a simple warning, NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! The whole dealership is a scam and full of charlatans. I purchased a vehicle here and in the drive home body trim parts started flying off the car. After that it got worse. The safety for the car was a fake, everything and anything went wrong and it will cost over $5,000 to get my car safe to drive. Horrible horrible horrible. Sold me a "safetied" van. Horn didn't work, window didn't work and brake line blew after driving it. My kids were in the vehicle with me and I was going down a hill. They had it fixed after I complained but then I needed brakes fixed again as the work was so sloppy. I'm out of pocket nearly $1000 due to their "safety." I purchased the vehicle in my married name. This review is in my maiden name. So don't say you don't know who wrote this. FYI. The good reviews for this place on Yelp have the same names as the dealership and mechanics' names. Bought a 2104 Mercedes B250 2 months ago. No issue with the salesperson as he did his best to help prior to pick up. Had to replace two tires almost immediately as the were not safe to drive on. Only discovered this after they were removed from the rims when swapped for snows. Car had been repainted and the paint wiped off after a car wash. Now have to take it to a body shop to be repaired. I traded my Vette C6 with a Z06 last month, dealt with Rhyan, he seems very friendly and customer oriented person. Everything was good except on the day of purchase they handed me only one key/fob, while the ad showed 2 fobs (I still have the ad snap shot) included in the purchase. I ask for the second one and he says he does not have it right now. So, I ask him if I should drop by in person or he will mail it to me since I live in Aurora. He agreed to mail it to me. After 2 weeks of every day calling/E-mailing to Rhyan he says he will do it tomorrow. So, after 2 weeks of exhaustion, I decided to stop by myself and called him and he said he has mailed it already. (I did not believe it but still kept my proper social attitude and wanted to trust). For God sake, it is "Canada post" which does not take 3 weeks in GTA for mailing (I still dont have the fob), So I am calling/emailing every day like 3 times for the tracking# of the mail which he said he will pass it to me. The truth is he never sent it. why would he reluctant to give me the tracking# if he has done it?!!! very frustrating situation. I do not know where my fob key is and have no idea who has it? whoever has this fob can steal my car in a minute. Rhyan SEEMS to be nice but he ditches me, ghost me every time I call him and never reply back to me. I really want to see the feed back of this comment by the owner. Vision Fine Cars - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far is not only the worst dealership (if they can even call themselves that) I've dealt with, but the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sold me a car, took my deposit and later told me (after I had to chase them down to find out what was happening with my purchase) that there was a lien on the vehicle. Apparently the incompetent manager, Ryan, overlooked this so called 'lien' when they purchased the vehicle, which by the way is illegal as you can't purchase a car with a lien on it. Even more fishy is that Ryan and Roman, the salesman who I dealt with, were unable to provide me with the Carfax or any other documentation proving there was, in fact, a lien on the vehicle. When I asked Roman if I could see the Carfax, Ryan called me back and insisted I was threatening them... hilarious that he would interpret a reasonable question in this way. It blows my mind this boy has a business. Simply put, these boys had second thoughts on the sale and made up some bogus story (which they couldn't validate in any way) to go back on the deal. Long story short, don't waste your time or breath talking to these clowns unless you want to have an early stroke... or I guess good laugh? And if you're searching for a vehicle - check out Clutch or Canada Drives... this is a new business model for selling cars online and let me tell you, I found it to be waaaaay more professional and efficient than some of the traditional used car dealerships like Vision Fine (or more appropriately 'below average') Cars'. Clutch and Canada Drives also provide a one week guaranteed refund policy wherein you can test drive the car for a week and return it, no questions asked, if you're not satisfied, which is a testament to the quality of their service. Not a bad looking showroom and the staff were reasonably friendly. However, I would ensure that I fully understand the product and the risks before purchasing anything from this dealer. In this case, I was looking to purchase a set of tires advertised as Kumhos (PA31s) with 70-80% tread remaining. The tires were wrapped in bags except the one left on top as a sample - which was a new tire (!) at 10/32 tread. The ones in the bags however, were Bridgestones at 4/32 tread with uneven wear. The salesperson claimed innocence, explaining that the dealership specialized in selling cars, not tires. I'd have a hard time buying a car from someone who doesn't understand tires.. Bought my Volvo XC90 for $13500 from these guys. I would suggest finding another dealership as the guys running the dealership are dishonest. Going in to first see the car, the mileage was incorrect on the ad (extra 10k on the car) as a result the general manager reduced the price by a mere $250. This should have been a sign for me to run but I liked the car