buying a new car as a real guest. Other than that, the dealer was not professional and also provide a shitty attitude to me. No response to my questions. Involve in the argument between me and another car agency, the argument is non of his business. He stepped in and judge my actions, saying something like: I am tired of your endless drama. I can view it as personal. After which he blocked my contact before the deal was finalized. I would never go to this disappointed dealership again and not even want to give it one star on the Google Review. Those arrogance agents view themselves as valuable as the BMW brand. What a joke. Here is a more detailed version of my complaint in BMW Toronto: On Friday morning, I called a sales manager(Allen Lim) to talk about what I encountered during my lease transfer deal. Because of his poor English and the whole thing is too long to make it clear through the phone, I was required to book an appointment with him to talk. His attitude is unprofessional, and he seems doesn't even care about the complaint, and he ended my phone call before I finished. When I came into the dealership in the afternoon, I required a talk to the sales manager; here he came again. He says the first word is: you only have five minutes to say what happened and don't waste my time. He became more and more emotional during the conversation, interrupting me many times. I couldn't understand everything he was trying to say because of his poor English and mandarin. He also expressed something like: You are just dealing with a lease transfer; if you buy a new car, I may let the dealer talk to you politely. Young people, don't be so severe, it is no good to you. His words are highly involved in price discrimination and personal threat. And his unprofessional and carefree attitude makes me so mad. Everyone's time is a treasure, and I also don't waste my time writing this awful experience caused by your impatient actions. It already offended my customer right to free complaints, and I am considering reporting to the Ontario Customer Complaint. As a manager and leadership, handling customer complaints with a professional attitude is one of your responsibility. just now I would give zero stars if I could... I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is a senior. Her 2012 X5 stopped working over one month ago and apparently the electric system of the car is shot due to water damage. The "extensive" extended warranty apparently doesn't cover water damage. How my mom got water damage when she doesn't drive on the hwy, in the snow, or in the rain, is an absolute mystery to me. My mom and sister call the dealership daily and been ignored by service manager Kim Bloskie. Kim has refused to answer any of our calls. No loaner car has been offered, no remediation is in site. The X5 cars have apparently had electrical issues in the US and BMW USA has dished out a 450 Million dollar class action suit to those effected. In Canada we are being totally ignored. This dealership sucks and I would highly suggest buying your beemer elsewhere. I have been in touch with the media, and hopefully I can get some help with their attention to this matter. My mom has been driving my old beater car instead of her luxury SUV for over a month and a half. Disgraceful!!! read more

Here is just one of many HORROR stories i have tell around dealing with the SERVICE department of BMW Toronto: When I brought my car to BMW Toronto for the first oil change i dropped off my car and told the service guy that the car makes a squeaking noise when i am turning the steering wheel and that someone should look into that. sure enough when i picked up the car the noise was still there. I insisted that someone looked at the car immediately and it turned out that THERE WAS NO POWER STEERING FLUID left. This is RIDICULOUS !!! how could this have been missed after told them EXPLICITLY to find out where is the noise was coming from ?? the solution was equally unprofessional : they simply topped up the fluid and sent me on the road again with "don't you worry - we are professional" type comments .... guess what: 4 weeks later the fluid level was down again and the squeaking noise started again .... i had to bring my car in again and that's when they FINALLY fixed the problem (replacing the defective part) this is when i started to feel worried driving my car b/c I don't know what other things they missed or ignored ..... this is not something i would have expected from BMW ... years ago I used to do oil changes at WALMART and they actually do have a 15 points checklist (incl. all fluid levels ) they go trough with EVERY oil change .. why is BMW Toronto so cheap and negligent not to cover at least the basics ??? there are several other instances where the service manager on duty deliberately IGNORED defects that I EXPLICITLY pointed out when i dropped off the car ... unfortunately BMW Toronto is the only TO downtown location. so i don't have a choice ... if you have the opportunity to get your BMW (or Mini) serviced elsewhere i would strongly recommend it !!! read more

It's only been under 2 years that I got my Bimmer here and so far while I have been impressed! I have not been disappointed. Sales: the Sales Team hats off! They did a great job taking care of me, taking me on several test drives, and even giving me an invitation to go to the BMW Testing Track last summer which was great. I got a chance to pick from a large selection of models and I was grateful that they took the time to find the 2-door coupe that I was looking for. The whole team really went the extra mile to accommodate me. Service: even though I have a service package with my lease, and I usually do not pay for anything except for parts. I have always been treated with respect, plus I love the add-on like coffee, donuts, it may not seem like much but the food does go a long way in making the customer service experience seem a whole lot better. Overall I have to say my experience has been satisfying, however, I have not been blown away. I expected a lot more from my BMW Dealer and especially the downtown Toronto location. To be quite honest I have had much better service from my other car manufacturer (TOYOTA) that this place! It's just to bad my other Service Dealership will not service my Bimmer. read more

