I am not a person that has the habit of writing reviews but they truly deserve a praise. Not many shops are genuine and proper in the auto industry but Noyzboyz is like no other. Their staff are the sweetest people, always making sure you are taken care of. They are also super transparent, keeping you updated throughout the process and ensuring that everything is within budget (without sacrificing quality ofc) On top of all that, the shop's guest area is always kept neat and tidy with some nice performance parts on display, there is also abundant seating area. They can do pretty much all mods and services, I would 100% recommend them to my friends and come back again when my car needs servicing. If I could give less than 1 star I would. These guys are legal scammers. I took my car here to get a very expensive, high quality exhaust installed, The GReddy GT Catback for my 2008 G37 Coupe. $2,600CAD after shipping and as a 18 year old it is quite a big purchase. You'd expect that when you purchase something so expensive, and bring it to a pretty high end exhaust shop, you would get service that is appropriate to the price. These guys essentially destroyed the y-pipe and my stock catalytic converters by welding them together instead of taking the harder (but paid for job) and mounting them together by the flanges. after they are finished with this pathetic work they call high quality, they charged me $550. not only that, they took the gaskets I had provided them with, not a huge deal but always scheming for just a bit more right? Say goodbye to the resale or reusability value of my 400$ ypipe and $1000 cats. Welding might have been okay if it was mentioned and confirmed by me before doing it but they just went right ahead without my consent. I will never be coming back and will recommend EVERYONE I know to never set foot in your "store". If you want exhaust work done, do not come here. So many places will do it cheaper and properly. Thoroughly not impressed by this place. Despite knowing of them many years I had never dealt with the. So my van had been to a body shop and was sent there for exhaust work. I literally rebuilt the whole exhaust from the engine back, and knew of one small problem. They took it upon themselves to temove all my exhaust band clamps which I used to make it serviceable and welded all three joints with out even talking to me. I would never deal with anyone who takes it upon themselves to decide work on a vehicle without consulting the owner first. This is exactly why I do my own work. For the record all that had to be done was loosen 2 band clamps, turn the muffler slightly, replace the isolator and tighten the clamps. Not remove my parts read more

Those are qualities we should all seek when trusting something to review and work on our vehicle. The one thing I need daily and the one thing I work hard to look amazing and since I am in Real Estate sales my mobile office on wheels. The staff at Noyzboyz hit a homerun with me personally. I was skeptical at first when it came to upgrading my exhaust given I did not want it to be over the top but something that would give me the subtle sounds that I am looking for when commuting daily but also bring out the kid in me. Given I am 50 and did not want to stand out but stand tall and with a smile. On the initial meet and great it felt like any other shop until I started probing on what I wanted and what I was looking for and they really Listened. They did not have their own Ulterior motive to sell but rather their motive to enhance my wish list. The initial assessment on my Lexus was to start me off with something subtle ,something that I can appreciate. I was thinking to go with more but all hands on deck and all staff encouraged me try it out with just the muffler enhancement. I was thinking to go bigger and spend even more but they took the time to explain that when some weight is added and the engine gets put under some true driving conditions the enhancement will be ever so much more elevated. I had money in my pocket and ready to spend even more yet they actually cared and actually encouraged me to wait. Who does that ???? The team at Noyzboyz did that and that to me screams out heart. The passion was in their ability to know what to expect and they truly controlled my enthusiasm and expectations. Love this place! Always busy but they treat you like family. They always make time for you. Reasonably priced. Professional work. What else can you ask for! My family has been coming here for ages! My husband has spent a pretty penny and time here and has never been disappointed. It's been a while since we have been back and it's just like the old days when we were here like every weekend. They definitely don't waste time here. When you walk in your in awe of how many celebrities Mr. Mitas has taken pics with and how many posters on the wall. No need to pick up a magazine, by the time you finish looking at the memorabilias your mufflers already fixed. How can I forget about the sweet receptionist, big welcoming smile when you walk in. I've had work on 2 of my cars in the past done here. Both times, very happy with their work!! Nice clean jobs on both cars. I like when they ask me how i want the positioning of the exhaust tip, before they complete the job. They want you to walk away satisfied. On both cars, i've never had to go back to fix anything. Solid job!! Also, they don't try to upsell, they do recommend. On one of my car they recommended that if i get a high flow cat, it would help with my magnaflow exhaust that i was putting on, then they checked and the oem was already a high flow. They didnt say, that the magnaflow highflow cat was better than the oem. So they didnt try to upsell the magnaflow cat. This review is for the work they did back in 2001/2002. Hopefully nothings change since then. If i did ever need another custom exhaust, i would go back here!! read more