so I stayed. We haggled over the price after a test drive and the GM Ryan continued to insist that it would not be lowered. The way that Ryan talked showed that he had poor customer service skills as he was aggressive and rude saying he didn't want to sell the car anyways. After deciding on a price we asked which all seasons tires would be on the car as the car had winter tires when we went for a test drive. Ryan refused to provide all season tires or summer tires as is needed during the summer and insisted that we buy tires or leave the winter tires. We decided that since we were making a purchase of our dream car we might as well buy tires also. So we bought Pirelli tires for $1200. We signed the papers and returned a few days later to pick up the car. At this point I noticed that the car did not have a tow package as was advertised. Ryan again refused to Honor his advertising and refused to install an aftermarket hitch or even refund the few hundred dollars it would take to install one. I was furious and disappointed that this was happening so I spoke with Ryan over thephpone as he wasn't there. He told me to rip the contract up and take my deposit back because he didn't want to sell the car. After some back and forth I decided to take the car and forgo my losses. I took the car home and that night my car headlight died. The next day the hydraulics on boot stopped functioning so the door wouldn't stay up when accessing the boot. And worst of all everytime I pressed on the break there was a very loud squeal and vibrating rub as if the breaks were worn. I took the car to the dealership and (to their credit) got the boot and headlight fixed, but was told that nothing could be done about the brakes as they were brand new. I took it to my mechanic and he ran a full safety test to see if the car was okay. Turns out that it was safe and would pass safety but cheap brake pads and rotors had been installed. In fact the rotors at the back were old and had been machined new. I was told that I would need OEM Volvo brakes to get rid of the squealing. This would cost me an additional $1000. The dealership of course refused to pay for any of the brake work. The car also had French programmed as the language when I saw it. I had spoken with Ryan to ensure that when I picked up the car the it would be detailed including any stone chips and the language would be changed to English. I can not change the language and it needs to be hooked up to a dealership computer. When I picked the car up I was given a pen to detail myself any chips or scratches (there was a scratch on the rear bumper that had not been fixed and the hood was covered with small chips). When I got home I noticed the language was still French so I called Ryan and he blew me off saying he would look into it as it couldn't be done at the dealership. He told me to call volvo and ask. I called volvo and they quoted me $500 to change the language to English. I was promised by the GM Ryan and his sales agent that they would get the language fixed and look in to cheap tow hitches of be installed. I called for a few weeks but was constantly blown off, after which I gave up and vowed to write a review of my experience as redemption. Of course this will not fix the issues I had but will at least help other people considering this dealership. I was so frustrated with this experience I contacted omvic but did not want to deal with having my car held for investigation. I also informed Ryan that I was contacting OMVIC and he told me that "go ahead, all I will get is a slap on my wrist." I have never dealt with a business that cares so little about their customer, especially when you're shelling out 15+ thousand on a used car. I'm still driving with squeaking breaks cause I can't afford to pay for brand new breaks at this point. Please take my advice and look elsewhere for a car. They have since been ignoring my requests for the keys. Makes me wonder if it's a scam to steal my car!!!! I've been parking in my garage only for this reason. Inattentive service after driving half way through the city to get to them arriving at least half an hour before they close. So I found this dealership on Autotrader when looking for a specific trim & model. I called them asking if they still have the car and if I could come by for a test drive. The man who answered the phone told me that I could come by and we could discuss it. I arrive to their venue, and I walk into their showroom. There is a man who comes out of his office and greets me. I told him that I came to see the car that I called about (mentioning the actual trim & model). He led me to the car which was behind the showroom (basically in its paved back yard) and left me with it while he went to attend to some other customers who were also in that area. He didn't however say anything when he went to attend to the other customers, he just left me to look at the car which was locked. About 10-15 minutes of leaving me to look at the car from the outside, he came over and asked me if the car was locked, which I told him it was. He then went over to a man who was detailing another one of their cars, and asked him to get me the keys. So that man ended up getting me the keys, started the engine, and left me with the car. I looked around the car inside, out, and under the engine. After waiting about 20 mins for the dealer to come back who seemed to be nowhere to be found, I returned the keys to the man who was working on the detailing of the vehicle and left. There was one point that I believe the man who was doing the