    Very poor service. Delivered brand new vehicle that was damaged, incorrect registration. Regret that I chose to buy a car from them.

    Updating my review to inform people better about this dealership and what they sold to me…read more November 2024 I bought this car from them. 2017 gti 83k. Sounds pretty nice right? WRONG. Buying from this dealer was the worst financial decision I have ever made. Not even a week after purchasing, car began leaking oil in my driveway. Took it back to the dealer who fixed the issue. Ok, nice right? Couple months later, upper timing chain cover AND the oil pan began to leak. Had to fix those issues as well while barely owning it for 90 days. Mid January comes around, callipers AND parking brake cables seize, leaving me stranded on the 427 in the middle of the night, ANOTHER expense shortly after purchasing. February now, the very next month, I check my oil and the level is lower than it should be. I just did an oil change a couple months before and wasn't due for another 3k kms, so I top it up and continue to check. Conclusion, Car's burning oil too. Not even 6 months into owning this car and the amount of issues I had to deal with is surreal. Couple months and thousands of dollars in parts and labour later, problems are fixed. Maintenance up to date. Finally. Fast forward to March 2026. On the way to work, no prior warning, no engine light, no vibration, no noise from engine; car randomly shuts off on me at idle. I turn it back on, engine is knocking. I guess I should've seen that coming. Took the car to my mechanic, we found metal debris in the oil and Cam lobes were scored. Mechanic concluded that the damage was likely caused from the previous owner as I have maintained that car meticulously. Just like that 18 months into ownership and the car has cost me an extra 10 grand just to be in workable condition. Reached out to the dealer explaining the issue to see if they had any options and they mentioned I could finance ANOTHER car, rolling over the negative equity I already have and also quoted me 5000 for another engine plus install with 150k kms. This has been my experience with this dealership. They looked me in the eye and promised me several times this was a good, reliable car and seemed to say all the right things to get me to sign those papers. I hope who ever reads this learns from my misfortune with this place, and thinks 10 times before stepping foot anywhere near here. This dealership costed me so much money it's ridiculous. Do not make the same mistake I did, go elsewhere.

I was told the vehicle had no engine light on and it had a great service history record, so if I had a problem, I should use the warranty I bought from them. I was told to take it to my mechanic and have them fix it. This is not the customer service experience I'm looking for when spending my hard earned money. So I had the vehicle for less than a month and I had an additional $10,573.08 to spend. Their warranty is garbage as well. It only pays up to $4000 per claim, so I had to pay over $6500 out of pocket. The original price we paid for the vehicle was market value, so now I have had to pay over $6500 above market value. On top of that, I was without a vehicle for three months because that's how long it took the company connected with the warranty to get parts and fix the vehicle. To buy and sell cars and not be able to comprehend that there can be an internal issue without an engine light being present is beyond me. They should be doing in-depth inspections on every vehicle they sell. I am very unhappy with my experience and they will definitely not be receiving anymore business from me.