I went to these guys on the strength of the positive reviews people left them. Didn't think it would be the ordeal I had to go through to get a simple downpipe installed so let my anguish be your forewarning. Went in to have a downpipe installed and was told it would take only a few hours since a lift was available immediately so I sat there and waited. Took them the whole day and they tell me it will have to be another day since they couldn't get the stock downpipe off. Had they informed me throughout the process, I wouldn't have lost a day's wage. Called them the next day to inquire about the status of my car and they say in a few hours, nothing concrete. Another day passes and they're still working on it. All told, it took them 3 days to get my downpipe off and weld my replacement one in. Didn't show the least bit of contrition for wasting my time and still charged me for the extra days when they gave me a quote for 1 days' labour. Tell me what other shop charges $800 to cut a stock pipe off and weld in a new part in which the customer provides. They claim to have put in a Borla resonator, a $90 part. For $800, you can get a complete system installed.. These guys are a joke so stay away. read more

These guys just completed a cat-back upgrade on my 2017 Mustang GT--it turned out awesome, makes the car twice as fun to drive. Had previously done the same on two other vehicles dating back 15 years. The staff, pricing, and outcome are all exceptional. No bs, no up-sell, no gimmicks. Great workplace culture, staff are happy and clearly have passion for what they do. If you want to save $5 and quibble, there are other places to go. If you value a smooth, honest, friendly process while making your vehicle more awesome, this is the place. read more

[Danforth Rd NoyzBoyz] Needed replacement flex pipe welded in. Guy at counter (acted like owner) was a bit condescending, but said could take me although I offered to come back later. Waited 2 hours. Was quoted $160 + tax (after they hoisted it for inspection), which seemed a bit high but had no time to hunt for another place. The pipe I needed costs $46 at NAPA, so they were billing over an hour for the welding. Was billed extra $7 for shop supplies, which isn't much but still exceeded quote to which they are legally bound. I didn't argue it. When got it home I jacked car up and saw that they had a fresh cut deep into the exhaust pipe (almost through) just beside the weld - probably grinder slipped when buffing away muffler paste on the old flex pipe (to get clean contact for welder). They should have simply welded over that cut rather than leaving it to rust out before the rest of the existing pipe will, which they KNOW would happen. Not patching that shows blatant disregard. Was not worth my wait to go back for the repair -- I patched it with muffler paste and hope it holds. The welder at Noyz Boyz told me he added a bit of CHROME pipe for free, but it was normal steel pipe (I figure he botched cutting out the right length and had to extend the new pipe). I paid premium fee for sloppy, defective work, and waited longer than was suggested, and was treated with a rather condescending attitude that a paying customer does not expect or deserve. Will not go back there, but if YOU do, before you authorize the work ask them if their quote is firm, and ask to see their work BEFORE they take your car off hoist!!! read more

[Danforth Rd NoyzBoyz] Had issue where my 69 Cougar would not start. Had car towed to shop and they called 2 days later to say its ready, they cleaned and adjusted carb, charged me $150 for this, Picked up car drove 3.4 kms and car shutdown backfiring from carb and exhaust. Called and reported it to them and towed car back to shop, This time they tell me plugs are saturated, so I tell them not to do anything and get call 2-3 hours later saying work is done, car is ready, this time $130. So I go again and get car get down road 5-6 kms and car dies again. Find out when speaking with owner, no warranties on work. My fault for not asking prior, now need to replace exhaust as backfire blew them apart. Not at all happy with service. THEY MAY BE GOOD AT EXHAUST BUT NOTHING ELSE IN MY BOOKS!!!! Oh, they were kind enough to offer to fix exhaust for $340. First time I go to get car its indoors, supposedly ready and air filter is on floor in front seat, second time it's parked in adjoining parking lot, doors unlocked, window partially open and trash inside. And worst thing of all when I'm arguing with the owner he has the balls to say to me I'm the type of person which should not own a car like that. Who the hell are you to condescend and make a remark like that to a customer. He has answers for everything but to me they have tunnel vision, grasping at straws hoping to fix issue. Oh this is it!
