I purchased a Nissan Murano from Andy at Dynasty auto after test driving the vehicle we went inside and made an offer with conditions of a few things being fixed. When we picked our Murano up everything was as expected. After a few days of driving we had a couple of issues so i contacted Andy who put me in contact with Gile the service manager, after telling him the problems I was having he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient to me and to give him a call before heading there so he could have a hoist open for me, so before heading there I gave him a call and to my surprise when I arrived the bay was open and he took my car in right away and took care of all the problems. These guys are very professional in the way they serve you, as I was leaving Gile came out checked the car and said if have any other issues just give me a call, what else could I ask for. That gave me some real piece of mind after make a large investment. One thing we all need to remember is they buy and sell cars they don't take every car home and drive them they tell you take the car drive it if you have any problems call us and we will fix it. And that is what they did for me I hope if I should have any other issues in the next couple of weeks they do the same. Thanks guys and keep doing what you are doing because it is right. read more

Let me begin by saying I have now purchased both mine and my wife's car from Alex at Dynesty. I don't generally write reviews but this is well deserved. From the minute I walked in I was treated very well. Alex treated me like a friend rather than just a potential buyer. He asked a lot of great questions about our lifestyles and offered very easy to understand advice as well as reasoning as to what he thinks would fit our lifestyles the most. Alex was honest about all cars and their history. Never did I feel like I was being lied to. From start to finish my experience was very comforting and enjoyable. When I picked up my cars he personally explained every feature and how to use them to my wife and me. I highly recommend Dynesty if you are looking for a reliable used vehicle with trustworthy staff. read more

My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Dynasty. We keep coming back because this is by far the best used car dealership in Toronto. From start to finish I always felt like I was being taken care of. There was no pressure to purchase, I had all my questions answered and at the end of the day, they had my best interest at heart. These guys have been in the business for a very long time. If you are purchasing a used vehicle, do your research beforehand, ask the right questions and remember, you can't expect a used car in brand new condition (but Dynasty sure gets you close!) Thanks guys. Always a pleasure. read more

My experience at this dealership was great. My rep was Alex, a very professional and helpful gentleman, he really did everything for me to get my desired car. In fact I DO recommend buying the warranty especially if you have chosen a european brand like I did. I had technical assitance from Gyle and he was just awesome. Very knowledgable and professional. He was very busy but he still remained very responsive and helped me a lot. I am grateful for choosing this place for my first car. read more
