Brought our Porsche in for tire and rim warranty, the service advisor who looks after us does not pick up her phone, reply voice mails or reply to any of our emails. It's a one way street. It took 4 months for our new tire and rim to come in, good thing we have winter tires on at the time or else we would be out one less car to drive. 4 months down the road, we get a call from the assistant service manager that the warranty claim department needs a photo of our car with the wrecked tire/rim on the vehicle hoisted up on the lift. So we had to make another trip back to the dealership just so they can take a picture and proceed with the claim 4 months later - which had me thinking, what have you been doing this last 4 months? We received a call to book for an swap appointment a week after the photo was taken.... so that 4 months of wait and extra appointment was unnecessary and could be avoided if the people hired knew what they should be doing. FINALLY, On the day of our booked service, we were quoted that the tire/rim swap would be done by the end of the day. Coming to end of day, we get no update on our vehicle so we called and left 2 voice mails. No one got back to us. We called on the second day throughout the day and our service advisor answers the phone and told us our car will HOPEFULLY be ready by tomorrow.... So it takes 3 days on a booked appointment for tire/rim swap. On the 3rd day, we came by to pick up the vehicle on the agreed time with our service advisor, we came to the dealership, she was no where to be seen, we waited around, about half an hour later the service advisor manager Mike comes over to assist us with no idea where our service advisor is - great on Mike for stepping in and assist while every other staff just carried on with their life and didn't offer help. Apparently, according to our service advisor, the technicians also did not realize during our first appointment which was booked to analyze if our tire and rim needed replacement that our tires also needed to be swapped out. Hence why it took 3 days for our third appointment 4 months later. Lots of incompetent people and horrible customer service at this location. It's such a shame that the staff are causing such an inconvenience to the customers and no one cares read more

Getting service done here is always a nightmare as the staff are condescending and rude for some reason. Especially Michael. Took my Porsche in for service and was refused a loaner car even though I booked one two weeks in advance. Do yourself a favour and get a Porsche from a different dealership. I had visited all the Porsche dealers near Toronto (Oakville Porsche, Downtown Porsche & Pfaff Porsche) before My purchase. I ended up making the deal at Pfaff because of their excellent service dept. When I need any service, they will even drop off a loaner at my office, take my baby away and return fixed. About pricing, I found they are all very similar. Having said it, Oakville has the best showroom as they are the newest. Downtown Porsche is my least fav as most salesmen r quite snobby. read more

When you buy a car from them, they will take care of you, pick you up from your work, they will basically do anything for you but once you're done, they treat you like crap. Incompetent financial services manager, too. At least mine was. You would think a Porsche dealer would have competent finance people. I am disgusted with their after services and I will never buy another car from any Pfaff again. The most dishonest dealership. I inquired about a vehicle in the morning and they acknowledged that the vehicle is available but hours later they had told me that it was sold. Confirmed pricing and the car via no more than 3 emails while on a business trip. Made a trip, took a look at the car and signed the papers. So far so good right? read ahead! "I have an immaculate credit history well into 800s and although I am not rich I have an income that easily qualifies me for a multi million dollar mortgage." I was told that I need to provide them with my pay stubs (unusual but fine) I was then told that I need to provide: 1- Recent Paystub 2- Last paystub from last year!! I provided them with that as well as a bonus paystub. Thought I am fully covered. Not so fast.. I was then called and told that they need to speak to my manager!! When was the last time a car dealership called and spoke with your manager at work?? I got suspicious but gave them the benefit of doubt. Arranged for the call and they called my manager. Should be over now right? Not so fast ... They called and said now they need a letter of employment from my employer. Mind you, I work for Google and I am easily traceable and found online. Fine, I said. Got a bit upset but still provided them with my letter of employment. I then get a email saying I have been approved but now I should provide a copy of my passport and names and phone numbers of three people who will guarantee I will pay! That evening, I couldn't put this to rest in my mind so did a bit of research and found some troubling numbers. It appears that If you walk into Pfaff Porsche to buy or lease a car or require a service AND you are white, you are highly likely to get an outstanding service. This changes completely if you are a person of colour. I found this via this very Google Review website. Here is an example list of people of colour (at least those I could identify from names) who have had bad experience at this location. I would rather be punched in the face than go to Pfaff Porsche. We bought a souped up Porsche Cayenne and as soon as we signed on the dotted line... they treated us horribly. They were rude when we picked up the car. They gave us a damaged key at pickup. They made an appointment 3 weeks later for the key replacement. At that appointment they drove our Cayenne into something during the service, and busted the bumper. So we had to make an additional service appointment for them to fix it. They gave us a loaner Cayenne that was disgusting. No one wanted to drive the loaner. It was that gross. And now we have an oil change message popping up, even though we barely drove a couple hundred miles (mostly to and from this dealership)... and they still treat us really badly and are constantly rude. read more

We bought an Audi Q3 in February, 900kms on it. When we first looked at it, I asked if the tires on it were all seasons or summers, the Salesman Ambross scurried off to look into it.....along with some other info we needed. He promptly came back and told us they were All seasons. We negotiated our price and arranged to pick up the car the week after. When we picked it up, my wife was sitting inside the car with Ambross syncing the phone and at the last minute he said "get some snows on soon". She told me this on the way home so it was too late to do anything. The next morning we had a fresh 6" of snow, my wife lost control of the vehicle....went thru a red light a narrowly missed another vehicle, it could have been disastrous. A. We should have been told up front they were summer tires. B. I would have taken into consideration the $1500 for snow tires in the negotiation for the vehicle C. What I was asking to be worked on under warranty had nothing to do with the suspension. They were trying to get out of their obligations. Worst Porsche dealership in Ontario! In fact I would say my experience at this dealership has been worse than the service received at lower marque brands. I highly suggest that clients take their business elsewhere to another Porsche dealership (e.g. Porsche Oakville) that values your time and interests as a consumer. I have personally had two negative experiences at this dealership when dealing with salesperson Rick. I came in to see a CPO Cayman in my first instance at this dealership and was told that this vehicle had been in "an accident" and thus I could not purchase the vehicle even though they were advertising this vehicle on their website (which they failed to stop advertising). I suspect that this was really just a tactic to withhold the car for some of their other "preferred" clients (maybe I was profiled based on my ethnicity or age?). Alas, I was willing to give them a chance so I gave Rick my contact information and with the intent that he would contact me if his dealership received another similar vehicle. Much to my surprise while I was browsing their inventory several weeks later I noticed they had another vehicle in stock which Rick should have notified me about. I was willing to overlook this omission and immediately contacted the dealership in order to schedule a time to come in to see this vehicle. Unfortunately, since Rick was my salesperson on file and he was out of the office the earliest the dealership could book me in was a day later. I came into the dealership that day with high expectations of purchasing that vehicle however was unfortunately met with immediate disappointment when firstly Rick did not recognize me and seemed to be surprised he even had an appointment (my expectation was that the salesperson and car would be prepped prior to my arrival) and secondly I was informed the car had been sold (couldn't the dealership have notified me before I drove an hour to see the vehicle?). Overall, I have to say that I have personally had much better experiences dealing with other Porsche dealerships in Ontario (notably Oakville and Porsche Downtown) and would recommend customers think twice before dealing with Pfaff Porsche. Car buying shouldn't require a customer to expend more effort than a salesperson, especially when it comes to purchasing luxury vehicles. read more
