The worst experience ever. Please avoid this place if you are planning to buy or repair a car. Unfortunately, the team seems focused only on selling cars by any means, and after that they do not seem to care. Communication has been very poor, and they are not accessible at all when support is needed. I leased a car from them, and the two years of the lease have turned into a nightmare for me. My car is still in service with an engine problem, and the replacement I was offered was a Volkswagen Tiguan.(I lease a Mazda CX-90) Please think carefully before signing anything with this dealership. read more

Don't lease from this company. The people working here are money sucking vampires... When my family was leaving the country and had to transfer lease; they were forcing us to buy out the car and "accidentally" added $500 on the invoice. They lied and avoided phone calls, pointing fingers and still trying to force buy out after we've been conversed with them for WEEKS. Finally they got back to us one week before the flight and said we CAN'T do it because the transaction will take longer than a week. Bunch of CROOKS. Hello, For the past 3 years I have been a Buds Customer with my CX5. I started going after a friend recommened them. She had a Mazda 3, her husband this year purchased a CX9. For the past 2 years, since we have all been doing business at Budds, they have stored our tires for half price. Considering how much business the 3 of us have given Budds we felt like we were valued customers. I went in and spent over $600.00 yesterday and had my winters installed. The Customer Service person sadly told us she had to charge us full price for the storage. Understanding we are all not happy about this change we asked her to speak with the General Manager. The General Manager refused to honour the past deal. Well Budds, you have lost our business. All 3 of us will move on. We live in East Mississauga and Etobicoke, Budds is out of our way. Avoid at all costs. Teeter-tottering on fraudulent. From the get-go I was told lies about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Being interested in the vehicle regardless, I went forward with the purchase... boy what a mistake. - Told me that for my deposit to go through I'd have to sign their purchase agreement - They "accidently" misread the MILES on the vehicle: we paid for a car with 77,000km when it turned out to have over 125,000km. - Misrepresented the features included in the car - Screamed at my mother on the showroom floor - Treated us like absolute criminals for wanting our money back despite them breaking their own contract. - Tried to get us to hand back over the keys, car, and ownership with no cheque in sight! Worst experience in car buying -ever! Misrepresented the number of kilometres on the car by switching the odometer to miles. Trying to get my money back was horrible. This is a shady operation at the very best. Don't buy a car from here unless you want to get screwed. read more

Never let your leased car be grounded and repaired by this dealership!!! My wife has been leasing cars at this Mazda dealership for over 10 years and unfortunately this last lease will be our last. Our sales representative Deborah Blackburn and General Sales Manager Mehran Arabpour walked around her car and said the small dents and scratches would only be a few hundred dollars. We received another quote for $550 for repairs to the entire car and had it scheduled to be fixed the next day. Because they wanted to make the sale and get us into a new leased vehicle (A MONTH EARLY) they told us the price Mazda Canada would charge would be comparable. A few weeks later we received a bill for $2677. For a few small dents and scratches!!! I have been in a full on accident and the insurance company paid less than the repair bill for normal dents and scratches!! After pleading with them that we can't afford this because we have a two week old baby, my wife is not working and we are a loyal customer they reduced the price by a measly $300. They didn't give us the option of a wear and tear package like we have purchased on the new car, that would have saved us thousands if we were given that opportunity. I just bought a new Mazda3 from George Zakrochkine. I was looking for the perfect combination of something sporty but also easy at the pumps. This guy is awesome. From his attention to detail, selling the experience of the drive, and even running ahead of me to open the doors before entering the building, he is on point. It is very clear that there is a level of leadership and sales through service philosophy woven throughout the dealership. Everyone was friendly and courteous including other sales reps like Mike and then Andrea at reception. What impressed me the most was the quickness in responses to my calls/emails whenever I had a question or concern (And I was not an easy sale, trust me). George was always prompt and accurate in his replies which shows he really stands behind the brand. It also eliminated any thought of superficial intent as his after sales service continued at the same high level from before I signed the papers. I even got a re-polish on the car when it had rained an hour before the delivery time and when I noticed 3 days later I was missing a valve stem cap, George took it off his own car to give to me since it was 8:00 pm and the parts department had closed. If you are thinking about a Mazda, or are completely unsure like I was, let these guys take care of you - When you are making a large purchase, it should be as easy as it is with these guys. Very poor service. Delivered brand new vehicle that was damaged, incorrect registration. Regret that I chose to buy a car from them.

Purchased a Mazda3 and it did not come with the key for the locknut on the hubcap. (It was used) Car got a flat, and I could not remove it to put on the spare because I did not have the key. I had to pay to get a tow, and to get all the locknuts removed. When I called them they were utterly unhelpful, tried to put the blame on me, even though I did get them to admit that it was something that they include. Really disappointing. No compensation or help was offered. read more

Purchased a used CX9 with a faulty transfer case, they were nice to verify and service the vehicle but insisted that nothing was wrong (after getting several recommendations from other mechanics that it needs to be replaced). They also pushed the appointments so that I would be at the end of the warranty period, very slick of them. Bring a mechanic with you before buying a car from them. read more
