POTENTIAL BUYERS: STAY AWAY! DEALERSHIP FULL OF CROOKS! We put down a deposit in May of 2023 with a…read moresigned agreement to purchase a Kia Seltos for $31.5k and a promised delivery in "3-6 months". They gave us the run-around for 10 months and finally in March 2024 they tell us our car is ready for pickup. However when go to sign the paperwork suddenly the price jumped to $37.5k (because they put on a bunch of "addons", which were not on the original signed deal and we did not ask for). Their sales manager, Jeffrey, couldn't care less about our concerns. Their fleet manager, Jorge, says this bait-and-switch is standard practice at this dealership

Their only goals were to get our money and not care about what happens after that. They pushed the insurance for nicks & scrapes, but entirely failed to offer the more useful protection of new car replacement insurance. As well we asked our sales rep to order a spare tire (their new cars don't come with spares anymore), and a trunk cover. We asked repeatedly for these things. He completely dropped the ball and never followed up. Fast forward to 2 months later. We get into a nasty car accident on the 401. We call the dealership to inquire about our warranties and ask other questions. They were entirely unhelpful & condescending, and didn't answer our questions about our what happens to our warranties. Our car was pretty badly damaged. It may get written off. We REALLY liked our Kia Soul. But even if our car gets written off, we will not return here.

Sick and tired of Domenic's games - I purchased a 2016 Kia Rio from him in March 2025. There were a…read morefew small details which he assured me would be handled as follows: - Sunroof button was broken, making sunroof inoperable - Driver's heated seat button not functioning - Rear hatchback latch button missing cover - Car was reporting bad exhaust readings He assured me he'd take care of these things and they were "minor, quick fixes". It's now 3.5 months later and it's been nothing but lies. I provided him the exact manufacturer part numbers, even with eBay listings in email twice. He assured me he'd ordered the parts. When I call 1.5 months later, he says they got them, but then lost the parts and asks me to send him the info again, which I did. Another 1.5 months later and he says he asked "his guy" to do it, but obviously he hasn't gotten around to it yet. Just another excuse after excuse. Begins to say anything to get me off the phone. In regards to the Check Engine light - it was an exhaust problem, which was identified within 2 weeks of getting the car. Domenic claimed this was "no problem" and cleared the error. It's since come back consistently, and ultimately culminated in the car completely failing after 3 months. Domenic claims there's nothing he can do, and I should have purchased a warranty, despite this being reported to him within his 21 day "warranty" period. He simply delayed the problem as if I hadn't told him what was wrong before my "warranty" expired with him. After multiple calls and being pushed away, I'm left with a vehicle that was promised to be repaired, yet not a single action was taken. Total Repairs : - Exhaust issue : ~$650 for new spark plugs & coils - Sunroof issue : ~$150 for the part, installed myself - Rear Latch/Heated Seats : Unresolved. I'm left with no other option than to bring this matter to legal council, and write this unfortunate review in hopes that others reconsider purchasing their vehicle through Domenic. If you read other reviews, there seems to be a similar pattern of a bait-and-switch style tactic. When things work out with him, they work - but when they don't, he just delays, hides, and uses excuses. Buying through Domenic is really just a roll of the dice. Do you want to chance it? I'm regretting my choice and I would encourage others to think twice. Domenic, you have had multiple opportunities to fix this, yet systematically delayed until you claimed there was nothing you could do. This is not the actions of a reputable business.

After the inspection Domenic refused to return my $500, and is threatening to sue me for other 'damages'. Don't give him a deposit; other dealers let you drive it a short distance to your mechanic for a pre sale inspection without any deposit, and if they want a deposit it's $150. I had offered him a $150 deposit and he Insisted on $500. That's how he makes his money. My biggest mistake of the year. He talks sweet at first, but he's a dishonest, unjust asshole. He took $500 from me and I got nothing from him. He's the definition of a 'used car salesman'. Beware. I'm taking him to small claims court to teach him a lesson.