detailing asked me if everything looked OK with the car, but that was about all of the attention I ended up getting from the staff. No one to show me any features of the car, ask me if I had a trade-in for it (which I did), or anything of the sort. I've recently come to the observation that smaller dealerships in Toronto won't let you test drive their vehicles until you have agreed to purchase it on the condition that the vehicle test drivers well. Most of them seem to bury it among a bunch of other cars so they'd have to move all kinds of other cars to get to it. I've only test driven one of the models of these cars out of the 4 I've gone to see, and it was in quite the rough shape (and it was being sold by a larger name-brand dealership). The trim of the car I'm looking for seems to be very difficult to find within the 500km from Toronto, and most of the ones that are listed have been sitting in their lots for months now. Back on topic on this dealership: based on the way I was treated during this visit to this dealership, I would not return there. I had dressed in a fancier way all-in-all, and I was ready to make a trade-in, paying the difference in cash. However this dealer wouldn't know any of this, since he ran off with his other customers without as much as telling me something to the sort of, "I just have to deal with these other customers, I will check up on you in a little while," or what-not. Save yourself time, money and frustration and steer clear of this place! I had the extreme misfortune of dealing with an incredibly unprofessional, misinformed and misleading salesperson. In addition to adding a $500 'fee' to the base price of the vehicle (which they were required to reimburse), the owner had the nerve to shout at me over the phone for demanding the reimbursement (which he ended up paying). In addition, I was forced to sit and watch while the salesperson was shown how to use his computer, told they could not stay open an extra 30 minutes so I could pick up my car, and in the end denied the $500 price reduction promised to me by the salesperson. Since the purchase of the car, several things have gone wrong with it which I will now have to deal with out of pocket. Went to view a car, the first word in the advert was 'Prestine', so we were hopeful. We asked the salesman, Ryan, for details as we were travelling a long way, we were told it was very clean, one minor accident 4 years ago. So off we went. When we got there the car had a smash on the front left bumper, which was broken along with the light set in the bumper and the hood was rusty and the tires were very worn. The guy offered to fix the damage and 'hide' the rust... but I had to wonder what else they were not telling me or hiding. So my view is, don't trust anything they tell you, if you want one of their cars take a mechanic with you to do an assessment. In my opinion, not a very trustworthy establishment. read more

Originally I was going to post a positive score for this dealership as my initial experience was pretty good. My salesperson was willing to negotiate price and put in extra effort to get everything done in a short time frame as I was coming in from out of town. The problem with this place is that, once my purchase was complete, I ceased to exist to them. I had issues with the vehicle and tried contacting my sales guy by phone once and by email several times and never heard back. Within 2 days of my purchase I had a $350 bill for a bad sensor as a warning light came on and within 1 week the cheap/crappy brake pads and rotors they put on to pass the safety were squealing like a herd of Banshees. So loud and high pitched that it literally stopped pedestrians who cringed and covered their ears. Replacing those was a nice $1200 bill. I like to give the benefit of a doubt when I read reviews as many are from upset customers and good experiences rarely get reported, but this place doesn't do much to keep buyers happy or motivate them to take the time to write a positive review. I'm not angry, but I am disappointed that they couldn't be bothered to at least speak with me. Once they have your money, you are an instant stranger. Too bad, I won't be back nor would I recommend friends. read more

Horrible service. Salesman kept leaving us without notice and had no interest in selling us the $23000 vehicle. When we began to leave he simply said "Bye". Didn't care to ask if we liked the vehicle we drove 1 1/2 hrs from Ajax to see... or to even recommend something else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I would NOT give these guys a dime of my money... When I am looking to purchase a large ticket item from somewhere I shouldn't have to go looking for someone to help me as I was the only person in the dealership... When I was finally able to get someone to assist me he was extremely rude like I was inconveniencing him by being there... Their lack of interest in actually selling cars is alarming makes me question if that is the only business they are dealing in there... The sales man then refused to allow me to test drive the car until I agreed on a price with him I informed him the car looked a little rough in the front end and I would like to drive it to get a feel for it to ensure its worth prior to making a set in stone deal with him he said it was too much of a hassle for him to move the cars for me to drive it... I questioned his price on the car he pretty much informed me there is little to no room for negotiation and the price listed on line was not the actual price they tag on a 500 admin fee as well...
