At 11:30 I called and she said the truck still wasn't ready yet So again at 2o'clock I actually went by the dealership and she said still they still haven't looked at the truck so I told her I'd be back in half an hour and I want my truck I came back at 3:15 and ask for my truck and she said they still hadn't looked at it I asked her for my truck back I did not want them to do anything and she said OK and I waited and waited then they actually finally put the truck on the hoist while I was there so she finally comes back and she said she prepared my invoice imagine that $180 and I waited there all day I told her I wasn't gonna pay for it and she said she didn't have the authority to do that and made me wait for their service advisor to come I waited another 20 minutes Basically hold my car hostage and the smugness of her was unbelievable it was like I was in the wrong here I think it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had and I will tell everyone I know

However, be prepared to throw that expectation out the window after you've completed the purchase. I often find that the staff (not all of them but a fair amount) lack courtesy and professionalism. They often have an air of superiority, almost arrogance. You won't be greeted when you enter the service area, and be prepared to wait because sometimes noone is around the service area. The appointments they've been offering are also with 2-3 weeks waiting. I recently got a call from them 2 days before my oil change and brake service appointment and they cancelled on me, saying they've overbooked. The next appointment they said they could offer was another 2 weeks away. After having cancelled my appointment, the day after the original day of appointment had passed, someone called me from the dealership wanting to know why I had missed my appointment, telling me that I should be more considerate given how they're especially busy ....... Anyhow, after trying to get an appointment with 4 other gta dealerships, I found that all of them had 2-3 weeks waiting. i decided to take it to a private shop a friend/BMW owner recommended. I guess they're selling so many cars that they can't provide timely service in the GTA. Overall experience : negative

So car Dealerships are notorious for bad experiences and I've had my share of them. But reviews…read moreneed to be taken in context. The other three reviews I read were bad experiences and I would have felt the same way if I were in their shoes. Dealerships, regardless of vehicle manufacturer basically have three departments; Sales, Parts, and Service. There are two additional factors that drive all three departments; Product Knowledge, and Customer Service. My visit today was due to a somewhat an emergency situation. I blew a tyre (sidewall), so needed a tire replaced. I got the temporary spare on and was hobbling everywhere, sure to keep to speeds rated in the spare because I couldn't afford to blow the spare. It's Easter Monday, I arrived at the Parts department at about 11:30. From a product knowledge perspective, they understood the tyre size and speed/load rating jargon I spewed out and told me they didn't have my tyre in stock, but said they can order it and have it in about 2-3 hrs. So I booked a service appointment for 15:00 and told them to call me as soon as the tyre came in. I didn't receive a call and it was now 15:33, so I called them. They had told me they just received the tyre and was booking it into the system and generating the work order for the Service Department. I told them I would be on my way in and would arrive within 10 minutes. When I arrived, my service advisor, Heather, was not available, but another one that was free helped me as she recognized me from the morning. She tracked Heather down to let her know I was here, then took my keys to move the work along. Off to the waiting room I went. Inside there was seating for 10, with a micro kids corner. I assume the furniture was just stored there and you would bring it out if you want to use it. There was a flat panel TV opposite a counter with a water machine, a Keurig machine, and a Caffitaly machine that dispenses shits of creamy espresso. There is also a mini fridge (for staff lunches, not customer snacks)! They also have free unsecured WiFi at Blazing speeds (see pics). My tyre was replaced in 40 minutes exactly the amount of time it should have. They washed my car before returning it to me and I was back on the road within 1hr from arriving. I'm pretty sure the fact that it was a holiday for most that got me the appointment time within the same day (counting my blessings), but the staff was super friendly and accommodating none the less. I definitely had a good service experience at Vaughan CDJR this visit. 4 stars. If you would like to experience more, come dine-with-me.yelp.com I'd love to have your company.

I made an appointment at the Vaughan location and was helped by George Fotopoulos. Even though my appointment was somehow not in the system, George made time and immediately took my jeep in. He took the time to explain the minor issue and assured me that my truck was safe for my family and myself. I will gladly return to this service centre for future appointments. Thank you again for restoring my trust.

Im not sure how this place got so many 5 stars reviews, but my experience is far from that 5 stars…read morestandard. I happened to be shopping for a used car and this place was the first one i visited, everything was going smoothly until I tell the guy i need time to think about the price, i wasnt even haggling about it, all i said was "i need time to think about it, it's my first car so". He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. His name was Sam Ahmadi. And here's another rip off thing: they won't let you test drive the car until you bought it. Take your money somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like garbage.

READ THE REVIEW BEFORE GOING!!!m THIS PLACE IS NOT RIGHT FOR WHAT THEY DO TO PPL!!…read more I read through all the reviews and to be honest there is no way these guys actually have real reviews. I say this because I had the same experience as them. I went there to look for a car I saw online. I told the guy I am paying cash and we sat down in his office. He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things. To be honest I would never waste my money or time at a place where the salesperson is ready to lie and scam you and when you call to complain they don't take the complain but as for your info to call you back. You been warned. Good luck.