The Salesman we had was very dishonest. Spouted 'facts' that we identified as false as soon as we went to the official BMW website. Was also very chauvinistic. The salesperson decided that my wife didn't deserve the same style test drive as me because she was a house wife and doesn't drive a certain way. My drive was long and aggressive while he kept telling my wife how nice it was to pick up groceries in the car. The actual car was great but we did not buy based on this awful experience. read more

I'm not much of a car fanatic, but my boyfriend is and he constantly drags me here to check out the new M3 or M6 or whatever else letter/number combination of car that I will never be able to afford are called. That being said, this is a beautiful building. Huge, floor to ceiling glass windows, glass floor elevators, beautiful German works of automotive art as far as the eye can see - if you love cars, this is the like the motherload. Everyone who works here is really helpful and very knowledgeable. My boyfriend actually has a BMW and he always gets tons of great help and advice when he's here. For those who are obsessed with showing off the BMW-ness, there's a store that sells everything from BMW and MINI dress shirts to a Mini bulldog and kids powerwheels car. You can also get BMW key chains, wallets, license plate covers, and the list goes on and on. Even if you can't afford a car, it's a nice place to visit and it's fun to sit in some of the sweet rides. The guy checked the computer, turning BEET RED. 10,000km ago!!! I asked how long do they usually last? They service guy, sweating away, said it depends on how you drive, etc., Needless to say, I never went back. This was a few years ago, but seeing how I am benefiting from fellow Yelpers, I felt morally obligated to report these guys. Returned to find that other repairs had been made (changed a windshield wiper that had been working fine and had thrown out the old ones...stuck with the purchase?). Unpleasant experience with person working with me. Very rude. The receptionist(s) were friendly, however, and the free coffees and shuttle were a great feature. We first met Farhan at the 2015 Auto Show when we were not sure what we were looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Our sales consultant was Dominique. From start to finish she was great! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and had our car delivered faster than we expected. Horrible experience. Not to be trusted. I've purchased 3 cars from this dealer and they have all been horrible experiences. I have had 4 BMWs personally and 9 in the family. I used different sales guys and they're all the same. They don't care about your needs or wants. Just to quickly close a sale. Even if there's something that would Ben better in inventory they'll push what they want on you and lie to you. Most recently Ahmed Mourad. He'll tell you he's to top sales guy in Canada. That's a lie. Do not trust him. You better know the exact car and price you want before you go in. They are not customer friendly. And the reception attendant has horrible customer service as well. Even Ahmed agreed with me on that one. Go anywhere else!!! Most recently I called to ask a question about the car. Reception told me I was not allowed to speak to anyone in service and I had to bring the car in for service. I told them I didn't want to do that. Their service department is HORRIBLE! I would have given NEGATIVE starts if possible. Here is the first part of the story: I booked an car maintenance appointment and arranged a shuttle pick up at 4:45pm (since their latest pick up is 5:00pm) at Wesley and Bay, outside of the ministry building. I waited in cold wind for 30 solid minutes, no one showed up. I keep calling them for 20 minutes, at last, they told me to take a Beck taxi. Here is next half of the story: Also it is a battle for me to get a shuttle (actually I didn't got) from them. When I tried to confirm the shuttle pick up when I drop off the car with the front desk, a OVER-SIZED WHITE LADY at the front desk keep telling me she can't do the time I originally booked 3 days ago and guess what? She just left. Please BMW, hire someone better qualified to represent your company. read more

I agreed to purchase a brand new 2017 BMW R nine T pure bike from the dealership and dealt with Jon Dunnill. Since The bike is 2 years old they offered me a great price that I accepted. I singed the contract and paid my deposit. Was told the bike would take a few days to arrive. After a week of waiting I contacted them for an update and was informed that they could not find the bike in the warehouse. I was naive to assume that BMW Toronto would honour the signed contract and offer a fair solution. They offered me the exact same bike in the 2018 model year for almost $3000 more!!!. When I say the exact same I mean it, same engine, paint, features and styling. They refuse to open a dialog and hide behind the words "theirs nothing we can do. " There are lots of choices in the Toronto areas for BMW Motorrad sales. Stay away from this dealership. They do not care about the customer and do not honour their agreements. read more

On a recent tour of dealerships to handle car business...by far the best service among all dealers in the GTA. The showroom is also one of the best but this quality is reflected in the offers. No reason to haggle here because everything is top notch. Expect to pay a premium for the service which is definitely worth it if you can afford it. read more

I am one of those guys whose has typically experienced bad shit with car dealerships - from unresolved mechanical issues to plain arrogant and rude salespeople. In my mind, BMW Toronto is a dealership that has broken that curse for me. While I didnt buy my BMW there, I do take it there for service due to convenience. Their two shuttles will pretty much take you wherever you need to be in the core and will pick you up after as well. If you wait, the lounge area is perfect to grab a coffee and some wifi and work while you wait. The services advisors are no nonsense and do what they say. This in my mind is anomalistic for car dealers. I am going to be in the market for a new car in the next 6 months and no doubt will give BMW Toronto a try there as well. Enjoy! read more
